It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. We were happy with the results. The problems came when we tried to schedule appointments to use the remainder of our banks. We could never find appointments at our closest location online. We would call the location and they would confirm that there were no appointments available - even 2-4 weeks out. We were FINALLY able to get appointments on 8/23/26, booked a couple weeks in advance. We arrived 15 minutes early only to be told, "Oh, we just sent you a text...we had to cancel. We don't have a nurse here today". When I went home and tried to call the location (Denver Cherry Creek), nobody would answer the phone. I literally put my phone on speaker and let it ring for at least five minutes. No answer. I hung up and called later and did the same thing. Again, NO ANSWER. I called their corporate office and requested a refund for both me and my husband's accounts. They told me "someone from finance will call me back'. They never did. A couple weeks later, I called the local office and again got nowhere. I advised them I would file a complaint with the BBB. A few minutes after hanging up, a woman named Leah called me and we spoke for quite awhile. I will note that she was very nice but not much help. When I mentioned how many reviews I was seeing of people having the same issues with not being able to get appointments or having their appointments canceled, she told me that there is a nursing shortage and that's why they are having these issues. She seemed very skeptical about me getting a refund due to their policies but told me she would speak to her manager and get back to me. Guess what? She never called me back. I again called the corporate office and went through everything all over again....and was told the same thing...."we have to forward this and someone will get back to you." No call. No text. No email. NOTHING. I filed a complaint with the BBB and explained very thoroughly that I was requesting the refund for the full value of what remained in both me and my husband's banks which were all paid for on my card. About a week later, Laseraway responded to my BBB complaint and refunded me for my bank only. Just an FYI, if you're in the same position as us...no one at this company seems to understand the concept of cross referencing accounts. I am still fighting to get the over $500 balance of my husband's bank refunded. Do not waste your time or money with this company.
