Unfortunately, the laser scar revision sessions I had did not work out for me and made my skin tremendously worse and more uncomfortable. Dr. Weber didn't do anything wrong, as he just did his job. However, please be careful when doing any laser work and start slowly and with low settings. You can always go more intense later. It's better than burning your skin and turning it into intensely hot and painful redness. I've had to get psychiatric help and be medicated to help deal with the anxiety and depression. The decision to get laser surgery ruined my life and the permanent redness and burning from Dr. Weber's lasers makes living extremely hard. Please be careful. I just wanted to share my experience in case anyone is on the fence about laser work. Be careful; you probably look fine, and things can get way worse from laser work. What was once a small minor scar has turned into something infinitely worse.

The 2 stars…read morerepresent that the end result is the size and type of implants I wanted that are even and sit nicely. And for the excellent care his STAFF provides. The lack of additional stars has everything to do with Dr. Buford, his arrogance, his inattentive care, his insulting conversations. I was being treated so poorly by Dr Buford that I forced my husband to come to every appointment as protection! I've never had to take my husband to see a doctor before. I was very specific and insistent about what size I wanted, but Dr. Buford still gave me smaller implants than I wanted. When I woke up from surgery and saw what he did I flipped out and became hysterical because this was the REVISION after my first augmentation years before were a complete disappointment (by another doctor). He agreed to do a 2nd surgery the next day at no additional cost (also part of the 2 stars). I paid $31,000 for implants and lift, plus lipo under my armpits. AFTER I was given the anesthesia for the 2nd surgery, he came up close to my ear so my husband couldn't hear and he whispered "I don't want to hear A THING about the lipo" in an angry and menacing tone and I was too out of it from anesthesia to say anything to my husband who was there to protect me from this menace. The healing process was a disaster. I had allergic reactions to the pain medication, I couldn't reach him post-op as he was out of town golfing and not taking calls. It took hours to days to reach the on call doctor. They treated me like I was drug seeking when I couldn't tolerate any of the pain meds. My incisions kept coming apart and my skin was dying along the incision line, along with seromas that had to be drained with needle aspirations every two days for months after surgery. I felt like sally from nightmare before christmas trying to keep my incisions together. The scarring from the surgery is giving very Frankenstein. The lipo under my armpits is very uneven so I have a couple of pockets of fat surrounded by flat areas. I thought maybe he treated me so poorly because I was a fat, 50 something woman that he didn't want to work on. I would have rather he just said that FROM THE START than treat me like crap. I have lost over 50lbs since surgery but the little fat pockets in my armpits are still there. At my last follow up appointment with Dr Buford I told him how angry I was at the way I was treated and that I never wanted to see him again and he replied "yes, but do you like the results". So, yes, doctor, I like the way my breasts look with a bra or clothes on, not so much the FrankenTits scarring or the LumpyLipo underarms. I'm just grateful I didn't die, because I thought for a while I was going to die.

He is knowledgeable and experienced, but put me in the driver's seat every step of the way. His anesthesiologist is kind, thorough and really did her job impeccably. The nurses are all top notch. Friendly, skilled and put you at ease. Front desk girl is fantastic. They've always worked with me if I had a scheduling issue or when I contact Dr. Jeremy or the nurses after hours with a little question. I've had a couple tiny complications (due to me having a collagen disorder and my skin being finicky, not due to Dr. Jeremy's work) and they are attentive, timely and helpful. Removing my implants was a huge decision for me. I didn't want the added emotional burden of a surgeon sharing their opinion on whether or not I should replace or remove. Dr. Jeremy gave me the information I needed to make this decision on my own and kept to just the facts, which I immensely appreciated. He acknowledged that BII does happen in some women, but not in all. He didn't hesitate to offer capsulectomy and sending to pathology after explant if that is what I wanted. He took pictures of my implants and capsules for me. If you are considering explanting and desire a surgeon who will do en bloc and is passionate about BII, this is not your doctor. If you have done your own research and know exactly what you want and need, and want a surgeon who will support you and trust your decisions, then Dr. Jeremy is definitely your guy! I have felt so looked after and cared for leading up to and since my surgery, every step of the way. I know that Park Meadows certainly isn't the cheapest around, but I also know that that isn't the fault of the doctor or the office. (Could write an entire thesis paper on that one!) I was offered a couple different payment plan options, and when I decided to split my payment on 3 credit cards to maximize my points game, nobody looked at me sideways or said a thing! The surgery center itself is really nice, I like being able to avoid being in a hospital. I honestly cant say much about the surgery area as I don't remember - lol - but my husband assures me it's fantastic. I'm a 37 year old single mother who underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy with breast reconstruction 1 year ago with a different surgeon. I was not happy with my reconstruction results, as they left me feeling extremely self conscious. So I met for a consult with Dr Jeremy Williams. While he was very nice, good bedside manner and I liked his game plan to help me fix my breast, I simply couldn't go with him as my surgeon because this practice requires you to pay all of your deductible and out of pocket upfront, before they will schedule your surgery. For me that's nearly $9000.00 that I can't pocket all at once. With being a single mother and in today's economy, it's just not feasible for me. When asked if I could do a payment plan, I was declined. I would like to note, I did read their practice financial policy before coming to my appt and I did see their disclosure that states that the deductible and out of pocket is due at the time of service. So I called and asked about this before coming to my appt and the woman I spoke to said they could probably cut the up front amount in half and work with me. That is why I chose to keep my appt. This wasn't the case after having my appt. I received a call from their insurance coordinator who told me that I have to pay it all up front. This is the first time I've come across a practice that makes you pay all of that money up front for a cosmetic revision due to medical procedure that is covered by insurance. This is my first time coming across a practice that doesn't let you do payments. So I'm writing this review to maybe help save someone their time and money (I also had to pay for my visit, which I know is required, but if you're consulting with several surgeons to find the best one, this adds up). With all said, if your someone who has had a medical procedure and need a revision, just know this practice requires everything up front before they will schedule you. My goal for this review is to help those narrow their search and save them time, while not losing money.
