Gleam has been my go-to for laser for over a year now. I've tried other places and Gleam has the best technology, the best techs and is very low pressure which is probably why I bought more packages and have continued coming back for bikini, lip, and legs. They sell memberships but they aren't necessary. I've had a bunch of different techs, who all seem good but Ashley is my favorite by far! She's super thorough and double checks to make sure she's got all the hair, plus she's super sweet! I did laser on my Brazilian here for almost 2 years straight every 6 weeks. The girls who did it were so sweet but I just want people to know not to expect the hair to be completely gone. I stopped laser about 3 months ago and about 80% of my hair is back. I think they genuinely tried to help me get rid of it but after two years I would expect some good results. Seriously if your skin needs work, go see CHELSEA!! I switched medspas because my last spot did not have a solid plan for my skin, which I need. I was looking for a person with lots of microneedling and skin expertise, and a friend recommended Chelsea because of her profound knowledge and experience in the field. Chelsea did not rush me during our consultation and listened to all of my skin concerns. She is attentive to the areas I am insecure about and created a realistic skin plan for me. FINALLY!! After two sessions of microneedling, my skin is buffed back into shape and my makeup goes on so much more smoothly!! I definitely will continue with my skin maintenance plan with her. I decided to look into Laser Hair Removal prior to my wedding (and honeymoon!) I was waxing previously and my waxer kept telling me what a good candidate I was for laser.. but I thought waxing hurt SO bad and I thought laser would hurt worse.. especially in the sensitive areas. I started looking into it and found Gleam had great reviews and an informative website. Once I read that you could shave in between appointments I was sold - the grow out period between waxes was getting OLD and who want's to be mid growth cycle during your 3 week honeymoon? I scheduled an appointment (it was great they had flexible hours!) I was super nervous at first because I had spoken to the owner Haley and my appointment was with Chelsea, but she immediately put me at ease because she is just SO nice and easy to talk to. She told me about the process and the laser and how their packages work, and we did the initial visit just to see if I wanted to buy a package or just pay for the one time. I didn't feel pressured to buy and felt like they wanted me to decide what would be best for me. I got laser done from my navel down, literally all of it (toes included). For me, it hurt quite a bit the first time (I have thick, dark hair and very pale skin) but Chelsea was super compassionate and helped me get through it. It got better and better with each appointment I think because I knew what to expect. It was also worst for me on my pubic bone and my toes and my legs, not at all the areas I expected (I thought the butt and the other private areas would be worse). I purchased a package of 8 sessions and completed 7 before my wedding. I would recommend anyone do laser especially before your wedding. It's awesome now that I'm done and has cut down SO much time in the shower and I didn't shave a single time on my honeymoon! Also no more ingrown hairs or weird 5'oclock shadow on my armpits!! I loved working with Chelsea so much and would return to get other services performed by her. With hair/skin like mine and doing such large areas, it's common that I may need a touch up session or two on my legs, and those are all half off now which is awesome! Thanks Gleam! read more

I've been to Gleam twice so far for laser hair removal. I've seen Haley both times, and I have nothing but great things to say about her regarding her professionalism and services. Cost - for laser hair removal, I find the packages offered here to be more than fair. Yes, laser hair removal is expensive, but there's a reason for it. The machine Haley uses is no joke, and it costs to maintain it. Laser hair removal is an investment, and worth it in my opinion. Results - For the cost, I'm thrilled with my results so far. I've had laser hair removal done in the past on my bikini line, talking over 10 years ago. The technology was different back then, and my results were adequate, not great. I have fair skin with light-medium colored hair, so I wasn't always the best candidate for laser hair removal in the past with some of the other machines that were used. At Gleam, Haley uses a diode machine, and it seems to be working well for me. I've only had one treatment so far to notice results, but my leg hair grew in patchy ( a good thing), and my bikini line hair is almost non-existent (I already had less hair growth in this area). The machine is intense, but impressive. It gets the job done faster than other machines that zap your hairs (this one glides across your skin through a gel, you shave your hair first). It can actually move up and down your skin as it treats you, which for me, is tolerable where my hair isn't as coarse (as opposed to zapping one spot at a time). Professionalism - Someone mentioned in a review that "she talked more than she worked." I'm not sure if this reviewer was talking about Haley, but I will say that for Haley, when she talks to you, she's trying to figure out how best to treat you. Everyone is different - different levels of pain tolerance, different way of communicating - so she's just trying to gauge where you're at so she can tailor the treatment to your needs. She also makes you feel really comfortable, which is important, especially when you're getting laser hair removal on your nether regions. I will also add that, if you have questions, she'll be happy to answer. She's listened to me talk about all kinds of problems I have with my skin, made (good) recommendations for those problems, and sympathized with me like a friend. I am not satisfied with the service. I went in to have a chemical peel, and although I know results vary, my face have not peeled yet. We are entering day five. I have not had any peel, no tightness, or anything. At the time of service, we talked more than she worked. I laid on the chair and I was probably there, all of five minutes. She wash my face and wiped two times and that was it. I hardly think that is going to make any difference in my spotting at all. Although it wasn't that much, I feel I just through my money down the drain. I wish I could get a refund, a facial or something to make up for this. Left with my face looking exactly the way it did when I went in. Supposedly it was to be red and tight at first, then flake days after. I did not get one peel or flake. Why would it be called a chemical peel if the face never peels? Please do your research before going to random places. read more
