Today I came in for a regular polish manicure and pedicure and decided to try this nail salon after seeing them on ClassPass. I was very impressed with how clean and sanitary the salon was. When I came in, they had me wash my hands before my service and the pedicure tubs are lined with disposable plastic. The tools were opened up in front of me so I know they were either brand new and disposable or was confident they were freshly sanitized. The gentleman who provided my nail service was meticulous and efficient with time without making my service feel rushed. I must say this is notva 5 star place it's actually a 10 put of 5 stars. This place deserves all possible Michelin stars just for service alone! I opted for the Jelly Pedicure with Cherry & Sage. The Pedicure was fantastic, I chilled with a glass of wine and just enjoyed the Pedicure and massage chair. It was so amazing I might have fell asleep a little, lol. Walked in on a weekday for a basic pedicure with gel. Was sat down immediately, however, the person who came over to help me was extremely inexperienced. They were shaking while cutting my nails, made me extremely uncomfortable while filing my nails, and nicked my skin a million times while trying to push back my cuticles. When I expressed to them it was hurting me that person swapped and a new one sat down. I then received about 2 seconds of "cuticle cutting" (if you even want to call it that) 10 seconds of "heel buffing" and immediately into painting my nails. whole thing lasted less than 30 minutes and 5 of those minutes were me sitting in the chair waiting for someone to come back. I really wish I could report differently but 1,000% not worth the $85. read more

Me and my boyfriend were in downtown Denver doing activities. We used bounce to book the reservation to keep our luggage there. It was only $3 to do so. The staff were great. They went above and beyond when we walked in the door. If we are in that area next time. We will definitely consider this place again. The $22 charge for 3 bags was a good deal. I don't know why there are so many good reviews. It took a very inexperienced nail tech 2 hours to do a dip manicure with French tips. When it came to the French part, she couldn't do it and had to have someone else step in. To remove the old dip polish - NO ACETONE! I understand that is the 'safer' way of doing it. But it took an hour just to remove the existing polish. NO DRILL! Again, 'safer', but at what cost? She held each nail in the dip polish for at least 10 seconds and then didn't shake any powder off, creating a very thick nail. Less than 1 day later, every single nail is lifting and one (my real nail) already completely broke off. If I could get my $80 back, I would. Lesson here.....stick with the nail shop I always go to and don't stray. read more

So I came here for the second time to get my nails done and it was not a pleasant experience. They did not seem friendly and were rough when giving me a gel manicure. Seriously was painful and always stings when they used the alcohol. The pedicure was done by someone else and that was a great experience. The first time was great with a young man but this time, it was light torture. She over did it on the cuticles and for my wedding it was trashed with bleeding and skin kept peeling. Also, two gel nails chipped! The first one chipped 2 days later and the second nail chipped 4 days later. So I did not have pretty nails or fingers on my wedding day and had zero time to get it fixed. So this was pretty upsetting. I have had my nails done so many times before but this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. Location was great for me but now I will have to look for another place. $95 for Gel X that started popping off two days later... ridiculous. Their prices are outrageous and it was not worth it.

I went here last Monday to get my nails done and got a French Gel Manicure $$$. I ate nuts on Friday night and the spices from the nuts stained my white Gel Tips. I eat nuts all the time and have never had this issue from getting my nails done at other salons. I called, then showed up to see if they can fix it. They said it wasn't their problem and likely was from hair dye. Too bad I have professional highlights and my grays are growing in, so therefor there is no way I dyed my hair myself. The salon refused to fix it for free and asked me to pay for an entirely new set. Please DO NOT go here! This is not Customer Service and their services are very overpriced. read more

$90 and 90 minutes (which I questioned three times but eventually succumbed) for the shortest-lasting dip manicure of all time. I was visiting Denver so can't go back and fix the three popped nails that came off after only 3 days. Did nothing strenuous or water-based to have that occur. I searched yelp to find a place to get a spa pedicure only to find that I had been to Nail Day Lodo years ago when I first visited Denver. I obviously had to try them again because my first experience was so great. Well this past Sunday I had made an appointment for a pedicure at 3pm. I arrived early and only had to wait 10 minutes to be sat. It was pretty busy as almost all of the chairs were taken. I opted for the combo pedicure which includes moisturizing wrapping and hot stone massage. I didn't catch the name of the woman providing the service but she was nice and did a good job--but not great. For me, the distinction between the two was how my feet looked after a few days. I noticed a good amount of dead skin on my toes though was happy with how she trimmed my nails and painted them. The other redeeming quality here is that I received a complimentary 10 minute back massage after my spa pedicure. And I do want to note that it was actually 10 minutes long (I timed it). The masseuse was fantastic and only accepted tips--so plan to bring cash if you can. Overall, I was happy with my pedicure but it definitely could have been better. I felt a bit rushed and that my foot needs we're not fully met. Maybe it would've been better if I spoke up but I was thoroughly enjoying the massage and pedicure so I also don't feel like I could really complain. Come here if you want overpriced manicures/pedicures that hurt. The mani/pedi wasn't bad in itself, but the method was a little aggressive. The staff here that attended to me didn't speak much English, and when they wanted me to do something like move my hand, they would move it themselves without giving any verbal indication. This can be awkward for some people. The mani/pedi was also advertised as $50 but when I came to pay, they charged me $80 and I don't know what the additional payment was as I didn't get any add on. My main complaint was that the woman doing my nails was very rough in pushing my cuticles back and made me cuticles bleed. Note the plural! No apology whatsoever. The staff has a poor attitude altogether. I've been spoken to so rudely several times that other customers in the salon give me the "holy shi*" look. I've gotten my nails done thousands of times in my life and never seen such poor quality. I've gotten my nails done here twice now. First time I got dip with tip and they all popped off after a week and were applied super bumpy. Second time I got them done here 2 of my nails snapped off after 3 days while I was on vacation. My nails start to come off after a week when they should last at least 3 weeks (as they usually do). I had to call 3 times to come in and get them fixed, and was met with stubbornness and unwillingness to accommodate each time. When I finally did come in to get the 2 that snapped off fixed, they didn't help right away as they should, they made me wait. Not to mention the second set I got done here were super screwed up. They were bumpy and uneven. Pictures attached doesn't do justice of just how messed up they were. I am currently sitting in the salon getting them fixed and they put my index finger nail on completely crooked. It's actually funny at this point... don't recommend. UPDATE: went back today to get another one fixed that broke last night. Got home less than an hour ago and another one snapped off from itching my leg. This will now be the 4th time in a week I've gone in to get them repaired from snapping. Unbelievable. Update: it's now 1.5 weeks I've had these nails on and 6 have broken so far. read more

Would not recommend this place if you're looking to get dip with tips. I went here purely because of its location to where I have just moved to. Pedicure was fine, nothing special. The dip was done in a way I've never seen before. For example, typically at other salons they buff your nails down with an electric shaver. This place did not do that at all which is probably why my dip came off one day later while I was putting on my JACKET. When the woman was gluing on my tips she was using some kind of spray glue almost as if it were in a hairspray bottle that had an unpleasant smell. The woman only did two coats so even the color I chose on some of my nails look see through compared to others when you look closely. Also, this place also does not have a good variety of colors if you're going to get dip. There was one page in the book full of colors to choose from. Not to mention how expensive this place was for the quality. I was honestly a bit shocked. I'm disappointed and will be going to a different nail salon moving forward. read more

Seriously disappointed. I called to make a mani tip and dip with a pedicure appointment after work one day (7/25). They told me to come in at 5 to get it all done. I agreed. Showed up early and had a lovely pedicure with one of the male technicians. Very relaxing, he did a great job! Then, I went to get my tip and dip done and the female technician who was going to do them seemed shocked when I said I wanted the tip to be squared off. She looked at me like I was crazy and said "no time for tip and dip, we close at 7" .... it was 5:40. I told her that I called and made the appointment and they specifically told me to come at 5 to get both done. She rolled her eyes at me, started talking to her colleague in a different language while she started buffing my nails. It was extremely uncomfortable but after I asked if she was sure she could do them, she just said yes and continued. She put the tips on and did the dip manicure before closing time (6:40). I paid $150 for both without tip for the technicians and today (7/28) two of the nails popped off, extremely clean, by doing simple tasks that they should have withstood. See pic. One was putting on a necklace and adjusting the clasp and the other was turning on the water faucet. I'm a little baffled and unsure if the poor quality of these pricey nails was on purpose even though I scheduled the appointment days in advance. I went on Monday for powder dipped nails with tips. Paid $70+ tip. On Wednesday, two of the nails had fallen off. I work a desk job from home, so wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary. I was too busy with work to go in during the week, but on Friday, I called and told them two had already fallen off and asked if I could go in to get them fixed. They said they were too busy but to come Saturday. After the call on Friday, another nail fell off. On Saturday morning, I woke up to one hanging on by a thread and then fell off. Now four nails down, I decided I just wanted them to take the rest of the nails off. I went in and they did remove the rest of the nails.
