I have made appointments, and come here a few times now for both manicures, and pedicures, and my most recent visit last week was for a gel manicure. Booking an appointment online is super easy, with the ability to book same day appointments (at 8am, I was able to book a 4pm). The location is great, right near hand and stone, larimer square, and the 16th street mall. The nail bar itself is clean, staff are nice, and they have a good range of colors to choose from. I also think at $45 for a gel manicure, they're very reasonably priced, for downtown Denver. I will absolutely be back! read more

This place is great, and I think will become my new home nail bar. I made a mani/pedi appointment a couple days in advance and showed up a few minutes early. This still sat me immediately and got to work! This is the only place I have ever been to where they do the mani and pedi at the same time. I was seating in a pedicure chair, but the lady was using the armrests to do my gel manicure at the same time. It was amazing! I was in and out of there in an hour which I have never experienced elsewhere. I have spent 2.5 hours in a nail salon before and it made me stop doing this regularly. But this place restored my faith! They had a great selection of colors and there were 3 other women who walked in during the duration of my appointment who were all seen immediately. My nails turned out perfect - both my toenails with regular polish (were completely dry by the time I left) and my gel nails. I will definitely be coming back to this place. They do not have a designated parking area, and they are kind of hidden back in this square, but I parked in a parking garage on 16th and walked here and back and found it eventually. read more

I've had consistently great experiences at this nail salon, and my recent visit with Ari was no exception. I brought in a reference photo, and she absolutely nailed it--pun intended! Not only is the quality of the work top-notch, but what really sets this place apart is their commitment to the health and integrity of my nails. They use products that are healthier and safer--not just for clients, but also for their employees--which is something I really value, especially since that's not always a priority in the industry. I was visiting friends in the Denver area who suggested we go to this salon. The salon is large and spacious, with multiple stations, but they lack color options. I settled on a color (it wasn't what I was looking for) but there really weren't a lot of options. The lady who did my nails kept trying to insert herself into my friends' and my conversation, which was a little awkward at times, but I understand how just sitting silently all day would probably be boring and miserable. It just was awkward because she wasn't really listening to what we were saying, she was just inserting her own stories and we were listening. The actual nails turned out ok, but they did not last for very long (which is sad because I got shellac). I ended up going home and getting my nails redone at my own salon not long after. read more

I went to get my nails done for my bday and the whole experience was bad. She didn't really answer my questions, and a customer there had to tell me that they had a design book. I had a $100 gift card and after my appt she said it's only worth $50 because it was 7 days expired (the gift card was only valid for 6 months, it should definitely be longer than that). The lady there wasn't friendly at all and did a lazy job because I told I haven't had my nails done in a long time. She didn't put my gel manicure all the way to the top of my nail bed so they are already falling off and she didn't cut my natural nails down before starting. Also, their nail designs are pretty bad. They are so basic and not pretty colors. Also I told her I wanted French and she gave me gel. I will not be back read more

I was visiting from out of town and stumbled across this gem! I did feel bad for not having an appointment, but they were kind enough to take me in--and they did a great job! I didn't catch the name of the nail tech who did my Gel-X, but she was amazing. And DiDi, who did my pedicure, was so gentle and really took her time to make sure everything came out perfect. The people are nice and the service was good, however they charged me $140 for a standard pedicure (their prices listed as $45) and a dip set with tips and gel design. I don't think my set should have cost $95. I'm from Palm Beach, and I have never ever paid that much for nails, the most I have spent was $80 for design that also included crystal at a salon that also offered beverages including wine. Update: I wrote that yesterday after my nails were completed at 4pm. Today, at 8:45am, my thumb nail snapped off with barely any resistance applied to it. Every time I have broken a nail, it hurts like hell, even though it's not my natural nail breaking. This one? It flew off and I barely even noticed. They're not bonded correctly and they didn't even make it a full 24 hours. They were concerned with the length of my nails, since I bite them, but you tell me, does this look like plenty of nail to build a base on? Because I have had my nails done countless of times that have all lasted at minimum 2 weeks with my natural nails the same length or shorter. I don't recommend. Second update: it is now 10:50am the day after getting these done and I have lost a second nail. Do not waste your money there. Does this seem like a $95 manicure? Nope read more

Hands down the best salon in Denver. I finally felt like my pedicure was not rushed. The massage was perfect and 10 minutes just as advertised, heavy cuticle work, even the lady next to me seemed like her treatment was also well worth it and quality time spent paying attention to her feet. I am so pleased with this nail salon. I've moved multiple times and I think one of the hardest things is finding a new incredible nail salon that gets the job done right every time. I am so happy I decided to stop by this place this afternoon! They took me in quickly after I arrived. My nail tech came and got started. She was gentle but very efficient. Removed all dead skin, callouses, and gave the BEST massage afterwards. I have definitely found a new nail home. Thank you flawless nails! And a major shout out to Ari!!! read more

I walked in randomly about a month ago hoping to get a beautiful set of nails for a friend's wedding. I met Rey & she did my nails & my removal weeks later. I have come to the nail salon off and on for most of a decade. In the last few years, they went under new management and had a name change to flawless nail bar and I am so impressed with the salon and its current state. I typically come in for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure, on my visit this month I was very impressed by my experience and got a truly flawless manicure and pedicure. They have a big color selection and the salon seems impeccably clean. It seems that their schedule has been booking up so do not rely on a walk in appointment, call ahead and see if they can get you in. Got a mani and a pedi there. Folks there were nice and it seemed clean. Pedi was awesome (the only reason for 3 stars), but the mani left much to be desired. Got extensions and powder that lasted almost no time at all. First one fell off within 2 days, second the next day, third a day after that, and 2 more the following day. Clearly the glue for the tips was subpar and the powder just came with it. These literally fell off-- no snagging, no torque-- just *pop*! I'm so bummed-- they looked awesome! I came here to get my nails done before my company holiday party and i was pleasantly surprised! This place is much better since the management change to Flawless. The service was great and two weeks later... my nails still look good! Also, the nail tech said I could come back In if anything chipped or I wanted anything touched up. I really loved that! I didn't have to go back in because the nails lasted so long but I'd imagine the service would be good again. I'm in from New York for a conference and thought I would treat myself to a pedicure. I booked online and was able to be seen almost immediately. I was greeted promptly and politely and offered a beverage. Ari was my technician and she was outstanding. I normally dislike pedicures because I've been hurt with clipping and filing in the past. Her techniques were perfect and I developed trust and was able to relax. The foot massage Ari provided was the best I've ever had. Will never go back. Paid $90 for JUST my nails - which I have never paid in my life. I've gotten my hands and feet done for cheaper than just my hands here. I got tips with dip, and started peeling within one week with nails starting to pop off after 2 days. Normally these hurt and are very hard to come off, but easily popped off without knocking them. All of the nails completely came off of my hands in less than 2 weeks - barely lasted one full week. Absolutely insane and unheard of for tips and dip, especially for $90. read more

The esthetician was friendly, boisterous, loud and immediately jumped into performing the service without instructions or warnings. She did a good job applying the under eye patches, tints, etc. When it was time to take the tint off she dug cotton balls into my eyes - way deeper than was necessary and without care - that toxic dye got in my eyes and it was SO painful. She washed my eyes out with saline like 6 times because I demanded it but they still stung. She never apologized - just "yep, it stings don't it", like I was some sort of torture subject. I don't think she was properly trained! I have had my brows and lashes tinted dozens of times in other salons and sure there is a little sting but the esthetitian knows how to carefully remove the dye so that the sting is minimal and she is compassionate and thorough with the saline. I don't think this woman got all the dye out because my eyes still stung for the rest of the day and into the night, extra dry, red on the inside of the eyelid... 3 days later my eyes are still recovering. Google says the dyes are not FDA approved and can cause serious damage to the eyes - I was freaking out. The place is cute but I would NEVER go here again.

At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.
