They have also been able to quickly adjust and help fix a broken nail (caused by me being rough on my nails - not their fault!) and have even fit me in their schedule on a busy holiday weekend when I needed my nails done for a wedding. I walked in today to find out that my five hour nail art appointment had been canceled. For backround, my last bill was $500. I go to a nail tech named Cassidee and she randomly decided to cut most of her clients with no warning except an email chain, which went to spam. No call, no message, no text. I gave free advertisement after every session, and always tipped well. The last time I was there I even insisted on paying for food I ordered when I was there as it was the right thing to do. Clearing your schedule is fine, but treating people who consistently tip you well and get the most intensive things as pretty much worthless sucks. No apology either, just "well talk to the management about the emails." It's an hours long appointment on a weekday. The lack of any considering for their own clients is startling. I feel so used, I got the most expensive options, was used for free ads and was tossed away like trash. I could have gone to work today, it's a weekday. How hard is it to send a text? Or apologize? This is so unprofessional. It sucks because I loved it, but I can't go back when they can't even say sorry.​ read more

Wow my cuticles have never been so tidy! I have been looking for an alternative to dip as my nails have gotten extremely fragile and unhealthy from years of harsh dip treatment. I did a bit of research and decided hard gel seemed like a good alternative to help me regrow and restrengthen my nails. It's been 3+weeks since my service and there is no chipping or lifting on my nails! I'm happy to have finally found a salon I can go to long term here in Denver. They do really amazing nail art here if that's your thing, I typically just get a basic nude pink but the details of the application here is unmatched. The salon is very cute and uses quality products. They have some very talented people who work here. Some of the artists are capable of doing really great nail art, especially the owner. On the other hand, they are definitely one of the more expensive salons in Denver. I only got my nails done here once because I paid $200 for gel fill and nail art and the art didn't come out very close to what I was looking for. I wanted a cat eye French and they didn't understand the technique. A couple of my nails weren't even magnetized and the French was very close to the tip and very faint. They tried to do an ombre and it did not look right, when I reached out to the salon to say the nail art wasn't what I was wanting, they said they would get back to me. They never did. The Nails did last four weeks. I ended up painting them and I paid $70 for nail art that wasn't great. read more

Came for a pedicure and my niece for a over lay and we both got out of there super happy. The customer service is outstanding and all the girls are amazing. The owners are super nice. I for sure i will be coming back. Try to book your appointment before hand because they are always booked. You can reserve your spot online and to secure it you need to pay $1.50. The art is amazing and the dedication is worth paying. They have an Instagram page you should go there and check out their art. Their page is the same name as their salon name. Here in Denver is sooo difficult to find a good place that make good art on your nails. They cater your necessities and desire. You want simple? They have it! I love being able to book online because it is often easier to do that than call when I am at work. I walked in for my appointment and was immediately taken to my station. Fantastic manicure. My gel mani is going strong after 2 weeks, and after 2 sessions to the climbing gym! Great selection of colors, and Yurintzi did an excellent job. They do Russian manicures (which I wasn't familiar with), which just means they're "dry" vs. soaking your nails first. Outcome seems pretty similar. The appt. took exactly 45 min, as advertised. Holy hell I've finally found my place! I was going to the same gal for years and she quit to do eyelashes. I hunted and hunted for someone that could "bling" out my nails. I gave her no price limit and told her to do whatever she wanted. She spent at least 45 min shaping and filing them. And then! The owner came over and "checked" them out and filed them for a few minutes. That has NEVER happened to me in a salon EVER! The first time I tried this place I got a pedicure and the service was mediocre. I felt as if the lady rushed herself through my pedicure while talking nonstop so I did not come back for two years. I finally decided to give the salon a second chance recently after having surgery and needing some help and they are close to me. I got a gel manicure and pedicure this time and the girl who did it was really nice. Unfortunately the gel manicure was not equally as nice. After three days of receiving the gel manicure it looked as though I had gotten this manicure 2 weeks ago. My cuticles were exposed quite a bit already and my thumb nail had chipped as well. When I called to ask if I could get these redone I was told they only had time to do a nail repair on the one that chipped and they would have to reach out to management regarding getting my nails redone and I should hear from them shortly. I sent pictures to them via email because no one reached out to me after three days. I had to reach out once again and let them know I sent an email. I received a reply from the management stating this " Hi, This is the MNSTRM Management reaching out to you. We are sorry to hear about your experience during your appointment on August 9th. After reviewing your photos we do apologize your GEL POLISH was not up to our standards. We have issued a $15 refund for the GEL POLISH application to your card. Please allow 3-4 business days to receive your refund. We thank you for sharing your feedback. We hope that you find a perfect relationship with another salon that is able to meet your standards as everyone deserves beautiful nails" -- Thank you, MNSTRM Management A 15 dollars refund on 55 dollar nails that looked like crap!? And then to tell me to find another salon?
