I then saw that Vasu had an RF device called ThermoClear which treats just about any superficial skin issue. Jennifer gave me a very thorough treatment, but I had low expectations considering all the YEARS of other ineffective treatments in the past. Well, I look in the mirror this morning (nine days past treatment) and, BY GOD, the treatment is actually working!!! All of the most visible capillaries are either gone or diminishing. I booked everything online from my phone very easily; the intake form for the facial asks a series of questions regarding your skin goals, products you currently use, allergies, and beyond. The massage form is similar and asks for your preferred pressure and goals for the massage. I really appreciate this step and feel like it's a great way to start the discourse between you and the Bella team before you even meet them. Because I purchased a bundle, it ended up looking like I was going to have the facial and massage done at the same time lol, which isn't possible. Jaclyn texted me very soon after the appointment was booked to clarify and she helped me set everything straight right away. When the time came for my appointment, I found the business nestled in a nondescript office park that has a huge shared lot for parking. Initially, I drove right past their building but once I got my bearings it was very easy to find. Right when I walked in, I felt very welcome! Both Jaclyn and Kelly greeted me right away with huge smiles and Jaclyn took me back into a room to prep for the facial right away. Following the facial, Kelly walked me upstairs to a second room for the massage. I again got changed and settled, and she got straight to it! She asked if I had any problem areas she should focus on, and assured me that the process kept everything decent and that if I had any concerns or was uncomfortable at any point to let her know. This will have been the first professional massage I've ever gotten, and I'm glad that it was with Kelly! She checked in with me a few times throughout to make sure that I was comfortable, and paid special attention to a couple of stubborn knots I feel like I have had for years. I've always been a fan of firmer pressure, and this was perfect. The time felt like it flew by and I was glad that my drive home at the end wouldn't be long. It was extremely relaxing and I didn't realize how much I'd needed it. It was very apparent to me that both of these ladies love what they do, and they're both exceptionally talented at their craft. I ended up leaving after it had gotten dark (the joys of winter), and did not feel rushed or stressed when I was checking out. Despite my concerns, no protective shield was used, and the laser was passed directly over my eyebrows. Nine months later, I am still dealing with the effects and regret having this procedure done. While some hair growth has returned, one eyebrow still has noticeable patchy areas that have not fully recovered. Before this treatment, I never needed to fill in my eyebrows, but now I have to use an eyebrow pencil every day to cover the sparse spots. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and has had a lasting impact on me. My eyebrows were one of my favorite features, and it has been incredibly upsetting not knowing if they will fully recover. Had my concerns been taken seriously and proper precautions been used, this could have been avoided.
