I completely regret choosing AirSculpt. I spent $21,000 and did not receive the results that were discussed during my consultation. The expectations that were set did not match my outcome, and that has been extremely disappointing given the financial and emotional investment involved. One of the biggest reasons I chose AirSculpt was the promise of less downtime compared to traditional liposuction. I believed I was making a smart trade-off -- paying a premium for convenience and comparable results. In hindsight, I could have spent that same amount with a board-certified plastic surgeon, had a thorough pre-operative consultation, realistic expectations clearly outlined, and likely achieved better, more predictable results. Another major concern was not meeting the surgeon until the day of the procedure. For a $21,000 medical decision, patients should have the opportunity to meet the operating surgeon in advance to ensure alignment, assess candidacy, and fully understand expected outcomes. That did not happen in my case. My experience with AirSculpt left me deeply concerned about their business model and overall ethics. The entire consultation process felt sales-driven rather than medically driven. I was presented with what sounded like strong guarantees about results, yet there was very little meaningful discussion about limitations, risks, or whether I was truly a good candidate. Promises were emphasized more than realistic expectations. Instead, the process felt structured to secure payment and lock in commitment before full medical alignment was established. Healthcare decisions should prioritize patient education, transparency, and informed consent -- not speed and conversion rates. Between the sales pressure, the so-called "guarantee," and meeting the surgeon only on the day of surgery, this experience felt more like a transactional business model than patient-centered medical care. I would strongly advise anyone considering AirSculpt to ask detailed questions, insist on meeting their surgeon well in advance, and fully understand the fine print before committing. I was a bit hesitant and a little nervous to do an Airsculpt procedure. I am so happy that I did! It was an incredibly easy process versus doing a tummy tuck. I had a friend that had a tummy tuck the week before. My progress was so fast, so easy and felt so safe! I was relaxed yet felt as if I knew everything that was happening to me. During the pre-opt process Dr. Zadoo was patient and informative and never tried to rush me out of the office. This was so much appreciated as I had about a million questions. As you can see the office manager reaches out to make it look as if they care - note they do not. The ONLY. Solution they really offer is to have it done again. Though both drs in the office I had it done changed the status and said I was a bad candidate and would not do it again - one said it was all skin which see my previous post if that was true they would have known that before the first time - the second Dr. said it would cause tunneling (deformities) so he wasn't willing and also said no. I asked for a partial refund even though I feel a full refund is deserved. They pretended to run it up the chain to come back and state their offer was again to do it again that they don't do refunds but now I would have to travel to another state Seattle to do it and that the reason this Dr would is that he's basically more skilled - says a lot about them and their Dr.'s - I stated let's save time and money and just refund me for that trip they were going to pay for as it would be the same cost to them - they refused and gave me a deadline - I explained I did this for the convenience the first time as I have small kids and going out of state to do it was even less convenient or safe as I had no one there to support me plus as I stated I have kids??? I told them I did not feel safe or confident to allow any one from their organization to do any procedures now. After several months of this nonsense back and forth i eventually stopped communicating because again all they offer is a repeat session - I've spoken to several who did that and said it was an even bigger misteak because now they had deformities or still no results (more of the same). As many have said no results, expensive and some even experience trauma and damage - and once they have your money they do not care or treat you well at all. I've done more research and talked to more people who have actually had it done and I'm hearing the same stories or worse. only about 20% see success and of those are people with barely any need for the procedure at all .... There is a reported death so far in another state apparently and they were pulled out of the UK due to bad practices as well (they run under a couple names) they also have been reported to falsify the reviews (carful what you sign they will try to make sure you can't post a review if you sign for your images they tried to get me to do one in exchange for 100 worth of scar serum or something like that after 1week , I said it's way too soon and I don't need the serum. ) If you want to educate yourself go on face book and find the victims groups - sadly I did after mine but as I stated you will find the real reviews there. read more

I had a stomach 360 and legs. I went there because some other place said because of my age and I had kids, they could only do a mini tuck and not even the legs. After getting a procedure here, my body is uneven and I will have to get a separate procedure done by another doctor to fix the damage. This place is more expensive because it's a "safer route", when really, now I have to go under the knife with an actual plastic surgeon and have an entirely new procedure performed. I was supposed to have a hip flip, and my hips look the same as they did before the procedure. They took fat from the sides of my stomach, but didn't take out the same amount from both sides, so now my body looks very uneven. I spent thousands, and hate my results. I had nothing but a great experience - I had full abdomen done and never felt better. I was blown away with the results, just aesthetically and the silhouette in clothes alone has changed my life. I recently went on vacation to Curacao and first time in a long time I felt comfortable and confident in taking my shirt off. I had lipo and a bbl with elite over a year and a half ago, initially when I was looking to get it done they were very reachable and happy to help and answered any questions I had. But once I was post op it was a different story. I was seen only once post op and was told to call and make another appointment for my remaining follow ups, which I did multiple times and no response from anyone or I always got a they will call you back. It's crazy that a place like this can treat someone the way they do once they cash your check and you are off their table. I had concerns about a lump that is still here to this day on my butt cheek, and some symmetry issues with my final result. I am aware that is a risk with any plastic surgery, but to completely ignore patients once they have post op concerns is borderline malpractice. I went to another doctor that I paid for OUT OF POCKET to assure me the lump was of no concern just a cosmetic thing I was so excited to get it done and this was my first encounter with any cosmetic surgery, I didn't do diligent research like I should have and it is 100% my fault and a very very expensive mistake. I should of known also that when I booked with them and had my pricing already set and paid, a few days before the surgery I was told by the doctor that the upper part of my butt was not apart of the "bbl" and it would be another $3,000 on top of the $16,000 I had already paid. I should've canceled then and there and took my money elsewhere. For the amount of money I paid, my whole butt including the shelf should've been done. It was not cheap but they told me this was safer and I almost feel like they used scare tactics to justify their price and I was naive. I had my boobs done with another doctor, an actual plastic surgeon, and this was when it hit me how unprofessional this place is and I couldn't stand to not say anything anymore.. I hope I can help someone make a better decision than mine and go somewhere else with reputable doctors who actually care about their patients final results and post op care. read more

So happy with my results and the process in general! The office is beautiful and I feel the pricing is very reasonable - plus you don't have to go under the knife! I had my chin done and a fat-transfer that they call "up a cup". I highly recommend working with this group of doctors as they are experts in their niche, and everyone at the clinic is wonderful to work with and talk to. Down time will vary, I am more sensitive so I was out of it for about 10 days before I could really go back to work however I also had 3 procedures done at one time. Plan accordingly so that you have the proper time to recover. Full results at 6 months and the scars need about 2 years to fully fade but they are small and will begin to lighten after the first few months. They will fully explain the incisions, you will 100% understand the process before you make a decision. read more

I had my procedure with Dr Zadoo. I'm a "virgin" when it comes to anything like this. I did my full abdomen, back bra roll, and arms and I cannot say enough good things about this place and these people. The doctor was so kind and had the best bedside manner. The nurses were all amazing! The whole experience from the moment I walked in for the consultation to the day of the procedure were top notch. The doctor called me that night just to check up on me. I didn't feel much of anything. I was a bit sore afterwards but I work a desk job and was able to be back to work the next day. Highly recommend doing this! read more

I do recommend this place. I had a bad experience, I traveled from another state and they were very rude to me about it. I explained I'll be leaving the day before but will be arriving late and they kept harassing me to to arrive earlier than my appointment so that they can have an early day even though I explained that I cannot arrive that early. They also wouldn't bend with a reschedule appointment since they wanted to move me up when I couldn't, they said I'd have to pay $900 to cancel. Very rude and inconsiderate staff. I arrived to surgery and they had dr Zadoo and another surgeon and more staff in the room. They ignored me and kept talking to eachother and I was doing a very intimate area. They didn't care it felt like a frat party during my surgery, it was humiliating. I was botched and he suction one spot too much and when I would say I'm in pain they said what did you expect. I was so embarrassed and when I discovered the over suctioned area they would day it's all in my head even though I can feel the groove. They wouldn't let me talk to Dr Zadoo and the manager just kept stalling to make another appointment we went back and fourth for a couple months. Don't go here, the bar is in hell for plastic surgeons, it seems so many of them have bad business practices and cover up their mistakes and refuse to fix or pay for them. read more

The Cherry Creek office was very beautiful. The staff and the doctor was very welcoming and Dr Bufford was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I went in for an initial quote because I had seen that it was less downtime and also less expensive than the standard liposuction procedures. Unfortunately the cost quoted ended up being more than standard liposuction. I am very particular about making the best use of time in my business day. If I had thought they cost we're going to be the same or more I may not have taken the time out of my business week at the moment. Overall it is something I would consider based on how the procedure is performed. However, if you are looking for an option that may be less than standard lipo this is not the best choice. read more

This is specifically for the Denver Office. Bottom line: GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION The Good: My experience with the doctor was great. The doctor was knowledgeable, attentive, thoughtful, and direct. The Bad: Nurse administration/scheduling Management/Administration Stress Paid for a service (follow-up care) and did not get accurate or timely care Normally, the above mix would make me leave a 3 or 4 Star review. However, "The Bad" has happened now 6 times (Incidents are below, I'm counting "bonuses" as half an incident). Each time the manager assures me it's a "one-off", takes a minor amount of responsibility, seems sorry, and then it happens again! Incident 1: I made an appt, made a down payment, signed all of the paperwork. I show up for my appointment and they don't have me on the calendar! I live out of town, so I needed to drive about 5 hours to get to the office. -Bonus: The person who scheduled me also guaranteed my arms would bounce back and that I was a great candidate. The doctor, who only saw me when I got there, disagreed. We ended up working out some things, but my results were not at all what I was originally guaranteed. - Incident 1 excuse: The person who scheduled me is no longer there by the time I got there (implied she was known for making these mistakes). - Incident 1 resolution: They were able to squeeze me in and reimbursed a nominal amount of fees for my travel. (Like, less than $300) Incident 2: While incident 1 was unfolding, a Nurse scolds me on how I should have called the office before coming to CONFIRM MY OWN APPOINTMENT. I somehow should have known their confirmation procedures, as well. I was already super anxious and upset that a place I was trusting with my body couldn't use a calendar. - Incident 2 excuse: This was the best the manager has been. She full-stop said that it not okay. Reiterated it wasn't my fault. Said she would speak to the nurse. -Incident 2 resolution: none. No apology from the nurse. Incident 3: Early Post-op. Had an appt for afternoon. Nurse called before 9am (while I was sleeping) and did not call at my appt time. I called them, waited for 15min+ and was told "the nurses sometimes call early so they can focus on in-person patients when it's busy". (So, remote patients aren't the priority.) -Incident 3 resolution: Told the manager. Manager told nurses to call during appt time. Apology from manager. Incident 4: 3-month Post-op appointment. I did not receive the call for my remote post-op. I called EBS's office and got directed to a nurse who did not pick up. I called back, had to wait for 5 minutes, and then I finally got the nurse. -Bonus: I was told by a nurse I would be asked for pictures before my appointment. She said I would get an email with instructions the week prior. I did not receive the email. I mentioned this to the receptionist who said I would get asked for photos during the appointment. I finished the appointment, she doesn't ask for pictures. I needed to call back and then REMIND THE MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL that they needed photos for my chart. -Incident 4 excuse: The nurse's phone was on do not disturb. I wanted to make sure the Nurse had what she needed to do correct post-op, so I was nervous about making sure EBS got the pictures they needed to evaluate my healing. Unfortunately, I got 4 different answers to "do you need pictures, and if you do how do I send them to you?" -Incident 4 resolution: I told the manager of the Denver location I was writing this review to warn potential customers of how disrespectful, incompetent, and dismissive the non-medical staff has been to my medical health, my schedule, and my stress level while recovering from surgery. The manager implied she couldn't make me happy to which I said the only thing I wanted was for my last appointment to be SMOOTH. The manager told me they were training a new nurse so I may have gotten the wrong info on the pictures. She then offered for me to talk to her boss, which I declined. -Incident 5: My last appointment didn't go smoothly. I was scheduled for Aug. 6th for a video call with the doctor. No confirmation, no call. They called 3 days later asking for pics of me and if I had questions. No mention of the missed appt or seeing a doctor. -Incident 5 resolution: I am writing this post. I feel like I have an obligation to warn others about this place. I will also be talking to the manager's boss and asking for some amount of refund given this awful experience. Depending on that conversation, I will update this post. The point of this is that I am not majorly unlucky. This is not a one-off. This is a pattern of the management doing an awful, disrespectful, and incompetent job. These are the people you will mostly interact with. The customer service is terrible. I love this location, staff and my outcomes already-THANK YOU ELITE! I have my waistline back again and could not be happier-I legit almost cried this morning seeing my result's. I am a seasoned Critical Career Nurse-RN and I am beyond particular about anything medical. With that being said, the office is spotless, Covid precaution's galore, and a very calming decor helps too. Dr. H has the patience and critical skills that make her a superb physician . I am a nervous type and they all calmed me down in minutes the day of my procedure. 1. Scheduling was streamlined and always a great use of my time, never waited on anything or anyone getting back to me. 2. Their equipment is patented and you cannot get this experience anywhere else in the United States-which means my pain was minimal at best, (worse time at the dentist with root canals to be honest), my bruising is minimal post abdomen and thigh contouring. You can eat and drink all the way up to your procedure this hands down is such a nice option and no nasty anesthesia to wake up from. I'd encourage anyone who is frustrated with stubborn fat or in need of a fat transfer to listen to this team and proceed. i got the upper cut procedure and my entire experience was amazing! They worked with me financially to pay for everything. Also the recovery process went great! It only took a couple weeks. The scars were very little and now I can't see them a lot. I saw a huge difference in my figure, it's more of an hour glass Just like I wanted. I would do this procedure again and again. Save your money and go somewhere else. Worst experience ever . I do agree with other people's posts. Once they cash your check and your procedure is done and you go through the follow-up process, they hesitate to give you a revision. I had an awful experience with Dr.Zodoo he was upset that I asked him to do a revision and told me I would never be thin and that he would hurt me on the revision and refused to my lower abdomed. He was upset that I questioned him about the procedure that I paid him a lot of money. I felt so embarrassed, humiliated, and sad after leaving the office crying that I thought, why would a medical doctor speak to his clients like that. So I called the manager she apologized, and called corporate because I wasn't allowed to on my own. She set me up an appointment with another doctor Dr.Lovejoy . I met with Dr.Lovejoy who asked me what was going on. Then, once I started to explain to her about Dr.Zadoo, she stopped me and said we were meeting for the first time, starting over. We discussed what was needed. We scheduled a procedure . Then, I emailed the office manager asking to speak to corporate. Once I shared my concerns with the office manager, then with Brianna in corporate, she had me scheduled a 6 month follow-up to discuss with Dr. Lovejoy to discuss with her my issues and see if Dr. Lovejoy would do another revision. Once I went to the 6-month follow-up, I was told that if I paid another $14,000, she could do the procedure. I said no, that would be another $14,000. I was then dismissed quickly with a reply by Dr. Lovejoy that she just the provider and that I could speak to the office manager. What a joke.
