Had an issue with barotrauma. Had seen another ENT who had no clue about the condition. Though everyone, including Dr. Gonzalez, was helpful and knowledgeable and I left feeling hopeful for the first time in 5 years, my biggest SHOUT OUT goes to Cole, the medical assistant. Not only did he understand my actual problem, but when issues came up with my prescription being filled at Walgreens in Parker, he went above and beyond with phone calls and 'arguments' with the pharmacists to straighten out my insurance mess so I could get a refund and not pay out of pocket. He even followed through with phone calls to me. What made him so invaluable to my personal case? I live in Alaska, was visiting family and friends, and had very little time to deal with the mess. I saw the other reviews about this office and just don't get the negative reviews from a few people. The front desk people are so efficient and nice. Dr Gonzalez is great and he's a wonderful surgeon. He did my husband's sinus surgery and my husband has had a great outcome. I recently had a couple of nose bleeds and saw Hannah, she fit me right in and cauterized my nose, no pain and no more nose bleeds. We also see the audiologists for our hearing aids and they are all wonderful, they always are there right away for any issues that we have. I can't say enough good about this practice! read more

I've been a patient of Dr Pathak's for Obstructive Sleep Apnea and she has been so engaged, informative and proactive in finding me solutions that work and that will get me on a better road to health. Would not recommend! In three visits, and with three hearing tests, Dr. Langdoc failed to diagnose the cause of my hearing loss. Another ENT diagnosed it immediately, at the first visit. Additionally, Integrated ENT's billing office is a nightmare. They failed to submit my secondary insurance, and now I am struggling to get from them a refund for overpayment, and an accurate accounting of what has been paid. read more

I should have read all the reviews first! On my last visit the nurse wedged my head in an awkward CT machine only to make me wait 10 min for this doc to push the button. Yesterday I arrived 15 min early because my best friend is a doctor and I respect the profession. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked the front desk if Walker was running behind. She came back and said it would be at least another 30 minutes. I believe that honesty, communication, and time management are non-negotiable table stakes requirements for this profession, and I am taking my valuable time and money elsewhere. read more

Wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I went into this clinic as a new patient because my insurance company (UnitedHealthcare) confirmed that they were in-network. They were more than willing to schedule me for an appointment until I mentioned that I had secondary insurance through Health First Colorado. As soon as they heard the word "Medicaid" they said it was an "office policy" to deny any new patients that have Medicaid--regardless of whether it's primary or secondary. I informed them that I reached my out-of-pocket maximum for my primary (private) insurance, and that they wouldn't even have to bill Medicaid because UnitedHealthcare would cover the entire cost. Still, turned me around due to "office policy". I asked them how they would have known I had secondary coverage through Medicaid if I hadn't said anything, and all three receptionists just shrugged their shoulders. So, if I hadn't mentioned my secondary coverage through Medicaid, they would have taken me as a new patient... but now I can't see an ENT specialist here--the clinic within walking distance of my home. What a joke. These people should be investigated for discrimination against the poor. read more

I don't know where to begin with how horrible my experience with this office has been. I will have you know that my actual surgery performed by Dr. Carol Langdoc went great, she is lovely, and I am grateful for her services. However I am sure there are plenty of doctors who can take out tonsils so I would encourage anyone and everyone to find one of those doctors at a different practice because it is NOT WORTH dealing with this practice. Here was the timeline: 1) After I went for my initial appointment Dr. Langdoc said I needed to get my tonsils out. Great! However no one from the office could tell me how far out the surgery would be, or even when I would be able to schedule. I had been experiencing strep throat for 90 days and I needed to know when I would be able to receive the surgery. I had to call 5+ times and live 4+ messages in their client portal to even receive a call back for them to give me a timeframe for when they could give me a timeframe for surgery (what!?!?). I know they were struggling with staffing, but no one even told me what to do in the mean time while I was waiting (get on more antibiotics? Am I still contagious? What does she suggest? NO info). So unprofessional. 2) Once the surgery was scheduled we were trying to pick up my medications and the office had not sent in the prior authorizations. My husband is a prescriber so we know this is not a difficult task to accomplish. Up until the morning of surgery they still had not been sent. Dr. Langdoc said "wow that should not have happened let me call right now" - not her fault but again so unprofessional of her office. So unprofessional. 3) For my second pick up of medications a week out of surgery they AGAIN did not send the prior authorizations and we were back to hounding the office with voice mails and client portal messages. The hits just keep coming. 4) After the recovery we received a $16,000 bill because the office DID NOT SEND A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION TO THE HOSPITAL OR THE INSURANCE FOR THE ENTIRE SURGERY. I then spent hours and hours of my life going back and forth with Anthem and Littleton Adventist who both said they were missing vital and easy to send information from the Integrated ENT office. It was unbelievable how incompetent the different people I spoke to on the phone from the ENT office. The billing person had to ask the hospital (I had them on a three way call) how the information should be sent, if they wanted it faxed or emailed. The hospital billing was very confused why they didn't even know how to get them the correct information. This has STILL not been straightened out months later. After all of this I wanted to give the feedback to the practice manager rather than writing a negative review. I run my own practice and know it is better to receive direct feedback than passive criticism. She was incredibly kind (although did not offer any discount or compensation for my time and struggles). However today: #5) I was able to get ahold of a bill that was about to be sent to collections. It was sent to an address we have not lived at in over 3 years but happen to know the people who do live there now (only reason I would have ever seen it). The office sent a bill to the wrong address (I don't even know how they came up with this address because I have never gone to them till now) and have been sending bills there that I obviously could never receive. It was on its last notice to be sent to collections. That pushed me over the edge. You need to know as a potential patient that this office is not worth dealing with. Keep your search going, this is not the office for you. read more

Each day I am so happy when I wake up and can breath through both nostrils! I used to have to wear nasal strips to bed each night and sometime during the day if it was allergy season. No more!! I had no experience with the doctors here, because I find one of their policies abhorrent in a medical organization and walked out. Apparently as of January 2023, NEW PATIENTS MUST LEAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THIS COMPANY (I struggle to call it a medical facility with a corporate, customer-rejecting policy like this). Patients who refuse to do this due to privacy concerns, lack of confidence in their ability to secure my data (which, in their case, would also be linked to medical and other information) are turned away. To be clear, they refused to treat me unless I left a credit card on file. It wasn't optional. This, to me, feels extremely unethical for a medical practice. I'd never been here before and didn't know whether or not I'd even like this outfit. Add to this, the doctor I was supposed to see had just started an appointment with another patient 15 minutes into my time. I suspect they would have been at least 30 minutes late in seeing me. I would not recommend this organization. This company with its corporate-leaning policies may be "adopting business practices that are becoming more common" (as staff assured me as I walked out, unapologetically), but they'll be traded in favor of one more patient-centric. read more

My doctors office referred me to this practice, but after just my first interaction with Alexia on the phone I will not be going to the practice. They called me on the phone and had my referral and insurance info, but refused to make me an appointment until I sent them a picture of my insurance card. My card was not with me at the time, and I kindly asked for an appointment because she had already called me without running my information, but she just kept refusing I have had past experiences with doctors in the past who were great, but their office staff is either inexperienced or rude and I am tired of receiving poor care due to "office staff." I've heard all the excuses that they are understaffed, but I'm no longer willing to be charged so much for medical care that comes with disrespect! read more

This place has a habit of sneaking charges into your bill without giving you advance notice or asking for permission before doing anything. A simple look up your nose will cost you over $200 in addition to your copay. And they'll sneak this in at every visit before you get your first bill. They'll also leave you sitting in an exam room for over 45 minutes with nobody checking on you while you wait for the doctor to show up. This place isn't interested in patient care or patient satisfaction, their sole focus is making money. And when you call in to complain they just pass the buck by transferring you to someone else's voicemail and then they never call back. As someone who works in senior management in the healthcare industry I can say with experience that this is not how a medical practice should treat patients if they have any hope of retaining patients or getting new patients through referrals.I plan on telling everyone I know in the industry to avoid sending patients to this place. read more

From an operational lens, this practice is failing and failing quickly. Research on Dr. Walker returns nothing but poor reviews about a narcissistic, misogynistic, and out of touch surgeon that cares more about his personal and social status than quality of his practice. A family friend referred me to Dr. Pingree at Integrated Ear, Nose and Throat. I HIGHLY recommend him! Whether you suffer from with chronic allergies or desire facial aesthetic surgery, Dr. Pingree is your man! I knew I had some exceptionally horrific sinus problems, and I was really nervous to discover exactly what they were. I was put at ease from the moment I set foot in the office. Everything is documented electronically into the patient's file--no shuffling through pages and pages of medical history here! Dr. Pingree could tell that I was nervous, but he has this way about him that is incredibly calming. He explained exactly what he needed to do before taking action, ensuring that I was comfortable during the exam. After numbing my sinuses with a Novocaine spray, he took a peek into the depths of my face through my nose (it really wasn't as bad as it sounds). There was some major blockage from several polyps, in addition to a deviated septum. Dr. Pingree discussed my symptoms and the non-surgical steps I could take to reducing inflammation. Performing daily nasal irrigation, using Flonase and limiting alcohol consumption were some of these measures. After a CAT scan, Dr. Pingree determined that surgery would be the best solution, but he gladly left the non-surgical route open. Due to the extent of my problems, I decided that surgery would be best. I was set up with a bunch of supplements that I immediately began taking to speed up the post-surgery healing process, all of which can be purchased at Integrated ENT. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. Dr. Pingree performed a miracle; not only am I healthier, but I can breathe, taste and I'm no longer self-conscious for the first time in my life. Beware... We went to our "in-network" provider, who referred us here, an "out-of-network" facility. We assumed that we would be referred to "in-network" professionals. We were very wrong. Integrated ENT never informed us that they were "out-of-network" for us and made no efforts to assist us with all of the "in-network / out-of-network" nonsense, so after everything was completed, we get stuck with a massive bill for services that were just as available using "in-network" professionals. Integrated ENT chose to remain silent on the insurance issue, as to keep our business with them. I expected a higher level of integrity from them. Regardless of what their legal obligation is to their patients, their moral obligation weighs heavier. Be better. read more

I am overwhelmed with gratitude for Integrated ENT and Dr Gonzalez. I went in in January desperate to breathe normally but also love my face (nose). Wish I had some better things to say about this practice. I have been having pain in my tonsils for a while now and my dentist referred me over to Integrated ENT. A coworker had sent her kids to Dr. Pingree and said how awesome they were. I was set up with Dr. Specht and man was I disappointed. The medical assistant was great and friendly but once the Dr. Walked into the room, I felt like she was nothing but annoyed with me. She didn't seem the least bit concerned about my pain and made me feel like it was all in my head. I felt like I had to beg for her to even take her camera and look down the back of my throat. Review of Dr. Tim Pingree, MD and associated staff: I had a situation where my nose seemed constantly "stuffy" and I would wake up at night trying to catch my breath because I could not fully breathe through my nose. After visiting my G.P. doctor, he checked for allergies (none) and recommended I see Dr. Pingree. Dr. Pingree immediately identified the problem by reading my CAT scan and said the nasal turbinates (material that warms the air we breath in our nasal passage) are swollen. I indicated the problem has inhibited clear breathing for years. Dr. Pingree performed a procedure in his office and monitored my healing over a 4 month period. I could not be happier. I can breath clearly through my nose and I no longer wake up at night trying to catch my breath. This has increased my quality of life. Dr. Pingree explained the process every step of the way in plain and simple terms so I knew what was going to happen, as well as the expected outcome. The staff were all very helpful and made the process easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Pingree based on my experience, his expertise and the follow-up care I received. They'll do a fine job on your sinuses, but please do not allow Dr. Walker to do cosmetic work on you. My nose now curves in on the right side, and gets even worse when I smile. He talked me into a second surgery to fix it (while also offering to fix my eyes, which I never asked for), and it looks exactly the same. I'm still not sure why he bothered to go in a second time. When I came back to talk to him he said, "well, it was a little curved before, and we made it worse", then told me to find another surgeon. read more

My appointment was first, my husbands was 15 minutes after, we both went for different reason! they addressed my husband first after waiting a while in the backroom, they took him for a hearing test which he had just received a month earlier from another facility and they didn't seem to care! after waiting a very long time I opened the door and left it open, someone came in and wanted to take me for a hearing test, apparently HEARING TEST FOR ALL!!! I refused and asked to have my actual l problem addressed , I was then signed up for another test, in a few weeks. I never saw a doctor, or nurse practitioner! apparently the NP told my husband she was going to call as soon as she was done with him, never happened. It just continues to go downhill. I wish I can give this clinic negative stars. The front desk staff is incompetent and unprofessional. They charge you $40 to file the FMLA paperwork for you after your surgery, which is understandable. This is not the only clinic that does that. But, when you email them to follow up via emails, they don't respond. When you call them to ask them about your emailed request, they say, "I don't see any emails from you." When you need more than one set of paperwork to be sent to your work AND an insurance company like, The Hartford, just consider finding a surgeon in another clinic. The paperwork will just never get sent to the right place or not sent at all unless you follow up. The worst thing is, they claim that they do not keep any record of the paperwork because they store everything electronically. However, the quality of their scanner is so crappy that they cannot read a fax number off of their "electronic document" to fax the paperwork again (because the document was never sent to the requested fax number in the first place). The surgery went well, but I would never return to this clinic. After a surgery, the last thing you want to worry about is dealing with warnings from the HR saying that your medical leave could not be approved because they never received the paperwork (1 month after the surgery). P.S. If you have a high deductible insurance, the front desk clerk who check you in for the follow up appointment will say "you are all set!" without a co-pay and talk among themselves just as you turn around to walk to the waiting area: "She is on one of those super high deductible insurance plan, so we don't even need to charge her, because she will just have to pay so much." And, the others say "That is so funny." If you really have to talk about your patient's insurance plan, at least wait a little. I do not even expect them to be professional. read more

I have seen Dr Carr for over 14 years and he has performed 3 surgeries on me, including a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, and turbinectomy. I have followed him and his practice as he's moved locations because he is simply the BEST. He is very intelligent, calm, explains things in a way you understand, takes patient's concerns seriously, but most importantly he NEVER overreacts or rushes into a diagnosis or procedure. He takes his time and is extremely thorough with testing and diagnosis. When it comes to surgery, he gives you all of your options and explains the surgery and recovery extremely well. Not only is he a doctor, he truly is a teacher, and does everything he can to educate his patients. The surgeries he has performed on me have changed my life and I have had such a positive experience and live with full relief of my symptoms after suffering for years before he treated me. He has so many years of experience as an ENT and it is evident in the way he practices. I can't say much about the front desk staff- my interactions have been limited and they seem friendly and competent. The clinical staff he has have been amazing, they always answer my questions the same day and I have been able to be treated over the phone multiple times - saving myself hundreds of $$ in co-pays. I've recommended Dr. Carr to many friends and acquaintances who suffer from sinus problems and all have been impressed with Dr. Carr and his disposition and treatment. He is an incredible physician who I can't recommend highly enough!! read more

The Doctors and staff were wonderful. Billing department...shameful! Waited until AFTER I had a nearly two-hour exam to let me know they were out of network and demanded I pay for their oversight. They should have dotted their I's and crossed their T's before I was ever allowed in the building. No apology or compassion...just "PAY UP." Such a shame because I really liked the doctors. Our 6 year old son was constantly getting strep throat, ear infections, snored, and had breathing issues at night while sleeping. We took him to see Dr. Whiting for a second opinion and were so impressed by how comfortable he made us and our son feel. He was extremely thorough and suggested he have tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Scheduled an appointment for my husband. We were to see Dr. Specht. As soon as the doctor came into the exam room she was extremely confrontational pushy and just down right rude. Demanding to know if we had had our covid shot and why we didn't have it and if we intended on having it because if we didn't the country would shut down again. We did not go there to have a covid shot we were there for an issue with the nose. I do not recommend this practice. Never have been treated so poorly in a doctors office. read more
