I said no because of my work schedule. They then asked to move it back 15 minutes and I agreed. The day of the appointment I was notified 4 hours before the appt that Kyla was running 30 minutes behind. This would have pushed my original appt time 45 minutes, which is just unacceptable. I appreciate that they communicated with me, but I don't appreciate a salon that doesn't respect my time.

If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

They put one extra injection on the right side of my forehead and left me with a flat eyebrow and droopy eyelid. I asked them to put an additional one on the left side so that it didn't look so obviously uneven. They refused to do it. I also asked them to put neurotoxin in my chin as they always had done before and instead of doing what I paid for, they tried to upsell me, saying I needed filler instead. They also promised to return my phone call by the end of the work day on Friday. Rather than calling me and telling me that they were not willing to do it, they sent me an email the next day.
