She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

I have made 2 appointments with Nicole for skincare treatments (eye brow waxing + rejuvapen microneedling) and both times have been a fantastic experience. Her office is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The office is immaculate with a quiet ambiance that relaxes you the minute you sit down. Nicole is very down to earth. I felt very at ease and confident that I was in good hands. Her prices are moderate to pricey depending what you are doing. Nicole is very knowledgeable about skincare and it is clear this is her passion. She has a great way of explaining what is happening with my skin and what the plan should be to make it better. She answered all my questions thoroughly and read my mind on questions that were percolating in my head while we were talking. I am pretty picky about what goes on my skin and try to keep it super simple as I am often on the run. The skin care line she uses feels so good and I have not had any kind of issues with residual effects or sensitivity. I have a couple more treatments for the microneedling, so clearly I will be back but overall I could not be more thrilled with the results after just two sessions. She doesn't try to sell you on junk you don't need but instead tailors her treatment plan to fit your needs. I am mid 40s and suffering from melasma (pregnancy mask). She throughly educated me about skin at my age and the melasma and did a mild chemical peel which was my first. It was completely comfortable and I noticed nearly immediate lightening and brightening results. She also set me up with a customized Skinceuticals product regimen and was compassionate about my limited budget. After 3 months of use, my skin looks 15 years younger and even my dark circles have improved. The product is very expensive for a girl on a budget, but it's worth every penny. This is the place to go if you want to really learn about your skin. If you want a lovely, relaxing facial, Nicole delivers. However, the biggest difference between this skin therapist and others is Nicole's hour-long free consultation followed by her home care recommendations and whatever periodic in-office treatments work for each customer. She did suggest a few tweaks to my daily skincare regimen, which was helpful. She's such a sweetheart, too--I feel as though she really cares about my skin. The biggest piece of advice I have is to recognize that when you schedule a treatment (such as a chemical peel or cryogenic therapy), it's ONLY an intensive treatment that she's watching closely that will significantly improve your skin. Nicole is the BEST! My skin was an actual nightmare for over a year after I moved to Denver from NYC. I had never had such trouble with my skin and I had gone in for facials a few places around town but wasn't getting the results I was looking for and also wasn't connecting with anyone that made me want to go back for more. She was very accommodating on the phone to work with my schedule and answer questions before I even made an appointment. She blocked off a huge chunk of time to make sure I felt comfortable going over all my concerns before deciding if I wanted to commit to the procedure. Brooke was my esthetician who did my micro-needling and she is wonderful! This was my first micro-needling treatment ever and she was very thorough in explaining the process step-by-step beforehand and while she was performing the micro-needling, which made me feel at ease. The products she used during the service are high-quality and my skin left feeling amazing. Before I left, she even put sunscreen on my face and sent me home with a sample of one of the products. The location is ideal in uptown very close to downtown or the Capitol Hill neighborhoods. The studio is in a really cool building that was renovated from a historic home into business/office space. She is currently located on the third floor. Everything in her studio was immaculately clean, and I am confident that she upholds the highest of hygiene and safety standards.
