What truly won me over was an experience that reminded me of how doctor's offices used to be--when people genuinely cared about the patient, not just the appointment schedule. While I was receiving an infusion, I desperately needed a cortisone injection. Even though Dr. DeFrancisco wasn't at that location that day, he responded to my message almost immediately, coordinated with the staff between offices, and arranged for Dr. Tyler to see me right then and there without a scheduled appointment. That level of teamwork, communication, and patient care is rare, and it meant so much to me. Dr. Tyler was absolutely hilarious and instantly put me at ease, and Dr. DeFrancisco has been everything I hoped for in a rheumatologist--knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in his patients. Alarmingly, Dr. Trey has not initiated a necessary psychological evaluation nor adjusted Alexandra's antidepressant medication. Instead, she has persistently advocated for assisted suicide as a solution, despite the strong objections from Alexandra's cardiologist, who has refused to endorse this course of action. Dr. Trey is going to murder my mother and there is nothing we can do as my mother trusts her. Don't let Dr. Trey tend to your elderly relatives!
