I first met Dr. Folk when she was volunteering her time and expertise at a children's cleft palate and craniofacial clinic. She later operated on my 18-month-old son to remove a cyst from his forehead. I will never forget her walking into pre-op, sitting down on the floor, and playing with him while she talked with us in detail about his surgery. In that moment, I knew she was someone I could trust with the people I love most. In the years since, she has operated on me, my husband, and my mother for a variety of injuries and medically necessary procedures. There is no one I would trust more. A person with that level of compassion is rare. A surgeon with that level of compassion is rarer still. If you have a larger vehicle you'll want to park in the large lot on the backside of the medical building. There is an entrance there. The office is on the 5th floor. The office waiting room is smaller but very nice and welcoming. Front office staff is quick with greetings and checking you in , and they are friendly. I was taken back to the exam room almost immediately. The exam room was at a comfortable temperature and I was seen by Jacquline, Dr. Lee's assistant. This was to do intake questions , screening questions ect. She was very professional and had a warm demeanor. After that Dr. Lee came and did an exam and was phenomenal in her bedside manner. She was so informative and took care and time to go over everything that I needed to know and then some. I wasn't nervous at all because of this. I came with pictures and a plan and Dr Lee explained body shapes and the outcome of things like this. If you want A, you have to have B. There was no confusion. Photos were taken and consent can be given or denied. Viviana , Dr. Lee's scheduler then came and explained the more administration area of the appointment as well as timelines , costs, insurance procedures ect. It took about an hour for the entire appointment. It was 5 stars from start to finish. No upselling , no pressure , no disrespect whatsoever. If you want a 5 star office experience and quality care , I would recommend coming to see Dr. Lee.

Dr. Rodgers and her awesome anesthesiologist came to check in with me, not only to make sure I was physically prepared for surgery, but also in good spirits! And I sure was! It is important that you find a surgeon that focuses on facial plastic surgery because it makes them an expert as opposed to a doctor that does more breast augmentation surgery and not as many facial surgeries. I interviewed 5 different surgeons prior to making my decision to move forward with Rhinoplasty. You develop a sense of the doctor and office staff during your research and visits with the different locations. You know in your gut that a specific doctor and their practice is going to be the right fit for you. Some examoles of when I knew that a surgeon and his staff were not a good fit for me: 1. Some surgeons told me what they would be doing to my nose without ever consulting with me about what I actually wanted my result to look like. 2. Poor customer service beginning with booking the appointment for the consultation. 3. Some surgeons didn't have time to spend longer than 10 minutes talking to me about the surgery before rushing me out of the office.
