Extreme rash I got after an employee was sweeping carelessly into my fave while getting a manicure
    Michele H.

BE WARE I got my nails done here and one of the employees decided to very carelessly sweep the salon while I was sitting right there. I remember seeing the way she was sweeping and kicking all the nail chemical dust up into the air and directly into my face, and thinking that this can't be good for me! Then I started itching all over my face and my neck got very very red. The nail tech even noticed how red I was getting. It started to become unbearable and by the time I got home I had a huge rash all over my body as you can see in the photos! I had to cancel on the important event I was going to that night and go to Urgent Care instead! So now I'm out $300 for the event I paid for and $150 at Urgent Care. All due to this lady's poor choices of when and how to sweep up the chemical dust in the salon! Mind you I've been getting my nails done for 2 decades all over the US and have never had this type of reaction ever in my life! I went in to speak with the manager of the salon and showed her the pictures of my terrible rash and she basically said THAT'S TOO BAD and did nothing to remedy the situation for me! I just want people to be aware that THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS nor do they care if these dangerous chemicals make you sick due to their negligence! Unacceptable! Terrible customer service!

Definitely not the worst nails I've had they are cute but not the best either. Went in for a builder gel fill and pedi. First half was good and relaxing. Second half was rushed and left with lumpy and half done design. Toes were cut too short and rounded corners. Cut around my cuticles twice with the buffer. Sad with final results and rushed out

I was in a desperate pinch to find a nail salon before my flight and I'm SO glad I found this place! Originally I went in to get acrylics and a pedicure after a long hiatus of wearing press ons for so long. The store itself is so cute and calming. The store is also really clean. I've been to so many stores previously that were honestly a joke and made me wonder if I'd get an infection. However, once seeing the state of my nails, Tracy recommended I get gel-x instead which I was honestly super hesitant about at first. But she convinced me. I showed her a picture of what I was trying to get and she perfectly executed it. She was super gentle and consistently checked to make sure the drill wasn't hurting me. I believe Nancy was the one who did my pedicure and she was super wonderful as well. Super gentle and attentive and was constantly checking in with me to make sure I was okay. I absolutely love my nails and I'm so excited to go back and get a new set with different colors!

Every time I've gotten my nails done here they've turned out great! I have gotten good luck with great nail techs every time I have been here. I will say that for the type of designs that I get this place is on the pricier side for what they offer. I could definitely get the same designs, cheaper elsewhere, or pay the same amount for more. Every time I have gone my nails have cost $100 or more and that is before the tip. For that reason, I typically do not go here often because of their prices. They do usually have appointment slots available that you can get into quickly, which is a benefit to going if you're stuck in a bind. This place is cute and has a simple look, but it would be a more elevated experience if they did things like provide drinks or wine during your appointment. I also wish they would provide lotion during the manicure process. It would elevate the experience and make the nails look better right after the process is complete. Cute nails and dry hands is not a look.

Came here off of yelp reviews and did not disappoint! I highly recommend an appointment because they are very popular and very busy. You can call in and make an appointment for go online. I had my nails done by Bella, purely because everyone on yelp raved about her. She did an amazing and beautiful job. She was so fun to talk to and just a wonderful person. Im getting married this weekend and adore my nails. Ill def be a regular here!

Hard to see but divots and bubbles in gel builder.

I have been going to this salon for several years now. I've always been conflicted about writing a review. I'm writing one now because my last two experiences have left me disappointed in the quality of their work and customer service. For simple mani/pedis they are fine. However the quality is lacking for any specialized work; if you can call single color chrome and pink/white gel ombré specialized work. The last time I got chrome nails, the chrome started peeling on every nail the day after the manicure. To their credit they asked me to come back and they fixed it. I was ok with that resolution. This past Friday, I asked for ombré French over gel builder refill and they gave me one of the worst manicures of my life. The ombré is uneven with clear lines and angles on several nails, the gel builder is thick with air bubbles, the nails are different lengths and shapes. I asked for oval, which they charged me extra for. I have one or two nails that that look almond vs the oval that I asked for; I have a mixed set of oval and almond nails now. The woman who completed my mani was friendly, but she tried to convince me that power dip over gel for ombré when her first attempt at applying an eye shadow like white over the nail did not work. She tried twice to get ombré and the result was not good. It seemed that she was just doing trial and error. I paid $90 for ombré that I am embarrassed to have on my fingers. By the time she was finished with my nails, it was 15 minutes before closing and all the ladies, including her, were hovering at the register getting paid out so I was not comfortable stating my dissatisfaction. The worst part is they sent me a customer survey after the appointment t. I vented my frustration and dissatisfaction , they said they would "make it right". I appreciated that . I tried to utilize the private survey first before this public review. No one has contacted me since. Do not ask about customer experience and offer to "make it right", if you do not intend to follow up. I will revise this post if the salon contacts me. Pictures for reference.

Love this place! Ivy did my nails for the holidays and I wanted something super sparkly and non traditional and she gave me exactly that! I am in love with them, they are perfect!!!!

I love that you can text to make an appointment! I came in for a regular pedicure ($40 plus tip), and had a great experience. I feel pampered, and my toes look about as great as they ever can (I don't have pretty feet). My tech took her time, and didn't push to upsell me. Another employee made the rounds offering water and making sure everyone was taken care of.

    Chipped nail

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. Please read so that you are aware of this terrible experience. Started off with a technician who was extremely rude even though I was being kind to her. I asked for a new acrylic set and a removal of my old set. Once my old set was removed, she proceeded to dip the new nail tip into the acrylic liquid and also used super glue which caused a weird chemical reaction which literally MELTED onto my skin and caused a really bad burning sensation. I pulled my hand away and told her that it burned and she proceeded to scoff at me and roll her eyes. She then literally YELLED at me and told me it was my fault because I got a new set. I told her I've been getting my nails done for years and that's never happened before. She then got up, walked away, and didn't finish my nails. The manager came over to tell me that someone else would be doing my nails but never apologized on behalf of her rude employee and I still ended up paying full price after being burned. The manager kept telling me how her technician had been doing nails for years but never held her employee accountable. Another nail tech who was much more kind finished my nails. She recommended gel x which wasn't my preferred method but I decided to go with that option. Although they were pretty, the entire nail chipped the same day. I drove back the next day to get my nail fixed but the same tech wasn't there which I didn't mind because someone else could fix it. The new nail looked nothing like my other nails. This could have all been avoided. My issue was not the fact that my finger was burned. If the nail tech would have apologized when it happened, I would have been much less upset. Would NOT recommend this salon.

    Rebase on my nails!

Lovely ladies who do great work at this salon! I've never been disappointed, whether it be a simple pedi, full set, dips, or gels. I love the ease of online scheduling.

Do they have the long tips?

    Yes

Do you offer acrylic on the big toe when getting a pedicure?

Yes we do. We can add tip on big toe or overlay.

    What is their pricing?

They offer so many services. That's a difficult question BUT there is pricing on their website under treatments tab. AND if you text them a specific service request they'll respond during biz hours. That's also how I make appointments with them!

    Do you do dipping powder?

Yes we do! We use SNS and Gelish dipping powder. Thanks

    Do you use drills?

Hi Kelly, Yes we do use drill on some of the products that we provide. Have a great day.

Do y'all do tips or acrylic?

    Yes!!

I wanted to make sure she had the perfect nails, so I researched A LOT, and decided that Cherry Creek seemed to be the best option based on reviews and pictures. Thankfully, my research paid off! They did such a good job on myself, the bride, and another friend. They were great at cuticle cutting, nail shaping, and of course applying the polish. We got gel manicures and the bride also got a basic pedi, and all turned out great. We all had different nail techs too, so it was great to see that all of them did a great job. They were so good at shaping my nails into an almond shape, I think it was my favorite out of all the manicures I've gotten (which is a lot). Overall, we had nothing but a great experience. The place is small, but it makes it feel cozy, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!

I scheduled and came in for a polish change which they told me would take 10 minutes and it did. owner insisted afterwards that i pay for a mini manicure which i did not receive per the tech who confirmed verbally with the check out clerk. no massage. no filing and buffing. no lotion, no cutting of cuticles. $33 for a polish change seems excessive and greedy. make sure you get pricing up front from them. aesthetics and interior design very low end, looks cheap and sloppily put together. I tipped the tech $10 on venmo because I do not trust the owner to give the tip to the tech. Let's begin with a confession…read more I am a grown man who gets pedicures. I refer to the process, affectionately, as "sanding my hooves." Now before the men reading this clutch their masculinity like a fragile heirloom, let me explain something. At a certain point in life you must confront the reality that the feet you've been ignoring for decades are attached to the rest of you. And if you live in Colorado, those feet are eventually going to end up in flip flops or sandals. Enter Etoile Salon, where professional technicians transform what can only be described as feral hiking hooves into respectable human feet again. They truly are superb. Gentle, focused, and extremely professional. No rushing, no chaos. Just skilled people quietly performing the miracle of turning your feet back into something you wouldn't be ashamed to parade around town. For the record, I usually go with The Classic Etoile Pedicure. 35 minutes, $50. It's the perfect amount of time for someone to politely and methodically restore order to your feet while you sit there contemplating life choices. There are also plenty of add-ons if you want. Scrubs, treatments, upgrades. The spa equivalent of "would you like fries with that?" Then something unexpected happened. I started adding color. At first it was tentative black. You know...safe. Masculine. The gateway color. Then came money green. A little flash. A little attitude. Fiscally responsible. And most recently...royal purple. If this continues, by summer I fully expect to be sitting in that chair calmly selecting something called "cosmic mermaid chrome." The owner, Nara, is an absolute rock star. She's been in the industry for nearly two decades and that makes you realize the person working on your feet knows far more about taking care of them than you ever will. But credentials aside, what really stands out is how she runs the place. Nara has mastered the rare hospitality skill of making every customer feel like a longtime regular. People walk in and greet her like family, and she somehow manages to keep everything running smoothly while making sure everyone feels welcomed and relaxed. Which makes sense, because the entire vibe of the salon is calm and comfortable, not rushed. A logistical tip: they get slammed early on weekends. My last appointment was 1pm on a Saturday and it was practically serene. Six chairs, three customers, zero chaos. Now here's the part that tells you everything you need to know. I live in Cherry Creek, which has roughly one nail salon per block. I could walk to several of them while holding an Americano and pretending I'm productive. Instead, I drive 15 minutes to Etoile. Because when someone is responsible for maintaining your toenails, you develop loyalty. So gentlemen, if you've been avoiding pedicures because you think it's not your thing, let me offer a perspective. You maintain your car. You service your HVAC. You sharpen your kitchen knives. Why would you ignore the two things that literally take you everywhere? Go get your hooves sanded. And if you're feeling bold, try royal purple. It's surprisingly empowering.

First impression was they would be really good and let's be honest they are, but I don't feel like…read moreI got the full experience of a mani and pedi.
