The acne lab is amazing and Meghan is a skin genius. My oldest daughters face broke out this past year during the pandemic, after having to wear a mask at school all day. Wanted to try the services, but unfortunately, it seems as though I was snubbed. I selected and booked a time they had listed on their calendar as an available time for a consultation. I was contacted through email this morning (day of the appointment) and told that they could not accommodate the appointment. They didn't offer any additional times or try to call me to fix this. If they couldn't accommodate this appointment time, it should not have been a selectable option. Edit: Corinne's response is not only sad but completely immature. While you all may do good work, you all clearly have nasty personalities. Clearly, there were problems with the scheduling system because it allowed me to book a time that wasn't available. Rather than trying to correct the issue, you contacted me via an automated emailing system instead of calling me. As someone that has worked in the service industry, I have always kept my appointments and strived to please current and future clients. If there were any scheduling issues, I took it upon myself to contact them and make it right. I didn't further inconvenience my clients by making them contact me. I did my part as a potential client and scheduled an appointment. You failed to do your part by keeping to scheduled appointment. Blaming me for your faulty system, is childish. If you treat your clients like "VIPs" why wasn't I contacted to reschedule an appointment that was cancelled? Why was it supposed to be put on me to correct your wrong? read more

I absolutely loved going there !! I have very sensitive skin and everything breaks out my face. Before I went here my face was a mess, acne ever where. The atmosphere in the acne lab office is comfortable and easy going. Corinne sits down and talks to you about your skin routine and gives you everything you need from: face wash, serum, lotion (night & day). She takes pride in her work, and loves seeing great results from her patients. Also she checks in on your results on a weekly basis. The kind of place that charges a 6 year+ client for cancelling 23 hrs in advance instead of 24 hrs. They overwhelming give off the impression that they do not want your business. Can they treat acne? Yes. Do they know how to treat customers? No. After so many issues with their staff - poor treatment, poorly communicating/ incorrectly communicating pricing & not standing behind pricing agreements - i no longer trust them to micro needle my face and treat my skin conditions. My daughter said her friends got results here... so I decided to let her try an initial consultation. We ended up doing the full program, a scientific approach on what to avoid and what to do proactively. After trying many prescription options, including a year of antibiotics, we were considering trying acutane, but were concerned because it is such a strong, controversial medication. My doctor had heard of this new business, The Acne Lab, so we gave it a try. We first met with Corinne in Nov for my teenage daughter. Within a couple of weeks, we saw good improvement. By the time the initial 12 week course was complete, her acne was well under control, and her skin looked great! We now have two teenage nieces, and our other teenage daughter on the program. I was skeptical when I first learned about Corinne and The Acne Lab, having tried almost every over the counter and prescription acne treatment available to treat my persistent mild-moderate adult acne. But with the goal in mind to get my skin clear in time for my wedding, I took a chance and met with Corinne. I was sold immediately! She sits down with you and talks you through how acne works: where it comes from, what causes it, why some people struggle with it more than others, etc. Then, if you decide to work with her, she creates a personalized skin care regimen to suit your specific skin type and needs, and sends you home with all of the products you need and specific instructions for carrying out your skin care regimen. She takes the time to communicate via e-mail and in person regularly to check-in on how the treatment is working and to make adjustments at the appropriate times in order to ensure that the treatment continues working appropriately. I personally started to notice a difference in my skin within just days of starting my regimen, and now after two months of working with Corinne, my skin is almost completely clear, and by far is in the best shape it's been in in over a decade!! I'm amazed at how quickly my skin responded to the treatment, and loved how Corinne took my unique skin needs into consideration along the way, and never once tried to make me use a product or treatment that wasn't just right for my skin. I've got 4 weeks to go until my wedding, and I'm feeling confident that I will not have to worry about covering up any major breakouts, which was my ultimate goal! But beyond that, I am ecstatic to finally have clearer skin in general, and to know I'm using a regimen that will continue to keep my skin looking it's best. And it's great to know Corinne is always there to help make any tweaks to the regimen necessary to ensure that my skin continues to respond well and stay clear long-term!
