Love love love! Heidi took great care of me and did an amazing job. I was so nervous going in because of my fear of needles, and I was also very late- like 20 minutes late. She still made sure to fit me in and give me my full numbing time (although I do not recommend this- I probably just got lucky) and she calmed me down so much. We were literally laughing my entire appointment. It was much less painful than I thought it would be and her telling me when to take a breath to ease my nerves was so helpful. She probably thinks I'm the biggest baby but it would've been much worse without her! I will definitely be back here for my next fill. The front desk gals are so sweet and are so knowledgeable, with stellar recommendations. Erinn was my lip injector and definitely took care of me--I was anxious as it was my first time, but she explained the process and reassured me the numbing takes care of things. She was right! I had nothing but a positive experience, minimal pain and the process was seamless. We decided on Juvederm, they answered every question I had on the product, aftercare and expectations. No one cares enough to reach out and find out more about my first time experience....don't spend your money here. $350 total with 35 units of Botox ....week 4 ....NO CHANGES! Terrible experience! They offered me a partial refund but only if I did not speak about them and the situation, they wanted me to sign a document they just typed up. WOW!! And they will make you feel bad for being upset about it. I felt like they were going in circles with me, almost playing a game. It was disgusting. Now I know it is a gamble doing these types of treatments. I have had this done before with no problems before the last and this place. It sucks really because my injector was a really nice woman. l came in because of a previous under eye filler that was not done well nor dissolved very well. Now that place treated me much better about it and not being able to do the treatment very well. My injector @Spabella told me that she could work around it, or dissolve but felt she could work around it. I said ok since I've been here before, I wish I had not gone back this time. The treatment was the undereye filler for dark circles and to try blend what was done before. I felt it wasn't settling very well within the1st 2wks. Went in, she said give it one more week which I think ended being a little over a week when i went in for the following up. When I went in she agreed it could be dissolved and said just a little bit. 2weeks later I think it was and it was still puffy I can see bags. She said she couldn't see lets go outside to see if she could see it, she couldn't. Went in the treatment room and looked down and she could see and said yes it needs a little more bit more can be dissolved. I went back a totally of 4 times. They asked me to send pictures I told them I think it's pretty hard to see. I sent what I could. The next day I sent better pictures figured out how to use my phone camera and better lighting. The office manager said they would get back to me once they spoke with the Medical Director. They called in their director who OMG!! Now I was staring to get very mad because they kept telling me it looks fine, I have taken pics and no it does not look good. In the mornings I now have bags, I did not have bags before this I had dark circles. I told her this is a shitty situation, don't swear at me tells me. WTF!!! I did not yell or scream the entire time I was there. I strong firm and direct and a little upset. They tried to make me feel bad about being somewhat upset about my service and the money I spent there. Because I said this is a shitty situation apparently I was being aggressive and swearing at her it was a shitty situation. And the director says to me im from NY and the only reason I'm not kicking you out is because she had a woman kick her durning birth. Now what is the point of that but to threaten me. I told her that had nothing to do with the situation at all. And apparently speaking with your hands is being aggressive they told me hands were not flying. More of hands together like Italians do...come on really They really tried to make me get really mad, I stayed calmed and firm. They send in the office director. She was really playing games and being very nasty. I decided the partial refund was not worth it especially at the end when I was walking out. She had the nerve to tell me that all of this could have been handled better if I was nicer about it. Oh no, I have been patient I went back 4 times hoping they would make it right.. if that's not patience than I don't know what is. And shame on me I guess for thinking that they were suppose to be skilled and try to come up with a better solution. I would say go else where for undereye treatments and be prepared if they don't do it right or any treatment right. If you read the negative comments it was very similar experience. Mostly just feel the need to write this to chat the negative reviews and false ones also. First there is a review that says this is an old 7/11 which was concerning- that review is false. This is in a shopping complex, standard complex unit rental. It's well decorated , clean, and modern. Second I had Kybella done- the process was uniquely fast, informed and with zero pressure to purchase an unnecessary amount up front. In fact the emphasis on how costly it can be was made clear. After 2 vials and something around 16 shots I walked out feeling normal- not too anxious - it was far easier than I thought it would be. The needle was small, they worked quickly and the burning was quite minimal. Today I'm super swollen- as expected. Overall the professionalism and calm demeanor was nice and I'd surely return for additional treatment. read more

I don't know where to begin whith my review of this establishment. Should I start with the amazingly pleasant phone call and the way I was greeted on the phone or the way the entire staff treated me. I'm not a very patient person so waiting to see the full results is just killing me. The initial results I see are nothing more that spectacular. They went over & above from what I can see so far. I was severely burned by a laser treatment and left with a scar and loss of fat underneath. They have not refunded me or tried to correct the issue and have stopped responding. I have contacted the department of regulations to start this ball rolling legally and report their malpractice and get compensated. I'm taking names in case I need to file a lawsuit. The front desk staff seem nice. The office is small, but clean. Maria was my tech. She was friendly knowledgeable, gental, and quick. I had the botox done with a Groupon. I am still waiting for the final result. I just had it done 3 days ago, but I can already see a difference. It was my first time with botox and Maria used 20 units in my forehead and said I could come back for more. She recommend 29 units total. The parking is the only downfall. I went in for Botox injections & since it was my first time I was super nervous. My technician (I wish I could remember her name!!) was super sweet! She took the time to explain everything & reassured any & all of my concerns. I really appreciated that she chose to only use 10 units even though I had bought 20 with my Groupon. She easily could have used them all & I would be none the wiser. It was only mildly uncomfortable because she took the time to ice down the area first which made it almost painless. I am already seeing amazing results after only 3 days & will continue to use this spa for other facial treatments!! I will be honest I don't have the worlds greatest skin but I look pretty good for 38 years old & I take good care of my skin! Right away the technician started commenting on my acne scarring & saying geez I wish young girls would take care of their skin... like really??? You don't know my situation!!! Unfortunately my acne scarring was caused by a combination of living in a rural area growing up in a extremely poor family that honestly couldn't afford expensive skin treatments! Not to mention there wasn't as many options back in those days either! The technician even went as far to say "don't even bother with peels or microdermabrasion bc it will take years with how your skin looks" like seriously? I get it but could you find a nicer way to say it??? Unfortunately this Spa has lost any of my future business for any of these services as long as it's her that I have to deal with! I got a Groupon here for a microdermabrasion + peel, and was thoroughly impressed!! Not just at the results, but more so the expertise, kindness, and desire to go above and beyond from Katrina. She specializes in micro, but has a vast array of knowledge about plant-based diets, good makeup lines, and practical skin care advice. I have acne-prone skin, and she referred me to Katelyn (another skincare angel), and I received, again, EXCELLENT service. Katelyn is a genius when it comes to skincare, and provided excellent info specific to my skin. Katelyn is amazing at facials, and I think may specialize in acne-prone skin. Not only was I impressed by the service, but the product lines Epionce (sp?) and Circadian as well. The staff was generous and considerate of my situation (I am newleywed, grad student with a VERY tight budget), and gave me samples to try before I bought. That allowed me time to figure out which products I wanted- thank you Monica! Monica is amazing at discussing what products are good for your skin type. DO NOT get Botox here. I'm a nurse practitioner and just got certified to do Botox. My last and only experience here, I received Botox in Feb 2018. I remember having the product drip down my face or spray out. I felt like it was a waste of product but I figured she probably used too much pressure injecting the Botox or maybe just had too much product. I purchased the groupon never getting botox before so you can imagine that I was pretty apprehensive and a little scared. I went into the facility and it was extremely clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I am only 29 so I was a bit embarrassed that I am already considering botox, but the staff made me feel comfortable. I went into to get injections for my crows feet and the person that completed the injections walked through the process with me which I appreciated. After 7 days, my crows feet are hardly noticeable and they were pretty bad prior. I am SO excited and happy with the results. I will definitely be coming back. read more

On the 27th of July 2022, I received filler/botox injections. The procedures were performed on my cheek bones, lips, forehead, and in between my brows. My financial limitations were expressed the entire time, but I was coerced that I needed way more filler and botox than I intended, in order to get the results, I was wanting. I trusted the technicians and other workers at Bella Spa because I was promised on multiple occasions (Witness supportive evidence provided upon request) that the result of the procedures would be the enlargement of my upper/ lower lip, removal of wrinkles, in between my eyebrows, forehead, and my smile lines. Along with making my cheekbones more prominent. Immediately after the procedure, the technician who performed the procedure, as well as another technician, confirmed that the botox/filler injections were not "...performed according to company policy..." and a statement was added, "Yeah I should have added more filler/botox in certain areas, but I just evenly divided up the syringes." While still on the table I asked that she make it right and fix it. Another statement was added "That I would need to purchase another syringe." I had repeatedly requested that the injections that were performed be done in the original-desired outcome that was promised. These steps were not met or even attempted, and I was denied any further corrective actions by the technician. I continued to call the establishment to request that the procedure be corrected while the results of the filler/botox injections worsened over time. Again, my multiple requests were denied. The only feedback I received was to "Come back and purchase another $1000 syringe." so that they could attempt more fraudulent work. I disputed the charges as 'fraudulent' and 'a misleading product' with MasterCard. MasterCard reached out to the establishment and Bella Spa provided false information about their actions back to MaterCard. This resulted in my card being re-charged in the amount of $1677 for the fraudulent injection procedures. I am requesting that the charges be returned back to my card immediately. Fraudulent behavior will not be tolerated, and my reliance on the BBB to uphold such decency is paramount in this scenario. read more

No one really went over anything for me, they shot up the area I wanted and that was it. My results where very minimal, and I was not happy considering I took the time to be detailed with what needed to be accomplished. Bella Spa is a complete 180. I immediately was greeted given a choice of beverage, and didn't have to wait very long. Heather, my ahh... Injection Specialist? Well she was lovely, knowledgeable and most importantly COMPASSIONATE! She didn't try to sell me on extra units and explained she didn't think I was going to need them. Heather was correct and I finally have the results I want! Monica the owner explained how we will do things going forward and also made me fee right at home. First of all, when you pull up, the building in an old 7-11. I should have turned around and left then and there. This was my first time getting any type of fillers. I was so excited, this was a gift. I could never afford this myself. At the consultation I was quoted $600 for 1 syringe of juviderm. She was so heavy handed that I bruised terribly and immediately. Half way through she tells me that to make any noticeable difference it would cost me another $300. So I went back out to the waiting room to ask the person who bought me this for $300 more!! He said yes, thankfully. Then she asked me if I wanted a facial, her tone was asking if I wanted it free because of all the extra money, nope. 90 to rinse my face and rub some lotion on it. Seriously. No hot towel, no scrub just what seemed to be regular face lotion. IDK because she didn't tell me.... anything about anything. Then she said $70 was the customary tip for what I got done. Which cost me over $1000. And the best part is, there was no change in my face where she put the fillers. Never go uneducated to something like this. Never go alone!! If someone else would have been with me, I probably wouldnt have got ripped off, and I probably wouldnt have been so scared to say anything, like when there was no difference $1000 later. read more

I have been to Spa Bella twice and have been very pleased with their customer service professional experience.i am afraid of needles, especially needles going in my face! The lady that worked with me was great in that the Botox injections did not hurt, she did a wonderful job in distracting me, chatting with me, to keep my mind off of the procedure. I also found their pricing to be reasonable, especially because you earn discounts with the brands they use. Next time I will be able to apply my $20 discount. I also learned how the process of making Botox works and how the solution should sting a little. Botox is mixed with water before use and if it has too much water it won't sting. This makes me question places I've used in the past as their solution did not sting. My results kept the wrinkles away and my face balanced and natural looking. This was the first time I had an injection around my lip and eyes. I had no bruising and no "fake" looking features. Yay! read more

I declined to have my "before" photo taken-- I had the procedure in the past without side effects and offered to sign a waiver that I declined the photo-- however they gave me a hard time about it. I don't think it was an unreasonable request, given that I offered to sign a waiver. The lady who was supposed to do my procedure, Marcy, rolled her eyes at me and was incredibly rude. I did not feel comfortable having anyone from that office near my face....So I left and will go somewhere else. Let's hope they brush up on customer service skills--- lots of "medical spas" out there. I guess nothing beats the professionalism of a real dermatologist office. Go elsewhere. Ildico who does the laser treatments is like a goddess from heaven. She makes you feel at ease and does the best job ever. The spa is clean, professional, and accommodating. Kellie, the manager, is lovely, and doesn't push you or upsell you unnecessarily in any way. The spray tan is an all-natural product that lasts and lasts. I also got the Groupon for microderm and light peel. My microderm was so slight, it didn't even get the small white head I had on my forehead. I was told that my skin was "too delicate" to do both procedures at once, so I was forced to make another appointment. I was given a sales pitch at the end for much more expensive procedures that were "more suited to me". It was a clean place, decent, but not great, and it was nothing but a pitch for more expensive treatments. I'm sacrificing my peel, forgoing another visit, and will not be back. I bought a Groupon for a microdermabrasion. The spa is clean and staff is nice. They carry good products. My laser technician was nice, Katrina. The problem is she is very rough. She pulled on my skin and slapped on product to cleanse my face. The micro was good, she was very thorough on my face, but she was supposed to include my neck. She only went down under my chin and basically missed my whole neck. She put on moisturizer afterwards, again being too rough. I will not be going back. read more
