There is simply no excuse for an adult to speak harshly to a child, especially one with special needs. Whether someone is having a bad day or not, how they treat others matters. The behavior I witnessed showed a complete lack of patience, compassion, and basic human decency. Based on that experience alone, I would never consider supporting this business. Anyone thinking about becoming a customer should ask themselves whether they want to support people who treat workers and vulnerable children this way.
