WOW! Natalie is one of the nicest people I've met. Nice doesn't mean good though, right? Well, she's got crazy talent too! I first met her when my husband was trying to do something nice - long story I won't get into, but I was scheduled for a microblading. I couldn't do it for several personal reasons. I contacted Natalie and she could not have been more understanding and nice about me canceling. She had every right to be a 'stickler' because of the circumstances, but nope. She was super easy going and so lovely. As we talked, I found out she did something called a 'lash lift'. I did some research on what that was and knew I needed to do it. Since Natalie was so awesome, I scheduled the lift with tint. I went to her location and the outside is nothing special, but when you walk in, it's beautiful! So very clean and orderly, awesome decorating, etc. Natalie was very inviting and so very sweet. During the service, my eyes are closed so I can't actually see what Natalie is doing. She was explaining everything she was doing and with detail. She was super gentle and I could tell that she was being super particular. We had easy going conversation and even the chair I was on was comfortable. Once everything was complete, I got to see the results. And just like when I started this review, all I could say was WOW. I have very light eyelashes and use an eyelash curler daily. In one sitting, I no longer need an eyelash curler and I can walk out of the house without doing any make up. Even running to the gas station, I put on a coat of mascara and curl. I can't believe I've never heard of this service before. I will be putting this into my beauty budget. I cannot live without this! Natalie has a new 'regular'. I would trust her with anything on my face...which says a lot since I'm doing job interviews :-) Do yourself a favor. I've been drawing my eyebrows in every day (sometimes multiple times per day) for years due to alopecia, and while I was excited to get microblading done, I was definitely hesitant due to the permanence and cost. That said, I'm thrilled with the results and it was worth every penny! I essentially went from no brows at all to natural looking, semi-permanent ones. My friends and family didn't notice they were microbladed until I actually pointed it out to them. Natalie does great work and explains everything really well. One thing to note is that if you're someone who has a history of not reacting to numbing agents/reacting slowly to anesthesia (hopefully a very small percentage of people), the numbing cream may not work for you- this happened to me, but I was expecting it based on my background. My brows have never looked this great before! Natalie has microblading down to a science, with precise measurements, artistic shaping, and only the best inks/products, which is why my brows still look amazing after my session in September 2019. My main concerns included the fact that my brows may turn out too dramatic or too big, and Natalie drew them on impeccably and let me see the different shapes before we actually decided on the perfect one. Another concern of mine was that the brows may take on an orange-i or weird color tint over time, as I have seen too many women walking around with such results. After voicing my concern to Natalie, she explained to me the reasons why certain lower-quality inks will fade into various unwanted colors, and then showed me that she uses only the highest quality inks on her clients, and none have faded into reddish or bluish shades. Mine still look amazing, and the color is so natural and perfect. All microbladed brows will fade sooner or later, and when mine do, I will only go to Natalie. I feel so lucky that I was able to find her my first time microblading. read more

I've never had great service like Natalie provides. She is extremely professional and such a nice person! The reason for my visit was to get a consultation on removing the pigmentation of a really bad microblade job I had done months before contacting her. We set up a consult appt for her to check my brows out. As soon as I walked into her shop I could just feel I was in the right place. It is very clean, organized and the vibe you get just makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The consult went great! She informed me on how the process would work to remove the pigment and answered any questions or concerns I had. After getting my microblading done, I noticed that the beginning, middle and ends of my brows did not match. Also the color was off black not the medium brown I wanted. I followed directions for the first 10 days but the "permanent" color is fading which is probably a good thing. Although Natalie is nice, her service of my brows was very disappointing so I will not do this again and waste $600. read more
