During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. I'm very happy thus far, and look forward to her working more magic on me!

Laura was very patient, knowledgeable and comforting during my free consultation. Since then, we have done multiple VIPeel treatments (TRUST ME - DO IT!!), injections and most recently my first facial. I am always so impressed with how above and beyond Laura goes. She takes time to explain to me the benefits, only offers me solutions to my specific problems and never tries to upsell me on any services. I also love her personality and feel so comfortable going in there. Cannot recommend highly enough!

In addition to being an injectable PRO (we found that Dysport works best for me) he facials are OUT OF THIS WORLD. It's not just a facial, it's an experience. Laura sets the tone and really allows you to relax, be in the present and "forget about your worries and your strife" (hahaha for those of us born in the 80s). But seriously, it's a facial with the best products, an upper arm, neck, head massage, you end up looking 10 years younger and it doesn't break the bank/super affordable. If you're looking for an awesome facial call Laura, she's your girl!

Last year she put together a personalized 6 month plan for my wedding, (which I was so appreciative of) and she's now helping me through hormonal acne. While the clinic…read moreitself was clean and the staff seemed friendly at first, the experience quickly went downhill. I was there as part of an introductory offer. The consultation felt more like a sales pitch than a personalized assessment, and I was rushed into a treatment that clearly wasn't right for my skin. I don't have acne or significant sun damage, and I raised some concerns beforehand--but they went ahead anyway. After the procedure, I was left with visible burns on my face. There was no clear aftercare guidance, and no real follow-up to check how I was doing. I'm now dealing with the aftermath of a treatment that caused more harm than help. I can't recommend Skin Laundry. At best, it was an aggressive upsell. At worst, it was unsafe.

We all had separate treatments, everything from facials to massages. They had us fill out forms in advance to get our information and massage preferences. It was really thorough - everything from what scented lotion we wanted to what type of music plays in the room. Allyson was my masseuse and she was wonderful. So friendly, I really enjoyed chatting with her throughout, and her hands worked magic. I felt so relaxed afterward. There was a moment during the massage where my back felt a little funny in one area, I told her, and she immediately helped target that area and was appreciative that I let her know. I definitely recommend her. We all had a great time! Wonderful spot for a massage for yourself or with a group!

I left…read morefeeling disappointed, not because of the esthetician herself, but because the service did not match the price or the luxury feel I felt was advertised. The facial felt very basic. There was no steamer, the mask felt like a simple paper mask, and the rubber gloves made the service feel more medical than relaxing. What disappointed me most was what was missing: no neck or chest massage, no hand or arm massage, and overall very little of the relaxing "spa" experience you usually expect during a facial.  The esthetician herself was kind and professional; please note that she did great. My issue is more with the overall service and value from the spa. But honestly, the experience felt very basic for the cost.

The aesthetician I've worked with the longest is Maddy and she always does an incredible job. I recently had a facial from Ellee as well, and it was great! I enjoyed the variety of services they offer and so far my favorites have been the hydra facial, the clean and natural and the Sculpt. With my membership I get a free add-on every month and I typically go for the enzyme mask which not only feels great but smells like chocolate. One of my favorite things about visiting face foundry is that they always offer a weighted blanket. I love to go at the end of the workday or the end of a long weekend when I'm exhausted and the weighted blanket helps me shake off any stress. So far, I'm very happy I joined this membership and added a little bit of 'treat myself' to every month. looking forward to my facial in September ! (:
