It has taken me a while to write this because I was traumatized by my experience. The 2 stars represent that the end result is the size and type of implants I wanted that are even and sit nicely. And for the excellent care his STAFF provides. The lack of additional stars has everything to do with Dr. Buford, his arrogance, his inattentive care, his insulting conversations. I was being treated so poorly by Dr Buford that I forced my husband to come to every appointment as protection! I've never had to take my husband to see a doctor before. I was very specific and insistent about what size I wanted, but Dr. Buford still gave me smaller implants than I wanted. When I woke up from surgery and saw what he did I flipped out and became hysterical because this was the REVISION after my first augmentation years before were a complete disappointment (by another doctor). He agreed to do a 2nd surgery the next day at no additional cost (also part of the 2 stars). I paid $31,000 for implants and lift, plus lipo under my armpits. AFTER I was given the anesthesia for the 2nd surgery, he came up close to my ear so my husband couldn't hear and he whispered "I don't want to hear A THING about the lipo" in an angry and menacing tone and I was too out of it from anesthesia to say anything to my husband who was there to protect me from this menace. The healing process was a disaster. I had allergic reactions to the pain medication, I couldn't reach him post-op as he was out of town golfing and not taking calls. It took hours to days to reach the on call doctor. They treated me like I was drug seeking when I couldn't tolerate any of the pain meds. My incisions kept coming apart and my skin was dying along the incision line, along with seromas that had to be drained with needle aspirations every two days for months after surgery. I felt like sally from nightmare before christmas trying to keep my incisions together. The scarring from the surgery is giving very Frankenstein. The lipo under my armpits is very uneven so I have a couple of pockets of fat surrounded by flat areas. I thought maybe he treated me so poorly because I was a fat, 50 something woman that he didn't want to work on. I would have rather he just said that FROM THE START than treat me like crap. I have lost over 50lbs since surgery but the little fat pockets in my armpits are still there. At my last follow up appointment with Dr Buford I told him how angry I was at the way I was treated and that I never wanted to see him again and he replied "yes, but do you like the results". So, yes, doctor, I like the way my breasts look with a bra or clothes on, not so much the FrankenTits scarring or the LumpyLipo underarms. I'm just grateful I didn't die, because I thought for a while I was going to die. read more

BEWARE!! I'm writing this to warn others about my devastating experience with Dr. Buford. I had two breast surgeries with him -- an augmentation and lift, performed twice -- and both failed to deliver the look he promised. He told me he was "only as good as his last surgery", yet both left me botched, uneven, and deeply disappointed. After the second procedure, I even developed an infection and spitting sutures, which made recovery painful and alarming. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed my skin quality, even though I'm a healthy 32-year-old and a good candidate. What he portrayed as confidence turned into a traumatic, expensive experience that had to be fully corrected by a DIFFERENT skilled surgeon in Cherry Creek.** The difference in care and integrity was night and day.** Dr. Buford was arrogant, dismissive, and misleading. He minimized my concerns, ignored my dissatisfaction, and refused to refund any part of the $25,000 I paid for two failed surgeries. Instead of standing behind his work, he deflected blame and left me to fix his mistakes. No one should endure this. His lack of humility and accountability is alarming. Do your research--don't be fooled by ego disguised as expertise. I trusted him with my body and savings, and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I had an Implant Exchange with a Lift on 1/19/2023. I had a significant bleed ( the bruising went from my right shoulder, down to my right inner thigh) and when Dr. Buford's nurse saw the bruising, she went and told him; Dr. Buford didn't come into the exam room to evaluate, nor did his nurse take pictures: Fortunately, I did. I had hematoma(s) removal surgery 2/16/2023. I have no color to my areoles and my nipples are flat, rectangular and irregular in shape: It obviously violates Yelps guidelines to show you pictures of my areoles and nipples. I was told to wait two years, by other doctors that I saw for second opinions, to see how my breasts healed, and the healing of the nerve endings. Now the implant on my right side, is up higher than the implant on the left, and the breast tissue hangs below. I wrote to Dr. Buford, 2/15/2025 and asked him to reimburse me for ONLY his surgeons fee, NOT the Anesthesiologist or Surgery Center fees. I communicated via email to Dr. Buford what has happened and sent two videos for documentation. I also explained that I need two reconstructive surgery's and tattooing. The first surgery is to remove/replace the implants and get the breasts symmetrical, the 2nd involves skin grafts to create nipples, then tattooing to hide scars and create areoles. Dr. Buford wants "clarity" as to what surgeon(s) are recommending two reconstructive surgery's and tattooing. He also said, depending on my pain tolerance, he could fix me in office... I told him I'm not comfortable being under his care again, I don't understand his need for "clarity" as I'm NOT asking for him to pay for my reconstructive surgery's, ONLY his reimbursement of his surgeon fee. I can't be fixed in office. Again, I ONLY asked for him to reimburse his surgeon fee. My first reconstructive surgery is October 2025. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow for ZERO stars, because that's what I would give him. I don't recommend Dr. Buford. read more

He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and didn't push me in any way to do anything i wasn't comfortable with . I love that he is more health conscious and actually helps with healing by setting you up with a carb packets and protein, that specializes in healing your body after surgery which I really appreciate. Very overpriced for the quality of work received. Dr. Buford is not only as arrogant as they come, but he also doesn't have an ounce of humbleness in his character. Even when he messes up, he somehow turns around his mistake and makes it the patients fault. I would highly recommend recording any and all consultations/appointments with him and his staff because they will lie about the conversation. Even on medical documents. I'm glad I had every single interaction recorded and they are astoundingly different than what is in my legal medical documents. Unbelievable and very unethical. It has taken me a year to finally write this review on my experience with Dr. Buford. I am a mom of three kids all of which I nursed for a year. I had always had a full chest but after nursing three babies they were left pretty droopy. I had a consultation a year before with another plastic surgeon (before seeing Dr Buford) explaining to me that a lift alone would not solve my problems or give me the results I was looking for. I would need a lift because of my sagging skin and an implant to fill them back up. I also asked about my stomach area thinking if I did my boobs, I might as well do my tummy too. Dr Buford told me I did not need a lift because my nipples were not pointing down and he could do a dual plane technique with just implants to give them the lift they needed. He assured me that they would look "so good" even after questioning skipping the lift. I clearly stated that I did not want to be big chested and wanted something to fit my body proportionality. I am 5' and at the time weighed 108-110. I wore a 32D- DD bra. He also offered me lipo 360 followed by a skin tightening treatment for my belly area. This is what ultimately sold me on going with him vs a tummy tuck. His bedside manner was confident and reassuring and a bit narcissistic which I didn't mind thinking he was going to make me look amazing so it was something I could look past. The day of surgery I remember waking up and asking what implant size they decided on. My left side 295 and my right 385. I was shocked why there was such a difference in size. I asked him about it and he said it was to lift one side of my nipple more. I realize you are swollen after and initially they seem too large but this is an understatement. The larger side stuck out significantly more than the other giving me serious side boob that I did not want and in general you could see the vast difference in size. They sat wide on my body and were huge. I was buying a 32DDD. Now here is were I had the most problem with the work he did. My breasts were still sagging off my implant! It was awful. I was patient every time I went in to Dr Buford asking if it would settle or look different with time but after my 3 month follow up I realized this was what it was. When I expressed my disappointment Dr Buford did not budge. Nor did he care in the least. He back pedaled and gas lighted me. He wanted me to pay 13k to fix his mistake. He thought they looked good. I made an appointment with another plastic surgeon to get a second opinion. He verified exactly what I knew all along. Dr Buford should never have used the dual plane technique because it was never going to work for me. I needed a lift with the implants. I was disproportionately large to my body. The second plastic surgeon was confused why he would use a difference of 90cc in the implant size instead of altering the actual breast. He also said that a high profile implant was a bad choice as well because now your skin is melting off this bullet like shape. He called it the "snoopy dog nose". I understand plastic surgery doesn't always go as planned. But Dr Buford will never admit his mistakes because he is a narcissist. He never once in the whole time I saw him following surgery asked how I was recovering or asked about my opinion about the results. Because he just doesn't care. He does not have a good eye on beauty. For this reason alone- I would never recommend him. He might make a lot of women happy- but in the off chance there is something that doesn't go as planned- he will not fix it. He does not stand behind his work. I had my surgery in August 2023 and had it fixed in August 2024 by another plastic surgeon. I am very happy that I was in a position to be able to do this surgery twice. It is a huge sacrifice physically, emotionally, and financially. My hope is that my story is heard so woman can make the best decision for themselves. I am happy I did it to boast my confidence and feel comfortable in my skin. read more

After a long discussion with Dr. Buford's intake nurse, Vivian, about what I was aiming for, she recommended a SoftTouch implant (softer than Cohesive). Dr. Buford then did an exam, and while we discussed a range of implant volume, he never suggested a different implant type. The day after surgery, I discovered that Dr. Buford had put in the Cohesive implant, not the SoftTouch, without ever discussing or mentioning this as a possibility with me or my caretaker post-op. Not only that, but I wasn't even told about the change, I discovered it on my own. I was pretty upset; an implant was put into my body that was not discussed, and it was too late to do anything about it. No one at the office had any answers and it was over 2 weeks post op before I got an answer from him. He said HE wanted me to have more upper pull volume, and to trust him because he gave me the better implant. He even said that I should thank him because he gave me a free upgrade. Regardless of his reason for changing what was decided pre-op, this should've been addressed BEFORE surgery, and his decision communicated to me ASAP after surgery with an explanation. I honestly think he made a mistake and put in the most commonly used implant, and he's too arrogant to admit it. There are a few other things that were contradictory or offensive. He told me that he only did a small amount of lipo sculpting as there was not much needed, then later told me I had excessive swelling because of the large amount of lipo he did (he told me I had "quite the pooch"; how unprofessional!). He also tried to gaslight me by saying my nipples were even, when they were obviously uneven; then he began discussing how to even them out. His staff is nice but their communication is disorganized, not only between the staff and patient, but between the staff and Dr Buford. I saw a different nurse on almost every visit, and each had completely different advice to offer. Ten days post op, one nurse told me that I should've been doing aggressive chest massage all this time but that's the first I'd ever heard of it. I even went back through my pre-op teaching and it's never mentioned. All in all, I think Dr Buford does good work. Seven months out, I do like the way my breasts look in clothes, less so without; but I do not like the way they feel. Dr. Buford is very arrogant, and if you happen to have an issue with your surgery afterwards, it's not going to be addressed well. I never received any sort of admission nor apology for the lack of communication and certainly not for the WRONG IMPLANT being put in. He asked me to trust him, but He is not trustworthy. read more

Had Renuvion; it was supposed to lift my jowls; during the consultation I very strongly articulated that this was my objective. I didn't discuss anything else as far as the results I was looking for with Renuvion. Dr. Buford recommended that I should have the InstaLift six weeks later. He said the Renuvion results would start showing in three to six months. So many things went wrong. 1 For the Renuvion I was given injections of Lidocaine for numbing. After a few minutes I felt faint. His assistant blamed this on not eating enough and offered candy. I said I'd had muffins earlier, but she still insisted it was low blood sugar and again offered candy. She said my lightheadedness was NOT from the Lidocaine. I explained I've NEVER felt faint and have always been able to go long periods without food. I refused the candy. At home I googled "Lidocaine feeling faint" and learned that it's well-documented in medical literature that in about 10% of people, injected Lidocaine causes a vasovagal (faint) response, yet Dr. Buford's assistant had no clue about this. 2 All along I kept being told "three to six months" for results to optimize. At the six month mark, the only improvement, which was slight, was under my jaw near the ears. I still had as much jowling as pre-procedure. Eventually at one of the follow-ups the "three to six months" became "up to 12 months," and they then kept sticking to THAT. 3 The InstaLift produced NO result. I was told this could take "up to a year," even though it's called "Insta," as in instant. Buford's defense was, "I didn't name the procedure." I pointed out that his marketing reel in the lobby promotes the results as nearly instant. He denied this. 4 The Renuvion caused a noticeable indent on one side of my cheek, and Buford was not able to explain why this happened. He gave me free filler (hyaluronic acid) which filled the depression, but after several months it mostly wore off. 5 Beginning with the one-month follow-up for the Renuvion I expressed concern that my jawline on both sides, near the ears, was bigger than pre-procedure; it was lumpy and hard there. His initial defense was to wait three months, and he said, "I'm not going to discuss any lumps until after three months." At the three-month mark, when I asked what the lumpy area was comprised of, he said it was my natural jaw. I kept saying it was puffier there than pre-procedure, and he kept denying this. 6 After the initial swelling went down, it was obvious my face was now asymmetrical. When I expressed concern I was told to wait three months. At the six-month mark it still looked the same. His assistant denied seeing it, either on my actual face or in photos, even though it was very obvious both in person and in before-and-after photos. She saved her ass by flat-out denying she could see it. 7 At my last follow-up I asked Buford what procedure reduces jowls. He had one answer: "Injections," meaning, fillers. I said, "I thought a facelift does that." Buford said no, it's fillers. However, even a second-grader knows that a surgical facelift can make jowls literally disappear. 8 I received Botox between my eyebrows, on the forehead and on the outer part of both eyes and was told by the assistant I'd see results in two to 14 days. At a follow-up three weeks later, I said there was no change. For the next few months there was back-and-forth regarding the Botox. Buford kept insisting it WAS working because apparently, I was not able to crinkle up my forehead. I kept coming back with, "I'm not talking about paralysis; I'm talking about the visible reduction of wrinkles." But he kept turning it back to paralysis. Eventually he began telling me that it takes up to a YEAR for Botox to work - as though I was too ignorant to know that the standard maintenance for Botox is once every THREE MONTHS. All the medical literature, and every practitioner who gives Botox, says it takes two to 14 days. I emailed his office links to sites and articles stating this, and needless to say, they had nothing to say. 9 In his defense, Dr. Bungle will say that my submental area (under the chin) was greatly improved from the Renuvion. The before-and-after shows this, but the "before" picture was obviously altered. Yes, there WAS improvement, but not as dramatic as their before-and-after showed. I showed his assistant (Buford wouldn't see me that day) pictures of my profile pre-Renuvion, and I clearly had much more of a submental area than what shows in their "before" shoot. What really happened was that a few weeks before Renuvion, I'd had CoolSculpting in the submental area. I wore a face compression garment 24/7 for a week after Renuvion. When it came off, I saw the CoolSculpting result. Yet Buford is taking the credit, even though he kept saying that Renuvion takes three to six MONTHS to show results. read more

My overall experience was very positive. Jennifer is the office coordinator and has a ton of experience and knowledge to answer any question you might have. I was nervous about going too big because I'm small framed but Dr Buford assured me that he would err on the smaller side and the results were exactly what I had in mind, not so big that I'd be top heavy but not too small that I didn't notice a change. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Buford after I breast fed 2 children and had very little natural breast tissue left. I wanted to go much bigger than most doctors were suggesting and Dr. Buford did not try to talk me out of it, I got exactly what I asked for 600 cc's putting me at a full DD. They look beautiful and full not "fake" and I'm very petite. The reason I'm not giving him 5 stars is because at the time his staff was rude, especially the front desk and the facility that he did my surgery at was not very impressive. He previously did surgery at another surgery center in DTC that a friend of mine had her surgery at which was nicer. I had breast augmentation and a 'tummy' tuck by Buford in 2014. Merely a few months after my FIRST augmentation, my skin ripped under one breast, exposing the implant. The implants were 700 CC's with mere stitching on the outer skin to hold the implants! Dr. Buford did not take the implant out when exposed, instead he put in a few more stitches while in his office. Less than a month later I was in emergency surgery having the implant removed and replaced, which I later learned he should have waited a year before replacing an exposed implant! Before going into this second surgery, but still with a clear head, I asked him if he was going to secure the implant with the different stitching and mesh sling that we had discussed prior to surgery. His response in a smug demeanor was, "I'm going to stitch it like I have my other 4000 patients." He left the area and the nurse heard me crying. She told me that he had another patient in just the day before having to have an implant removed. Sure enough, less than a month later I became violently ill with chills, sweating and 103 to 104 temperature. We called Buford and his nurse, not him, told me to come into his office when I got back into town. Buford never even called. A day later, after a horrific night of pain, chills, fever and vomiting, I was again having emergency surgery, but still no word from Dr. Buford. The surgeon on call in the emergency room, when seeing a photo of the once again exposed implant rushed to the hospital to remove the implant and said it should have been done immediately. We had sent a photo to Buford, but still not a word. It looked horrible and was causing me to be deathly ill, literally, but still NOT A WORD from Dr. Buford! A few minutes before my forth surgery, Buford FINALLY reached out to the surgeon. After surgery, the emergency surgeon informed me that I would have to be without the implant for a year, which is standard procedure and should have happened the first time it was exposed. Buford never even requested I come in for a follow-up appointment after this debacle! A year later I went in to see Dr. Buford in hopes that he would make right HIS SCREW UP. His entire staff was different, which I believe is a reflection on him. I even ran into his 'prior' lovely nurse Michelle and she told me how miserable he made her in her job. She was so apologetic regarding the way Buford treated me throughout this ordeal. When I called Buford on his responsibility for my needing 4 surgeries, he accused me of it being my fault, that my body just doesn't heal and that's why my skin ripped. I realized that this man should not be practicing, that as long as things go well, he thinks he's a God, but when things go wrong, even if he's responsible, he is rude, condescending and makes the patient feel responsible. Since this horrific experience, I have had my augmentation redone by Dr. Grossman and my breast look fabulous! I had several Doctors and lawyers review the case, but they all said the same, Dr. Buford's notes were very vague. With Dr. Grossman, I didn't have ANY issues and my body healed beautifully still with 700 cc's! The butcher like scar Buford left me with is completely gone. Now I'm getting ready to go back to Dr. Grossman to have him FIX the horrific looking scar Dr. Buford gave me when he did the 'tummy' tuck. I underwent a breast augmentation with Dr. Buford a little over a year ago. I could not be more happy with the results. I originally had nice full breasts, but over the years they had deflated and I wanted them restored back to their natural full look. Out of all the surgeons that I interviewed Dr. Buford was the most knowledgeable and took the time to answer any of my questions or concerns thoroughly. I enjoyed every aspect of the process. His entire staff is incredibly warm and professional and treated me with the respect that made me feel like I had made the right choice. My recovery time was very minimal and I was not in pain whatsoever. Dr. Buford was the only surgeon that I interviewed that uses nerve blockers during the surgery. I ended up only taking two of my muscle relaxers and three Vicodin total in recovery. I am a very active person that lifts weights 6-7 times a week and I was able to get back to my normal workout routine after only 1 month. I felt confident letting Dr. Buford choose the right implant size for me. He brings multiple implants into surgery, puts a temporary implant in, and sets you up and looks at how the implant fits your body. In the consultation Dr. Buford took extensive measurements of my chest and sternum and the overall symmetry of my torso. Dr. Buford really listened to me and gave me the implants that fit my body and lifestyle the best. I beg you not to see him for liposuction. You NEED to get second opinions before and after your procedure If you decide not to take my review to heart. He will sell you on things you don't need and say it's because people see you from all angles. Then he will not do a complete job. Not to mention, in my case at least, break HIPPA trying to talk to the doctors of the other opinions I got. He will refuse to admit his mistake and will walk right out of the room refusing to talk if you start bringing out facts and second opinions. My advice to you is, if you see him for any procedure, make sure you record every visit, get a second opinion on what he says needs to be done. Then also get a second opinion on the quality of the procedure so you don't have to spend thousands to fix his hack job. He told me he wouldn't allow recording but I know the law and it only requires the consent of one. So get each visit documented. But as far as for liposuction, I advise you to run. Putting his lack of character and decency aside, he has absolutely no skill with doing liposuction procedures. It's actually sad, and I wish I had known ahead of time to literally be afraid of his lack of l knowledge. read more

Dr. Buford is very charismatic and knowledgeable, and I respect his education, I am also very knowledgeable in my 10+ years experience with Botox and on what has been working for me consistently over the years. I came into Dr. Bufords establishment two weeks ago for my routine botox-every three/four months. This was my first visit and we discussed my prior services and I advised him of my current concerns. I always stay around 24/26 units of Botox, which has always provided me 100% satisfaction in achieving my desired results. Dr. Buford is definitely a sales person; takes one to know one. As you sit waiting for him, you are surrounded by diplomas and plaques with the doctors achievements, so it gives you a sense that he is very knowledgeable and good at what he does, but he doesn't acknowledge his own clients experience or validate their prior results. Instead, he sells you on His experience and explains that he teaches all over and that you are also representing him. He also stated that he does not accept clients injecting less than 36 units on a Wednesday, which I was not told this when I scheduled my appointment. So I took the bait and injected 36 units, 10 units more than I had ever received in my life. Forward to today. I came in for my two week follow up, a bit disappointed that the 36 units did not resolve my muscle contractions around my eyes. On top of that, now I needed more to counteract my forehead muscle contractions. Dr. Buford didn't suggest, but told me that I need 14 more units. I was utterly shocked. He said he would agree to 12. ?? At this point, I was speechless. As he left the room to grab the Botox, almost instinctly, I stood up, grabbed my bag and exchanged pleasantries with the doctor as I left. What ridiculousness. If I had agreed, that would've put me at 48 units of Botox! That is double what I always have done. I am completely disappointed in this whole waste of time (I also waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment, to see him). And now I still have to find another doctor to achieve the results I wanted in the first place. Again, Dr. Buford is very nice and his facility is pleasant, but he just lost a client that would've given him Tons of consistent business because he simply disregarded my history and knowledge of my own face. read more

There are not enough good things I can say about Dr. Buford and his staff. Dr. Buford is incredibly knowledgeable in his field, and he makes sure he thoroughly explains any procedure he is doing beforehand, which helps put your mind completely at ease. His entire staff is incredible! They treat you like a friend and not just a patient and they go above and beyond to take care of you. Dr Buford is phenomenal. He has corrected and beautified my lips after I had been going to a different place for my injections that caused me to lose my natural shape and look lumpy. Dr. Buford is without a doubt the best plastic surgeon in Colorado. I recently had breast augmentation. Not only is his staff professional, they are friendly, insightful and caring. The entire process was easier than I expected. They were there for every question or concern I had every step of the way. Dr. Buford's bedside manner would make anyone feel safe. Additionally. After having some decent results from PRP injections (hair) I decided to partake in the special offer from Beauty By Buford for facial injections. I was apprehensive, to say the least. Partly because of the cost, even with the special, and partly for the process. But I went through with it. It cost nearly $1500, even with one syringe 'free'. The office consistently made me feel like money is more important than patient satisfaction. If there were improvement after my $1500 investment it is hardly--if at all--noticeable. No one notices a difference. At my follow-up appointment, when I expressed my concern, Dr. Buford's comments made me feel like my face was corrugated. Like I was 90. (I'm far from it!) I had surgery with Dr. Buford in December 2014 and wow did the results turn out amazing! I was up and about (of course moving slowing ) the same day as my surgery and every day there after. I was out the following day shopping for my home remodel! I could not have chosen a better doctor .... And trust me I did my research all over Colorado and in other states ! The facility he conducts surgeries in is top of the line and beautiful (all well as has the best nurses that helped take the fear away the day of surgery). Dr. Buford is perfectionist and that I appreciated. He was honest and his staff were always excited along side with me through out the weeks leading up to the surgery. Dr. Buford even answered my call over Christmas when I had questions. I recovered so quickly and now just over 6 months later the results are better then I could have imagined. This man AND his staff are absolutely AMAZING. I had saline implants 10 years ago so it was about time for replacement anyway. I had just had a baby and after gaining 90 lbs and loosing it all my skin had thinned so bad that you could see every ripple from the saline implants. So not just any surgeon would have the skill to fix this. Even with new implants you can't just make your skin thicker. Dr.Buford was the ONLY one that willing to do the super hard surgery to fix this and using a graph to be placed around implants so I could actually feel good about my body again. This was not an easy surgery and it takes REAL skill and dedication to be able to accomplish this. On top of this my chest cavity sticks out on left side which I was told 10 yrs ago there was no way to make it look better but guess what.... DR.BUFORD DID!! Not only do my implants look AMAZING but now I also don't notice my chest cavity sticking out the way it use to. Usually if u want that fixed it's a horrible thing to have done and not recommend because it's not necessary at all. With how he did my implants and the shapes he chose and extra time he put in, I can't even tell it sticks out. If you are thinking of having implants THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! I am so greatful for this man and his wonderful staff. I can't thank them enough for how great I was treated along with results I could of never imagined could ever look so good. Initially I was very excited to work with dr. Buford. Even after the consultation, I was under the impression that we were on the same page. Long story short, I realized quickly that I was not happy at all with the work done on me. After a 14,000 dollar procedure, I came out with boobs that are uneven, different shapes, and the right one causes discomfort. When I pointed this out in one of my first follow ups, dr. Buford dismissed my concernes and chopped it up to the fact that they just weren't settle yet. The last two follow ups, I left crying. In my last follow up, dr. Buford tried to tell me that I would need to pay more money to drop my left breast, just so it hung like right breast. He blamed my unsatisfaction with the job, on my own "bad skin". He then shut me down by telling me that I was "disrespecting his practice" by expressing my frustration with the end result of my breast job that cost 14,000. I have a video and would love to post it to show dr. Buford's rude attitude. I'm mortified that this was my experience. This is why I was hesitant on getting work done ever... to get results that I'm not happy with, and now needing to spend more money for another job that I'll have to pray isn't such a mess.
