We understand that nobody is perfect, and sometimes the quality of a service doesn't turn out as expected. We didn't hold that against them because mistakes happen. However, when nails are breaking and lifting off the very same afternoon they were done, there's clearly a workmanship issue. Over the past month and a half, we had to return multiple times to have the same problems fixed. Each time, we were assured we wouldn't be charged since they were correcting their own work. Yet when the service was finished, they acted as if those conversations never happened and charged us anyway. That's not how loyal customers should be treated. Maya and the management showed no accountability, no appreciation for long-term customers, and no integrity in how they handled the situation. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to nickel-and-dime a loyal client after repeatedly fixing issues they created. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. There are plenty of nail salons that value their customers and stand behind their services. Do yourself and your nails a favor and run from this place. Poor service, poor ethics, and terrible customer care. I won't be returning.

But I wanted to give it another go cause I'm tired of filling in my brows everyday. In the before photo, you can see how the ink was faded and you can see my natural hair again, along with the red tint from the previous job. So I decided why not try again with someone more experienced. Jessika did my brows and it was comfortable, almost painless, I could have fallen asleep. (I fall asleep when she does my lashes) I asked for a more natural look than the bold design I had before. It's just a personal preference for a subtle brow for me....and she executed it perfectly! She did a color correction, reshaped them to fit my eyes and shape of face better. I forgot to save a freshly done pic :( but here's the end result! 3-4 weeks healed. After years of doing everything wrong, my skin was so sensitized it would be red for hours after just washing my face. Thank the good lord I came across a groupon for Flawless Skin Studio. It was so bad that Roxy did not even treat me on my first visit. She gave me an order to stop everything I was doing, put my products under the counter and do not touch them again. She gave me a very short shopping list and send me on my way. When I returned a couple weeks later there was already a huge difference in my skin. I have been seeing Roxy for over a year now and am in her club (it really is a fantastic deal!!). As a result I feel more confident than I ever have about the state of my skin. I am actually spending less on skin care than I did when I was trying every product under the sun to get a result. I look younger than I did when I started seeing her (do you know how amazing it feels when no one ever even gets close when guessing your age???).
