She is amazing, I love her little place. I should've taken some pictures but I don't think about that when I go to get a massage. I WOULD highly recommend her, she worked the areas that needed to be worked and went deeper and other areas that really need to be worked, lol. read more

The best of the best. Amber and the whole team are awesome. I've been seeing Amber for a couple months now and she's helped a ton with my acne. Um, OMG! I went to Shed tonight and got the most amazing massage from Briana. She seriously knows her stuff! She used just the right pressure for me, as well as positive energy healing (after she asked if it was ok, cool!) Furthermore, she used an excellent array of aromatherapies, which she would rub on her hands, then place her hands under my nose and ask me to breathe deeply so I could get the full relaxation effect of the oils. Afterward, she spent some time with me going over stretches that will help me with my tight areas, of which there are several, and mentioned that next time we'll do cranio-sacral therapy, which I'm very excited about! You won't go wrong seeing Briana at Shed Skin & Massage, and I dare say you'll become a repeat customer! read more

I found Shed via Groupon and went in for a facial with Amber. It was amazing and super relaxing. I went back and got my eyelashes done by Dani. She always does a great job. My lashes are light, feathery and look fabulous. I have been to other places that are cheaper but they are never the quality like I get at Shed. These ladies are super sweet and always make you feel at home when you stop in. read more

Omg there's not enough words to describe how valuable and needed this facial was for me. I don't usually have time to spend pampering myself and have never had a facial, so I didn't really know what to expect but Amber definitely set the bar high. From the moment I stepped in I was impressed. It smells great and is so beautiful and calming inside. You can tell she works hard to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. While she went over some questions, my feet were soaking in a CBD bath with rose petals--so great. Then we got into the facial and I seriously wish it could have gone longer. From the hot towels to all the face massages with creams and oils, the scalp massage and hand & foot warmers, I was in heaven. AND she removed all my blackheads around my nose which has bothered me forever. AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. My face is still glowing today and even my boyfriend was impressed lol. I highly recommended Amber and any of her services. She is also so sweet & friendly and really creates and unforgettable experience. read more

Shed Skin & Massage has a lovely and comfortable office. All of the staff members I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. Also, Shed offers very reasonable pricing for its services and has great promotions on a regular basis. No one is ever remotely pushy about add-ons or products, which I so appreciate. I see Jasmine for intuitive massages, and her massages are truly amazing! Jasmine is a kind, calm, and warm person; and she has excellent listening skills so that I get exactly the massage I want and need each time I see her. Her massage room is comfortable, peaceful, and soothing; and the quiet music she plays is extremely relaxing. Jasmine has helped me so much with my fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy symptoms. I very highly recommend her and Shed! read more

I've had many massages in the past (I belonged to a massage chain for years) but Jamie at Shed Skin & Massage in Englewood is by far the best therapist I have ever had. Her technique is outstanding, the pressure was perfect, and she focused on my trouble areas and was sensitive to all of my massage needs. She has one of the most comfortable massage beds I have ever been on and it was heated and ready to go! Highly recommended!!!!!! read more

Amber is amazing! I just got a facial with a Groupon so I was expecting it to be average, but she exceeded any facial I have ever received! She customizes the facial to your specific needs and is very personable. The space is perfect as it is half gallery, half spa. Not only did she give me a facial, but a scalp, neck, shoulder, arm and foot massage. I HIGHLY recommend Shed to anyone looking for a relaxing and productive facial; the cheap cost is an added bonus!! Thank you so much amber!! I will be back! read more

I have had two amazing skin services with Amber, the Hippie Facial and a Dermaplaning. The Hippie Facial was absolutely wonderful! I love the organic, plant based, skin care line she used, "Omethod," and the facial itself was just divine! Super relaxing, great attention to detail and sense of touch, and her table you lay on is one of the most plush and cozy I have ever experienced! My dermaplane was done using the same natural product line and I had the BEST results than any other dermaplane previously. Less redness, less dry, my skin felt happy instead of angry afterwards. And again, Amber's attention to detail, her professionalism, her sweet and caring energy, make any service with her above standards! Her space is super cute and cozy with a welcoming and nurturing vibe. I would highly recommend Amber and Shed Skin and Massage for any skin care needs or services. She knows her stuff, you can trust her expertise and her commitment to her craft and her clients! Thanks for being so awesome, Amber! read more

I have been in chronic pain since 2015 and have had many, many massages. My pain would decrease during the massages, but right after it would be back again. Things have been completely different with Shed Skin and Massage. I have seen Briana about 4 times now and the pain is not only alleviated during the massage, but for several days after the massage. Each time I go in, the pain is gone for a longer amount of time. I cannot recommend Briana enough - she absolutely gives the most healing massages that I have ever had. Do this for yourself - it is worth it! read more

Andrea is the best masseuse- I like firm pressure and she delivers that without it even crossing over into pain. Try the Mother Gaia is you want to treat yo'self- sooo good. Amber (the esthetician) is fabulous also- really tailors her treatments to your skin and give a great massage as well. Will definitely be back! read more

I bought a 2 hour deal for my mom and I at this place. Cool, super excited since we have never done anything like this before. Unfortunately, we show up a little bit late for our appointment. Immediately I receive a call from a very rude lady there. She apparently does the facials. Tells me that we can no longer get treated because we were late. Ok, I am late cool. So what about the second hour that I paid for I asked. She did not know what to answer as she was completely rude and disrespectful the whole time. She clearly wanted just to take my money like we didn't matter and didn't respect the fact that I had ALREADY paid for this. Literally had absolutely no good reason to why we couldn't at LEAST get our second hour honored. Shit, but she was ok with taking 2 payments from me! I still can not sleep because of how disrespected I was treated. Then she asked me to reschedule and of course PAY again to get treated. After having to wait a month already. "We're just that good" she replied with an attitude. After walking in that place I had NO intentions of asking for another appointment. GUYS THIS PLACE IS NOT THAT GOOD WALKING IN THERE LOOKS LIKE YOU'RE WALKING INTO A CLOSET WITH LITERALLY 2 EMPLOYES. That is why you need to wait a month to be seen. They're not just that good! read more
