Came here with a friend for the first time and unfortunately will never return. Checked in and ordered a drink. They offer a few drinks & have a big wall of colors to choose from while you wait. We both got a gel deluxe pedicure. Both our nail technicians were nice however it seems there is a lack of skill. For some reason our pedicures seemed different even though we were booked for the same thing. My friends pedicure was much faster, there were different products used, and the steps did not align with each other. Additional to that, my polish & shaping of my toes were not great. The gel polish was not clean and was cured on my cuticles so they peeled off 2 days after. My toenails were crooked and uneven length from my right to left lol. My friends toes also were not polished within the lines. Overall for the price they charge, do not come here. They have a nice environment but the quality is not there. read more

I came in for fist time and this 3 lady's just because I was translating to my mom decide to make a joke around, and laughed at my mom witch I think is very disrespectful they stared looking at us wired, if I went in to this places is because I have the money to pay, I came here to get a full set and I look at the reviews before walking in but whenever you walk in is a hole different view you have. Horrible experience here with this people! Talking different language like them like what was the problem! People be respectful how do you want clients come to a horrible place. I came in for a pedicure before my vacation and asked to have builder gel used to repair a broken toenail. When I got home and showed my husband, I realized the repaired nail didn't match the others in shape or length. By this time they were closed and I had a lot of packing to do before leaving the country for 2 weeks. Less than 2 days later I noticed the repaired toenail was broken in half (see attached photos), and paint was chipped on all. Since I was leaving for the airport early the next morning, I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed. I also requested regular polish instead of gel polish, and after that the atmosphere noticeably changed. The staffs demeanor became much less welcoming since I was not spending more money (they are trying to upsell the entire time). The pedicure itself was also disappointing. The bottoms of my feet were still rough, with visible white dead skin left behind, so it didn't feel like they had been exfoliated thoroughly. read more

mia is still such a wonderful nail tech, but the male nail techs are rushed, aggressive, inattentive, and rude. i actually don't recommend this place anymore because of the horrible experience i just had getting acrylic. additionally, the music sucks and the vibes were bad. read more

I came in for a full set and the tech that did my nails lacked skills. I first requested a removal of a previous set and she started popping my set off with another nail instead of a soak off. I was charged $10 for that. That should've been the first sign to leave but I needed my nails done for a trip. They don't give you a full manicure when you get acrylics so my cuticles still looked horrible after I left and I didn't receive cuticle oil. Lastly, the acrylic beads she kept picking up were extremely loose and dripped all over my skin. That caused an intense amount of build up underneath the nail that I told her the drill under and she couldn't even fix it. All that for $80 and still had to come home and fix what she couldn't. read more

Great to see this location in business again. Staff are very friendly. There is a small parking lot for guests otherwise it's nearby street parking. There are a ton of color options to choose from. The service menu is great as well and has a range of quick and go to fully pampered. I received a pedicure and gel manicure. Both were great and lasted at least 2+ weeks. I would like if they confirmed the service when checking in. Currently it's checking in at a kiosk, receiving a printed ticket and starting the service. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and they use a plastic lining in the foot bath before each use. Really excited to have a good go to nail salon again. Looking forward to going back. read more

BRAND NEW SALON JUST OPENED WITH NEW BUSINESS DISCOUNTS!!! When we first walked in, this nail salon hit us as super refreshing and delightful. It was truly a pampered feeling walking in. You are welcome by the bar and they have a wide selection of wine to choose from as well as cocktails and beer if you like. We were taken care of immediately with a smile very gracious Nail tech. I had Robert. He was super sweet. Kim is amazing as well. She picked out the perfect color for my boyfriend to match the inside of his new jeep gladiator. They have a large range of services. I would say they're a little on the price your side, but you get so much value and attention. Robert caught that my nails were lifting and instead of just giving me a refill, he took the time to get rid of all of the air bubbles and make my nails perfect and strong. Our pedicures were very good. They took their time to get our toes nice and clean. They even listened to how we wanted our nails done specifically and did exactly what we wanted with a smile and great service. . We will absolutely come back as it is the most relaxing nail salon. I have my go to nail salons in Denver but after seeing reviews I figured I would give this place a try. I had an appointment at 1 and my nails were not started until 1:45. This was not the case with me but multiple people in the salon. To the point multiple people said they were going to walk out. Once someone stated on my nails they got way too close to the cuticle and it burned yet they kept using the machine. It took over an hour and a half to do dip. This is more than double the time of my normal salon. Additionally, as he said we putting on top coat he noticed there were gaps on the dip and tried to fill it with gel. Not even 12 hours later the top coat is already peeling. For $60, this is completely unacceptable. read more

Sad to have to post this. I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I elected to try their head spa service while I waited. The tech was sweet as can be and the service seemed fine during. However, when we completed I realized how tangled my hair was. As it wasn't specifically a hair treatment I told myself to relax. But as the tech tried to dry my hair without brushing and then when I tried to let her know I'd just finish it up at home she insisted on trying to "smooth it" by brushing. She was unable to get the brush through and I could hear ripping so I insisted I finish. She expressed concern with me leaving with my hair ratty. So I assured her I could try hair oil etc at home and would pull it back to leave. Again, I do not think she did anything purposely, but seemed to lack knowledge of hair. Once I got home I found the dreadlocks pictured. This is natural hair. My hairdresser tried treatments and 3 hours later the hair had to be cut. Please exercise caution - I believe these techs are not properly trained. The salon also refused to even refund the cost of this service. (I did not seek compensation for my daughter's nails - seemed a reasonable ask) read more

If you can make it to another salon, I definitely would. This places quality of nail work is terrible. I got a full set and it only lasted one week and that's with me having to stop by the next day needing to get one fixed already. I had went in and spoke to the manager and asked him if this is a standard turnaround timeframe for a re-base and he said yes that a re-base is usually every one to two weeks. That is so wrong!! I've been getting my nails done for years and all my nails last about 3 weeks then I'm in need of a rebase. I've never once had a set of nails only last one week, it's the quality of the product they are using. So from one nail girly to another. Please take your business elsewhere.
