I've gotten my eyebrows done a couple times but the last time my experience was absolutely terrible…read moreand I will never be coming back :(( Kylie waxed off over a 1cm chunk off my brows so it was way shorter than the other side and let me leave like that without even trying to fix it or say anything and I noticed when I was as in my car about to leave so I asked them to fix it as I was very upset about paying for a service and coming out looking straight up botched and they offered to fix with more stain but it's still bad as there's no hair just stain now, they did refund me but Kylie never ONCE said she was sorry which really rubbed me the wrong way after telling her how I felt ugly and was upset with my results and when I told her how's stressed and upset I was she told me to go buy a brow pencil to draw it in myself... :( all I want is to feel beautiful and respected from the service I pay for and I feel so ugly and straight up scammed...
