I did put my faith and life in Dr Steinwold's hands. I never felt safe or heard here. The practice revolves completely around Nurse Jenna and her glaringly odd relationship with the surgeon. These people ( minus the charge nurse at the surgery center) do not care about their practice or reputation. The surgery was only 'passable', Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he had done my eyes, so he recommended me getting my eyes done, until he read my chart and realized his bad, and said I needed a new surgery. I'm not getting any new surgery here. I would like a refund on my eyes so I can go get them done elsewhere. Nurse Jenna mysteriously disappeared at every follow up appt and I was seen by the Dr and every office worker in the building. I did not feel safe here, I did not feel I could count on my surgeon to help me as his main focus is only on Jenna Jenna Jenna. I explained to Dr Steinwold that I was in pain in every place he did surgery. Instead of antibiotics or an examination, he blamed my disability for my pain. Huh? Blaming the disabled for having a disability? My disability does not affect my breasts or my eyes. Humiliating treatment. I've been keeping my mouth closed because I wanted to get past my one year mark and not feel like I was still in the woods. At my last (!!! Thank god!!!) appointment Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he did my eyes, Jenna was still in hiding, because a professional apology for yelling at me the day of my surgery would have been too much for this duo. An office employee attended, then a sales rep came in and even the practice manager entered my room. It has been 7 weeks since I asked the practice manager to contact me regarding my experience there ... don't you think it's very odd that she still hasn't called? I let there with an estimate to re-do my eyes $4600 and a brow lift $7200. I am astounded that they are so tone deaf to not understand that I would never subject my body, my safety, my health or my money with this business. Dr Steinwold said he'd fix my eyes for free. I'd rather go somewhere else with a refund, the solution they offered is not acceptable. This is the tip of the iceberg. After my first follow up, I started recording all my appointments there, and I am very Glad that I did. Takeaway: they are too comfortable. The care isn't good or kind. The Dr is lost in his head or lost in love. The practice manager still doesn't have the nuts to call back. Go somewhere that they will treat you will love, care and compassion. When you are going through any surgery, it's is really important to know you have chosen people who will be there for you afterwards, you truly deserve that, as did I. I am the most kind, compassionate, sincere medical professional (RRT) we don't treat any of our patients in the icu like this ever. I had…read morea botched surgery from another clinic that I went to in boulder and he did his absolute best to give me what I wanted no matter how many surgeries it would take. He didn't charge me the second time because he wanted to get me what I wanted no matter what. He cares for his patients is quick about it and talks you through everything. The nurses are lovely and always helpful, and I have never had a bad experience here. I am so glad I was recommended to this clinic by a friend who went to Dr Wolf for a gyno surgery. It looks amazing now and I'm recovering now, super happy and excited to see how it heals! The only thing I will say is that the front desk is very 50/50. I told them my nipple was possibly necrotic and they did everything in their power to not help me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful. This time I had to call over 10 times after being hung up on and told to remove stefi strips myself one day after surgery, just to get someone from the staff to contact Dr Steinwald, which once he heard he immediately called me in. I find the cherry creek front desk staff are usually way worse than the golden front desk.

He is knowledgeable and experienced, but put me in the driver's seat every step of the way. His anesthesiologist is kind, thorough and really did her job impeccably. The nurses are all top notch. Friendly, skilled and put you at ease. Front desk girl is fantastic. They've always worked with me if I had a scheduling issue or when I contact Dr. Jeremy or the nurses after hours with a little question. I've had a couple tiny complications (due to me having a collagen disorder and my skin being finicky, not due to Dr. Jeremy's work) and they are attentive, timely and helpful. Removing my implants was a huge decision for me. I didn't want the added emotional burden of a surgeon sharing their opinion on whether or not I should replace or remove. Dr. Jeremy gave me the information I needed to make this decision on my own and kept to just the facts, which I immensely appreciated. He acknowledged that BII does happen in some women, but not in all. He didn't hesitate to offer capsulectomy and sending to pathology after explant if that is what I wanted. He took pictures of my implants and capsules for me. If you are considering explanting and desire a surgeon who will do en bloc and is passionate about BII, this is not your doctor. If you have done your own research and know exactly what you want and need, and want a surgeon who will support you and trust your decisions, then Dr. Jeremy is definitely your guy! I have felt so looked after and cared for leading up to and since my surgery, every step of the way. I know that Park Meadows certainly isn't the cheapest around, but I also know that that isn't the fault of the doctor or the office. (Could write an entire thesis paper on that one!) I was offered a couple different payment plan options, and when I decided to split my payment on 3 credit cards to maximize my points game, nobody looked at me sideways or said a thing! The surgery center itself is really nice, I like being able to avoid being in a hospital. I'm a 37 year old single mother who underwent a prophylactic double mastectomy with breast reconstruction 1 year ago with a different surgeon. I was not happy with my reconstruction results, as they left me feeling extremely self conscious. So I met for a consult with Dr Jeremy Williams. While he was very nice, good bedside manner and I liked his game plan to help me fix my breast, I simply couldn't go with him as my surgeon because this practice requires you to pay all of your deductible and out of pocket upfront, before they will schedule your surgery. For me that's nearly $9000.00 that I can't pocket all at once. With being a single mother and in today's economy, it's just not feasible for me. When asked if I could do a payment plan, I was declined. I would like to note, I did read their practice financial policy before coming to my appt and I did see their disclosure that states that the deductible and out of pocket is due at the time of service. So I called and asked about this before coming to my appt and the woman I spoke to said they could probably cut the up front amount in half and work with me. That is why I chose to keep my appt. This wasn't the case after having my appt. I received a call from their insurance coordinator who told me that I have to pay it all up front. This is the first time I've come across a practice that makes you pay all of that money up front for a cosmetic revision due to medical procedure that is covered by insurance. This is my first time coming across a practice that doesn't let you do payments. So I'm writing this review to maybe help save someone their time and money (I also had to pay for my visit, which I know is required, but if you're consulting with several surgeons to find the best one, this adds up). With all said, if your someone who has had a medical procedure and need a revision, just know this practice requires everything up front before they will schedule you. My goal for this review is to help those narrow their search and save them time, while not losing money.

Have one implant flipped he would not help to fix it as it was his fault of too large pockets. So I have to find a compassionate Doc that will help with the flipped implant. He tried to say he did not know it was flipped but it was so obvious and never offered to get an ultrasound to fix it. As a patient he treated me so poorly. They give lots of excuses as u try to get what u want.

Not true, I already kinda knew what I wanted when I walked in, so I just took the experience for what it was...educational on things I knew nothing about. And trust me, there's plenty of that. Plus, the thing I love- they dont sell you what you don't need. I didn't need any procedure so they didn't sell me one-they kept it simple. They customized my next few months with what my goals are with my skin and kept me on track. Like many women, I can be sold on just about anyhting if I think it will erase that last little wrinkle that popped up," I swear, just last week!" LOL. For me, It's all about preventative in my book, not finding that miracle cure...so if you share that belief, check this place out- you'll love it. But, hey, if you do need to turn back the clock a bit, they do that too....there's a plastic surgery clinic downstairs that handles all the typical procedural bells and whistles of age rewinding.
