This is one of the best Dr offices I've visited for lab work ! The admin staff are so efficient and helpful. Michael was very helpful at check-in. NPC Taylor had by far thee best bed side manner I've ever had in all my medical experiences. So kind too . I felt listened too, not rushed. Answered my concerns. I was still in the office finishing up when my referral call came through , talk about fast! As of 2/16/2023 they are still having patients wearing masks , so be prepared. The concern, is articulated by the practitioner to the patient, The practice policy prohibits prescriptions for controlled medication, "that" the patient should've been informed of this policy prior to making the appointment. Colorado passed a law in 2023 which seemingly indicates, such policies may run a foul. Federal laws/regulations may also be in violation. The question, " raised " can we as patients afford practices to develop and implement policies that act contrary to our health, that delay effective treatment and drive up healthcare costs? I have been a patient here for over 30 years under the care of Jon Stuebner. I had an appointment last week of which I made a couple of months out. I received confirmation of this appointment both by email and text. When I arrived for my appointment I was told that I had the wrong date. I told them that I had 2 confirmations. They then said that Maryann the PA I was to have seen was not coming in that day and that she called me that morning to cancel. She did no such thing. Apparently they changed my appointment without letting me know. I am so disappointed with this practice. How could there be so many mistakes made for one appointment? read more

He understands that I have some anxiety and is always cognizant of the approach he uses to communicate with me about my health needs. My wife & I are both patients of his. We have been patients of this practice although several physicians have left over the years. We go see Dr. williams and he is simply the best. I wouldn't trade him for the world. He helped my husband and was persistent for 10 years until his issue was corrected. We owe him everything. Unfortunately I don't think he is excepting patients at this time but I believe his partner is. Can't say he's as good as williams but it's worth a try if he's in the same practice. I would give this practice 5 stars if it wasn't for the very serious issues I had with one of the staff who actually lied about screwing up my meds 4 times in addition to other issues with her ( she was also incredibly rude to my surgeons assistant who told me ) . The pharmacy had her name all the times she called in the wrong scrip and she still lied. She also mad mouthed me to the office staff. edit: sadly, I have to down grade my reviews. Dr Corr left practice and is not there anymore. The office staff are still horrible. read more

I cannot think of one negative thing that's ever happened to me at this practice. I have always seen Dr Steubner. He is the kindest doctor I have EVER worked with. He has diagnosed many things that I thought were never going to be fixed. The staff is so helpful and will do whatever they can to assist you. read more

Dr. Corr is fantastic. I now live 45 min away, but I still go to her. Recently, I was referred to a specialist and I asked the person if they would be able to get a copy of the necessary results, the person sounded very non-committal. However, the office staff at Centennial made sure that the results were in the Health One system so the other doctor's office was able to pull it, and I know they had to have scanned it in because I didn't go to a health one facility for the procedure. I never wait a long a time and having labs on site is great. Oh and I was just on their website. They are taking new patients. read more

It is like going to my Dr back in the days when they took time for you. Fine staff!..They treat you like you were there yesterday even when it's a yearly check up. Haven't seen Dr Williams, but Drs Steubner and Corr are caring and just super. And they do explain what is hapening. A year after a physical checkup, they send me a bill for $2 with a note that it's being considered for collections (the first time I've received this bill). A bill covered by insurance, except not quite. If you want to hassle with their (outsourced) billing department, by all means, set up an appointment with this provider. I was looking for a new primary care physician close to my home. My previous physician became ill and has left her practice. Looking for a new doc, I did some researching online and decided to set up an initial consultation with Dr. Sara Corr. She was wonderful! So nice, easy to talk to and very thorough. She took her time with me to go over my history and really knew her stuff. I trust her knowledge most definitely. Her medical assistant, Gloria, was also great, very friendly, all smiles, and put me at ease. All of the office staff was very welcoming, courteous and timely. Will be using Dr. Corr as my primary doctor from now on. So happy to have found this practice! Update: Dr. Corr is no longer there and the other Dr.'s I don't care for at all. read more

Dr Andrew Williams is awesome. I have my mother in law and my parents all seeing him and recently had to change from Kaiser. My only concern in switching from Kaiser was that HE would be able to take me and my family on as new patients. He is a wonderful Doctor, patient and addresses any and all concerns. I have been very, very pleased with this practice, and with Dr. Andrew Williams. He goes the extra mile. Example: My insurance company won't pay for the shingles shot unless it is administered in a doctor's office. And to my knowledge, most doctors don't carry the shingles vaccine. BUT Dr. Williams ordered it for me and made sure I received the shot in a timely fashion. Insurance covered it. We paid pharmacy for wife's shingles shot because her doctor wouldn't go the extra mile. Dr. Williams is thorough and patiently addresses all my questions. I like my doctor but the billing at this office has given me several issues. I specifically asked to have a visit related to an auto accident billed to my auto insurance med pay and they didn't do it. I didn't find out about this until like 5 months after the visit. Their turn around time on things is terrible and I've also had problems with getting referrals to see other doctors. On one occasion I had to contact them 3 times about the same referral, at which point I eventually just gave up on getting one all together. A doctor's office is about more than just the physician themself and the office is what is dragging down this rating. read more

Was a patient for a few years at this location. They had trouble keeping a third Doctor and so I was passed from Dr to Dr until they couldn't provide for me any longer. My final visit was billed incorrectly and they will not return my calls even though I have the insurance information to prove I am correct. There seems to be a complete disregard to resolve this matter even though they are 100% at fault. read more

Dr. Williams is amazing. Unfortunately I went from a very healthy 42-year-old to a moderately complicated patient with a history of heart failure secondary to a freak viral heart infection. Dr. Williams never missed a beat. He worked hand-in-hand making sure that anything my cardiologist had not covered that he did so nothing was missed. I have never had to weigh more than a day for an appointment. If I cannot make one on the patient portal, the front office has always worked me in. This really is an amazing practice and Dr. Williams is a physician's physician. Having never had difficulty with an appointment and I made the mistake of assuming I could easily get one for a preop clearance within a week but apparently that was a problem. Dr. Williams, changed his schedule to come in early so I could be seen so that my shoulder replacement did not need to be canceled. that was clearly my fault and I should have paid the penalty but fortunately the practice worked around my bad planning. Brilliant doctor with a kind heart and great soul. And I really meant when I said when I mention he is at physician's physician. He has never missed anything and although we may not always have the exact same treatment plan in mind, his insight and experience have guided me through some difficult and strange medical issues. And even though we trained in the same specialty about the same time, his treatment plans are always right in line with the American College of physicians new guidelines.
