You know, waxing... down there. I figure, it's done in under 15 minutes, it's not super painful and requires much less maintenance than the alternative (again, making it easy for me to keep my showers under my typical 5 minutes), so it's worth the splurge every month or so. Anyway, I purchased a daily deal for Bellezza through the "Voice Daily Deals" email and made an appointment to go get my Brazilian on. I showed up to the office park known as "The Workshops" at 1:50 after a 45 minute bus ride and looked for the business listing on the directory. It wasn't there. Ok, numerical maybe. Nope, not listed. Luckily, someone was going up, so I got in the elevator and went to what the deal coupon said was her suite number. No sign. Nothing. So, I knocked. No answer. I called. No answer. I left a message hoping she would get back to me. No return call. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up or at least call back and I got nothing. Now I was out the money I shelled out for the coupon (which I will likely be able to get refunded) and the 45 minutes it took me to get there. PLUS, I still needed my lady bits waxed! I called and cancelled my appointment and then placed a frantic call to my normal esthetician, Trish at Blush Salon (who EVERYONE should go see since she's amazing), who was able to get me in on her day off! Apparently, this was karma's way of telling me I shouldn't be seeing anyone else but her. As for Bellezza, I don't see them staying in business much longer if this is the way they treat their clients.

I asked her if she didn't call, does it mean that an appointment was not booked and somehow erased from her booking system? She said yes. Gosh, I KNOW! I'm scheduled to see her tomorrow and so far no confirmation phone calls from her. I called her twice already today and left a message. Still conflicted about whether to go and keep my appointment or not since I am NOT even sure she will bother showing up. It is a 30 min drive for me to see her and I don't want to be tricked and lied to AGAIN! I was trying to search for other ways to contact her today and found many coupons and deals online that are offered by Bellezza Beauty Studio. Please save yourself the trouble and do not fall in their trap. You may waste your money and never get a chance to receive the service. I think that's how they earn any money. If I had known better, I would've saved my $25 and spend it elsewhere.

The CEO of the company called me & left me a vm message I believe because she had read my prior Yelp review. We connected. Allison listened intently to me. I truly felt like she cared and was going to talk to the call center who had been sending me the text messages (it was NOT A.I.) to bring to their attention the mistakes that were made.
