His bedside manners and results was top notch. I trusted his opinion and what he felt would look amazing with my body frame and figure; as far as shape, cc's and under or over, etc. I gave him 100% of my trust, he knows what he is talking about. He and his staff made me feel at ease, answered all of the questions and concerns that I had and then some. Before and after my procedure. I have been contemplating on getting Breast Augmentation done for about 16 years now and am so happy that I finally got it done! The only regret that I have is that I wish I could of gotten it done sooner. After 2 years from my first consult with Dr. Wolfe, I finally got it scheduled on 7/2020. The whole experience has been stress free and amazing! I love my results and needless to say, my husband does too. We are so happy! He did so well with my BA, am coming back for Muscle Repair, Tummy Tuck and Flanks Lipo! I feel like a classic / vintage car with some upgrades and a new paint. LOL

I did put my faith and life in Dr Steinwold's hands. I never felt safe or heard here. The practice revolves completely around Nurse Jenna and her glaringly odd relationship with the surgeon. These people ( minus the charge nurse at the surgery center) do not care about their practice or reputation. The surgery was only 'passable', Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he had done my eyes, so he recommended me getting my eyes done, until he read my chart and realized his bad, and said I needed a new surgery. I'm not getting any new surgery here. I would like a refund on my eyes so I can go get them done elsewhere. Nurse Jenna mysteriously disappeared at every follow up appt and I was seen by the Dr and every office worker in the building. I did not feel safe here, I did not feel I could count on my surgeon to help me as his main focus is only on Jenna Jenna Jenna. I explained to Dr Steinwold that I was in pain in every place he did surgery. Instead of antibiotics or an examination, he blamed my disability for my pain. Huh? Blaming the disabled for having a disability? My disability does not affect my breasts or my eyes. Humiliating treatment. I've been keeping my mouth closed because I wanted to get past my one year mark and not feel like I was still in the woods. At my last (!!! Thank god!!!) appointment Dr Steinwold couldn't tell he did my eyes, Jenna was still in hiding, because a professional apology for yelling at me the day of my surgery would have been too much for this duo. An office employee attended, then a sales rep came in and even the practice manager entered my room. It has been 7 weeks since I asked the practice manager to contact me regarding my experience there ... don't you think it's very odd that she still hasn't called? I let there with an estimate to re-do my eyes $4600 and a brow lift $7200. I am astounded that they are so tone deaf to not understand that I would never subject my body, my safety, my health or my money with this business. Dr Steinwold said he'd fix my eyes for free. I'd rather go somewhere else with a refund, the solution they offered is not acceptable. This is the tip of the iceberg. After my first follow up, I started recording all my appointments there, and I am very Glad that I did. Takeaway: they are too comfortable. The care isn't good or kind. The Dr is lost in his head or lost in love. The practice manager still doesn't have the nuts to call back. Go somewhere that they will treat you will love, care and compassion. When you are going through any surgery, it's is really important to know you have chosen people who will be there for you afterwards, you truly deserve that, as did I. I am the most kind, compassionate, sincere medical professional (RRT) we don't treat any of our patients in the icu like this ever. Had I read the other comment regarding Jenna, I would not have booked here. Reviews disappear.

Because the procedure involves surgery around the eyes, I was understandably nervous. Your eyes are such a delicate and central part of your appearance, and I wanted to be absolutely certain I was in the best possible hands. From my very first consultation, Dr. Fante immediately stood out. His expertise, calm confidence, and thoughtful explanations made me feel reassured and informed. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Equally impressive was his staff and surgical team. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, organized, and genuinely caring. They created an environment that made what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and well supported from start to finish. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I was amazed at how quickly I healed. The results exceeded my expectations. My eyes look refreshed and natural--like a brighter, more rested version of myself rather than anything "done." Friends and family have commented that I look great but can't quite put their finger on why, which is exactly what I was hoping for. If you are considering blepharoplasty or any procedure involving the eyes, I would recommend Dr. Fante wholeheartedly and without hesitation. His skill, artistry, and meticulous care truly set him apart, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I could not be happier with my results.

Dr. Barker spent an hour to explain the procedure to me. He was the only Dr. that was honest enough to be frank about every aspect setting me up with clear expectations including possible negative outcomes and the time involved for healing. For me, the tummy tuck and breast reduction was the place to start as a better alternative to back surgery. I am only a month out and have more healing, but outside of the initial week of recovery have been "back/sciatic" pain free. My advice is to ask tons of questions and know your surgeons (reviews are a great start). I just referred Dr. Barker to a woman who had the same surgery done with not good results. I am glad that I took the time to meet several surgeons and grateful that I went with Dr. Barker. Much gratitude to him and his caring staff!!!

I went a couple months before my wedding (and 2 weeks before, for a touch-up) and Nicole was wonderful! She fully explained the procedure to me, took before/after photos, answered all questions and did not make me feel rushed whatsoever. I appreciated and respected her conservative approach for my first time given that my wedding was as so close. I felt more confident smiling on my wedding day! For my last visit, I saw Brooke- she was very friendly and as meticulous as Nicole. What I love about them both is that they are attentive, great communicators, and are perfectionists in their work. I also appreciated the thoughtful phone call from them both the day after the procedure to ask how things were going and if I had any concerns. The office staff is very friendly. I suggest joining the VIP club- you get lots of perks and there are some discount days. The staff is always good about checking Allē to see if there are any discounts from the manufacturers. I definitely recommend RMFA to anyone interested in facial aesthetics.

Brooke chatted with me briefly. I asked her if I could get my eyebrows done after my appointment, she said yes. I told her I had an orthodontist appointment after and she said that was fine. After she quickly did the injections she told me she would contact me 2 weeks after to talk about my results ... Well I had immediate swelling on my injection site from getting my eyebrows done. But Brooke told me it was fine. I then had my orthodontist appointment, which again, Brooke told me it was fine... I was laying horizontal for 2 hours. 2 week later no call from her. About 3 weeks later I finally call and ask to speak with Brooke, she's on vacation... at this point I have family members telling me one of my eyebrows are higher than the other.. The following Monday I call again, I leave her a voicemail. Not only is one of my eyebrows raised but my 11s Botox is non existent. I have left her voicemails. I have spoken to multiple staff members and now I am finally writing a negative review because no one will call me back. This is just crazy, I do not recommend this place.

During the surgical procedure she indicated that it was not a cyst and far too involved so she referred me to Dr. Popham. In January 2014, he attempted to remove the mass, claiming that he couldn't remove it all. When the biopsy came back from the lab, we met and he informed me that the results indicated that it was a very rare sarcoma (DFSP) and that if I wanted it removed completely, I would need to see a MOS surgeon. Since this may result in the loss of my left eye, left eyelid and or the removal of my sinuses he recommended having periodic MRI's to monitor the spread. From 2013 until 2017 I had biannual MRI's and fortunately the mass had not spread. I recently had cataract surgery and noticed a small lump directly below the DFSP surgical scar and was referred to an ENT specialist would ordered an MRI. I just received the results and there is no sign of metastasis. As it turns out, the Veterans Administration has confirmed that this sarcoma is directly related to exposure to Agent Orange during my tour of duty in Vietnam. I cannot find the words to express my satisfaction with Dr. Popham but will say I am over the moon with the results of his surgical expertise.

Dr. Popham's schedule was packed and his office referred me to Dr. Thiagarajah "highly recommended" by staff in Dr. Popham's office. 24 months later after 3 corrective procedures by Dr. Popham, I have a left eyelid that does not close while sleeping causing dry eye, in addition to very severe sclera show (The sclera is the white part of the eye that surrounds the cornea) between the lower eyelid and the cornea. The ONLY major concern I had expressed before surgery was "I don't want to look like I had an eye job!" and of course, I had exactly what I feared... it's been embarrassing for almost two years. The most maddening part of it all was meeting with Dr. Thiagarajah on my follow-up appointments after the initial surgery and pointing out the obvious botched areas, and having him look very closely, taking his time, having me look up and down, finally claiming "I just don't see it." On the surface, Dr. T seems like a decent guy, but this behavior I believe was a combination of arrogance, the inability to admit an error and look for a resolution, and just plain inexperience. I would NEVER recommend him for such a delicate procedure - wait for Jerry or find another provider. I spend a good deal of time in front of the camera with my business, and I now have something that can never be corrected. Time does not heal a botched eye job, and at some point, the attempted corrections can cause more harm than good.
