I love coming here when I need some pampering. I am conflicted about whether or not to share the provider's name... and decided that since their schedule is booked out for WEEKS, they don't need me advertising how amazing they are at what they do. I've been coming here off and on for several years and took a couple breaks (once b/c of COVID, once b/c I couldn't be bothered to coordinate my schedule). After my first couple treatments, I was sold and signed up for the monthly club (I think there are several levels). When I took the first break b/c of COVID and then returned, the front desk folks initiated putting a stop on my monthly club dues b/c I had accrued such a large balance and they wanted me to use some of it up before re-starting my dues. WHO DOES THAT? I really appreciated their customer service, from the front desk to all of the providers who welcome each and every guest. If you know what you like, please let the front desk know and they'll try to match you with the right provider! read more

Worst mistake I've made In my self-care choices. Everyone from the front desk to clinical staff blamed me for, and down-played and deflected everything that I brought to their attention, ie major effects from my procedures. They consistently spoke over me, and to say they did not listen to me is an understatement. Every med spa is all about registering your Botox rewards points - they did not make 1 mention nor attempt to help get me my points. Website says 'all injectables performed by Dr Greene', but they fail to say that his PA actually does 90% of them. And my experience with 'that' person was laughable at best. I'm sure the owner will want to reply to this to avoid fall-out so I will add: Beth-don't bother. I paid over $500 to be treated like crap, plus have you belittle the issues I'm now dealing with. Great place! I have been a customer for about 5 years and have always enjoyed my experience at skin essentials. I have been doing services with Ashley to address my acne and maintain my skin. I have really enjoyed her approach to improving my skin and acne! I would recommend her to anyone who is dealing with acne or other skin issues. Best experience ever!!! My body feels like jello, I escaped reality for a couple hours and came back a new women! Jackie was nothing short of amazing! She gave me a relaxing deep tissue message. She spent extra time working out all of my many kinks. The spa was clean, relaxing and up to all my standards. I had Shelly give me a facial and can I say she's got rhythm! The face and hand message she provided was phenomenal and she spent extra time extracting all of my pesky pores. I'll definitely be coming back! I have been going to Morgan for skincare treatments for several years now. Not only does she give the most relaxing facials (you basically get an massage with it!), but she is very knowledgeable about what products are best for the ongoing care of my skin. I love that I never feel pressured to buy things from her, but know that when she does recommend something to me, it truly will be what is best for my skin. I treated myself to a massage with Jackie. I've had many massages over the years...Jacke is a rare talent! Simply put, this was the best massage I've ever had. She is incredibly strong, intuitive, gentile and skilled. She offered a selection of additional services and I chose cupping. I was skeptical but thrilled that I tried them! I honestly cannot rave enough about Skin Essentials! I have had two facials there and have called the day of for three quick high frequency appointments. Every experience has gone above and beyond my expectations. I think I have told everyone who will listen to me about Skin Essentials and how it's the best thing. This MediSpa participated in SpaWeek and were offering a fabulous deal of a microdermabrasion with Chemical Peel for $50 so of course I had to try it out! This was my first MDA and Peel so I wasn't sure what to expect. First the spa is in a very cute part of Littleton and the decor of the spa is very comfortable. They have a pretty spacious storefront for their products and a nice comfortable area in the back to wait for your treatment. Loved the ABC book for adults- B is for Botox! Anyway, my aesthetician talked to me about my skin before even going back to the treatment room and talked me through both the MDA and the peel. She made me feel very comfortable and recommended some products that would help my skin. She did do some facial massage as well and the products felt fabulous. The MDA feels funny and the peel does sting a bit, but nothing near what I would call pain. I can't really speak to the outcome yet, as I'm still in the midst of the peeling part, but my skin does feel much softer and the products that they sent me home with for aftercare are marvelous. read more

The Skin Essentials experience is unique in that Beth Pestotnik, creator and leader is extremely knowledgeable yet so down-to-earth. I've received skin care from Beth for many years, and I've never gone to any other business for skincare, unless I've needed to visit a dermatologist to monitor and prevent potential skin cancer (SE helps me with that, too), or for medications. Skin Essentials works with my dermatologist, Dr Riley Greene, the best derm doc in America, if you ask me, my husband and my daughter, because he is honest, thorough, friendly and generous as well. Because of Skin Essentials (Morgan is my aesthetician and she's extremely thorough, highly skilled, warm and friendly, and she always puts me at ease), my 60-year-old skin glows because it's healthy, it is superbly maintained, I feel pretty, and I certainly look younger than my age.
