April 2025 - Dr. Levitt seemed nice enough, but super *quick to want to do the surgery I was consulting her for. Severe communication breakdown with the staff - far too much to list. Even trying to reach the office manager was impossible. The lasting impression was the feeling of cut, cut, cut and on to the next one, like an assembly line. Information dispensed was certainly incorrect. I too was over charged for the consult. My insurance company sure questioned it. Oh, and the price was astronomical. Good thing I went elsewhere. I was charged $250 for a consult fee regarding a revised blepharplasty by another physician only to be told my eyes look fine when obviously I have one eye with a heavier outer lid. I didn't feel that Dr. Levitt really took any time to discuss my unsatisfaction. Expensive fee for a 15 minute consult just to say they look fine. This is a wonderful place from when I began 10 years ago. However, I would never read some of these comments I'm reading today. Dr Fante, please go back to basics. You excelled at your craft 10 years ago. Tasha called me to tell me Everything that was Not what Dr. Fante said in my appointment with him and then she wrote me. I left Tasha a Clear, No question to wonder about regarding communication back. I didn't hear from her again. IF money is now what is all that matters to Dr Fante or and staff, it wasn't the way he handled patients 10 years ago. It's heart breaking to hear Tasha loudly go in about money when even Dr Fante didn't. It's confusing, upsetting and bothersome because Fante did my surgeries. He referred me to another doctor "to make certain he wasn't missing something" NOT because of insurance as Tasha loudly stated into my phone. I may have medical issues, but my mind is in tact as is my memory. That part was upsetting to hear from Tasha . But it wasn't from Dr Fante. My communication from Dr Fante was different and I repeated it to the doctor he referred me to regarding "not missing anything " No one wants to feel played with or rejected because of greed. But we aren't living in the same society as we were 10 years ago. Yet this conversation was only about a year ago. So how confusing to me as a patient who NEEDS my eyes finally fixed for God's sake! My bottom line is , I FULLY believe in Dr Fante. I don't have a good reason not to. He has not been anything but very decent to me for a long time. I would like to preface my review by stating that Dr. Fante and is staff are very professional, and their office has a friendly open environment. However, I had two failed Ptosis repair surgeries with Dr. Fante. I am dissatisfied with my results that left my eyes still very noticeably asymmetrical. I decided to give the clinic two stars because Dr. Fante tried to make things right by reducing the cost of the second surgery. He suggested a third surgery, however, with two surgeries and almost no change in symmetry, I don't think I would trust him with my face again. read more

I went to both Dr F and Dr T for upper and lower eyelid consultation. Dr F had an intern with him. He told me he could not make me young and beautiful again, and ran the back of his hand down her cheek. I asked about cost which seemed to be a big mystery. He said I did not qualify for insurance coverage. He said his biller would contact me in a few days to let me know about cost. The front desk was ready to book my surgery right away, but I said I need to know cost. I was then shuffled into his med spa and ended up buying his all- in -one face cream formula. After a week, I called the biller, and she said "Let me ask". $13K out of pocket. Dr T is respectful, highly qualified, (double board certified) and billed my insurance. I knew my cost on the same day and booked surgery 3 weeks out. Dr T said he would not do the lower lid, since I would not benefit from that surgery. My insurance was approved and billed. What a terrible experience. First off, I made an appointment months ago, I received confirmation of my appointment via email. The day of my appointment, the office was running late. This can happen and I understand. However, because they were running behind Dr. Fante rushed my consultation. A consultation that I had to pay for, I felt I was not listened to, and I was told I do not need what I was requesting. How strange. If I want something done, then I have every right to get it done. I do not need every assistant or surgical coordinator/doctor/nurse telling me I should not get the procedure because I am too young. If you are in your twenties, do not waste your time with this office. They will try to guilt trip and convince you that you do not need something. Needing is irrelevant. I recently met Dr Fante for a second opinion on a lower bleph procedure I had performed by a different surgeon three months ago. Dr. Fante is extremely caring and knowledgeable. After moving from the Bay Area to Denver, a very well known oculoplastic surgeon recommended Dr. Fante to me to do a medically necessary and difficult bilateral eye surgery on me. Dr. Fante has one of the best bedside manners that I have ever encountered in a doctor, let alone a specialist in his field. He described the surgery to me in an honest and straight way, never once talking down to me but in a way where I felt at ease asking him lots of questions about the procedure. The times that I met with him, I never once felt rushed by him and he has a great sense of humor which made me feel so much better about the surgery! From the beginning, he managed my expectations by notifying me about the risks and the potential results of my surgery. The first surgery went without a hitch but I was not completely satisfied with the results in one eye, even though no one else would be able to see the difference in that one eye. When I told him about my left eye, he told me that he wanted me to be happy with the results and indicated that he would gladly do a revision in the left eye for me. The revision went well and I'm completely happy with the results. Plus, he included a free eye procedure to make my eyes look even better. I've never had a doctor do something like this before! I am reviewing Christian for a medical facial I had today. While I've had lots and lots of facials, never a medical facial. Didn't know what to expect. He's part of a plastic surgeon's office and there are lots of doctor-y forms to fill out about your skin/history. He has a lovely little space and we chatted for a few minutes about my skin issues before getting started. Christian is a delight and as sweet as can be. I don't remember if I've ever been to a man for a facial before, but I was in EXCELLENT hands. Oh, and his hands are as soft as butter. Small differences from a "normal facial" but I trusted his experience and think it was one of the better facials I've ever had. During the 2nd half, he turns on the massage chair which was heavenly. Massaged calves, thighs, butt and back and the same time and was better than any massage chair I've ever tried. Free parking, too. I'll be back for sure!!! read more

I looked for a surgeon for quite some time in Colorado for my upper eyelid bleph procedure. I checked out Park Avenue Occuplastics and found them just frightening. The surgeon was pretty unkempt which is disturbing in someone who should be precise and their scheduler was overwhelming. They shoved me into a surgery slot in two weeks when I just came for a consult. Dr Fante and Megan are completely different. Megan is a gem - so warm, friendly and reassuring.
