The service here has always been stellar, and in a COVID-19 world it's no different. Upon arrival, clients should either text Tonie or call the front desk number that is posted on the door. When Tonie is ready, she will escort you back to her salon. She's allowing time in between clients to ensure proper cleaning. And of course, everyone needs to wear masks. Omg, I am so so happy with my new eyebrows and lips!!!…read more Last year I had a terrible experience with another Erica on the 16th Street Mall downtown (link here) who butchered my eyebrows and I wasn't sure they were fixable. We'll call her Erica the Butcher. But this Erica--the Expert--did more than just fix them--they are fantastic! And for HALF what Erica the Butcher charged me! You can only see a faint hint of red left over from the Butcher's work because she went so high with them, but Erica the Expert was able to cover up the old taboo crisscross marks beautifully. I think they look very natural now and are the perfect color, but judge for yourself--pics to come. She did my lips last week too--I'm old, so they had lost their color and definition, and she did such a nice job redefining them and giving me a very natural color. I'm really pleased with how nicely they turned out. The most wonderful thing about Erica though is that she really listens to what you say and sincerely wants you to get what you want and for you to be happy with it, and she will always work toward that end. It's never about a vision that SHE has for your face. She is caring, thoughtful and accommodating. You'll love her.
