However, my experience with Kaylen for skin care was not an amazing experience. I briefly had the membership a few years ago and did 3 treatments with her but when I consulted with her instead of her advising me on what would be the best treatments - she was like it's up to you which treatments you want to do..which yes it's up to me but it's up to you the Professional to suggest what are the best treatments for me. After the fact, she was like laser genesis is great for acne - I was like that would have been good to know and maybe for you to say from the beginning. During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. I'm very happy thus far, and look forward to her working more magic on me!

There was no steamer, the mask felt like a simple paper mask, and the rubber gloves made the service feel more medical than relaxing. What disappointed me most was what was missing: no neck or chest massage, no hand or arm massage, and overall very little of the relaxing "spa" experience you usually expect during a facial.  The esthetician herself was kind and professional; please note that she did great. My issue is more with the overall service and value from the spa. But honestly, the experience felt very basic for the cost.
