I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Fante and his entire team. After carefully…read moreresearching blepharoplasty and consulting with several surgeons in different cities, I ultimately chose Dr. Fante--and I am so incredibly glad I did. Because the procedure involves surgery around the eyes, I was understandably nervous. Your eyes are such a delicate and central part of your appearance, and I wanted to be absolutely certain I was in the best possible hands. From my very first consultation, Dr. Fante immediately stood out. His expertise, calm confidence, and thoughtful explanations made me feel reassured and informed. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Equally impressive was his staff and surgical team. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, organized, and genuinely caring. They created an environment that made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and well supported from start to finish. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how quickly I healed. The results exceeded my expectations. My eyes look refreshed and natural--like a brighter, more rested version of myself rather than anything "done." Friends and family have commented that I look great but can't quite put their finger on why, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If you are considering blepharoplasty or any procedure involving the eyes, I would recommend Dr. Fante wholeheartedly and without hesitation. His skill, artistry, and meticulous care truly set him apart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I could not be happier with my results.

Kathi has been supportive, knowledgeable, and always available throughout my weight-loss journey. I'm now maintaining my results well and couldn't be happier. Wanting to elevate my skincare, I had a skin analysis and a HydraFacial--my skin was glowing. Tara reviewed my analysis and offered honest, personalized recommendations with zero pressure. I moved forward with a series of three Moxi laser treatments, and the results have been incredible. My skin looks brand new: sun damage and pigmentation gone, smoother texture, minimized pores, and a bright, even complexion. I barely wear foundation now, and the difference between my first and third treatment is huge. Tara is truly your "laser bestie"--friendly, skilled, and genuinely invested in your results. I plan to continue with yearly Moxi and quarterly microneedling to keep my collagen strong and my skin thriving. I also picked up some Alastin products (again, no pressure), and they've worked beautifully for my skin. Injectables are next on my list--probably a little baby tox soon. Overall, AOB has been exceptional, and I highly recommend them for all your MedSpa needs. My glow-up is thanks to them, and I can't wait to continue shining with their care.

I was a little put back by paying a consult fee that doesn't apply to the treatment, but got over it. On that consult, she seemed great and I felt aligned with the plan. All I had was a few red spider veins around my nose and cheeks from some prior sculptra injections and two raised skin tags to be lasered. On the day of the procedure, 1st appt 8am on Monday am, it seemed like she forgot the entire plan, went way too aggressive with the laser on areas we did not discuss and completely missed the two bumps I needed so badly to be removed. On my follow up she apologized and re-lasered what I asked for, but upon closer look, seemed to miss one of the two bumps yep again, lasering below one of the bumps. I am now left 2 months later with an area on my cheek that still hasn't healed that I still have to wear concealer over. I don't know if it will ever go away, but I will never be doing this again, nor going to Jordan for any laser work in the future. She is fine at managing my prescriptions but I feel her laser care needs some more education to be safely using on patients. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion and concerns.

Good experience here before with sclerotherapy, but not so great this time. When I called to make…read morethe appointment I specifically asked how much it would be for me to see the doc and get an ultrasound for leg vein reflux. I was very careful to be specific because I had new insurance (not Kaiser anymore) and was told I would only be charged a $60 specialist co-pay for the visit and the ultrasound. I asked lots of clarifying questions to make sure that co-pay included the ultrasound because it was less than I thought it would be and I didn't want any surprises. I got an EOB showing they billed my insurance $750 for the visit and I needed to pay $350 of that. I inquired several times explaining this was not what I was told when I made the appointment and after the 4th time asking with no response, I was told no adjustment and I am responsible to know how much my insurance will cover. Really not ok because it was Denver Vein Center that misinformed me. Looking back I think the appointment person didn't book the ultrasound I asked for, because when I got there I had to ask for the ultrasound and I wondered why they didn't have it ready to go. Again, usually a good office but they took zero accountability for their mistake and I didn't appreciate the surly message about me being responsible for knowing my insurance coverage, when their staff was obviously not listening to my VERY clear and repetitive questions about a doc visit AND ultrasound, not just a doc visit.
