A friend recommended Brittany at Lush Brow and I could *not* be happier at the outcome so far (it's only been a day LOL). Brittany is an absolute artist! My brows are *chef's kiss* now and I have a no charge follow-up in a month to ensure theyre 100% to my liking? Yes, please! Go see Brittany

She did SUCH an amazing job on my barely-there brows! I had both a wax and a tint. I have patches…read moreof brow hair missing from auto-immune disease, so I HAVE to get them tinted so that they show up better on my face. My brow hair color also happens to be quite a bit lighter than my brunette hair, and so getting them darker really helps with my overall face profile. The waxing job was wonderful! The shape was perfect - we went with my natural shape and just cleaned up around outside. The tint color was exactly what I wanted (though sadly my brow hair doesn't hold tint very long...sniffles). My brows looked fabulous and dark and well-shaped and didn't require me adding any pencil filler to them for at least 3-4 days (which is a miracle). It's been almost a month since my service, so of course the tint has mostly faded at this point. But there's still enough there that I can see where to fill in the rest of the brow. She took the time to answer my questions regarding her other services, including my inquiry on the pain level of micro-blading...which she says isn't all that bad for the average person. Aside from the waxing services and micro-blading, she offers lash lift and tint, which I hope to be back for in the future as finances allow. Jacki is located inside a hair salon off Downing St and NOT at the University location that will still show up in a Google search. Just go to Peachy Clean's website for the location. As a heads up, the waxing and the tint ARE priced separately and not in a package deal like many salons offer. The price of the two services separately will not allow me to go to her location as often as I'd like, but her work is totally worth it if you can budget in the wax/tint once every 3-4 weeks. The salon location is also located in a neighborhood near the university, so plan for street parking. There are fun little cafes to hang out at if you need to arrive early to get a spot and then wait for an appointment. Highly recommended.

She is worth every penny - trust me. I've had my brows plucked, waxed, threaded, microbladed and nobody has been able to nail the look I've dreamed of until Simone worked on my brows. I get so many compliments from my friends and family and when I tell them that they are nano hairs, nobody believes me - that's how natural they look! Important to note that I originally asked Simone for even thicker brows than I ended up with but she talked me through why that wasn't the best idea or look for my face and she was right. I appreciated her honesty and I had 100% trust in everything she told me. About Simone: From the moment you meet her, you will feel her welcoming & positive energy. She is gorgeous inside and out and she is a true girl's girl. She complimented the woman who microbladed my brows 6 years ago and told me she gave me a really great shape and starting point for her to work with. She wasn't shy to tell me where she purchased her cute pants or the artwork in her studio. These things go a long way and tell me a lot about the person Simone is. She is so passionate about what she does and it is so evident in her work style, ethic and artistry. If you want the brows of your dreams, Simone is your girl. You will not be disappointed.

Now on top of that, in less than 5 years I can become a member of AARP, get 50% off any item at ARC Thrift Store in Tuesday, and maybe get 20% off a slice of pie at IHOP. The office was a bit hard to find because there isn't good signage on the exterior of the building (or at least I didn't see it). It's a small office but the staff is very friendly. My only critique of the office was the level of noise. It's small so you can hear everyone talking, laughing and carrying on in places you can't see and that didn't add to the overall "spa" feel. Lisa saw my kiddo and was super kind to them and walked them through every step. They really helped them relax and feel comfortable. Their skin came out beautiful. Super dewy and well hydrated. We purchased some exfoliator as well for them to use at home. I would bring them back for additional treatments.

I first met Phuong years ago and she changed my life. My family convinced me to microshade my…read morebrows, things i never placed importance on before. I didn't even draw them in despite them being an uneven length and a bit sparse. But, brows frame your face and can be expressive. Think how they look when you're surprised, angry, or joyful. After my brows were filled in by Phuong, i noticed how much better my brows appeared in photos to complement my eye makeup, how much easier it was to shape my brows myself (i had struggled with this but afterwards i had an outline to follow!), and how much more i "naturally" looked put together if i opted for a no makeup day. I'll give the shorthand review first and then a detailed review. Overall i don't trust anyone else but Phuong to do my brows (you can tell she really takes the time to make them perfect and she's really easy to work with in figuring out a look), she can microshade and microblade brows in addition to filling in the waterline and lips, she has upgraded to a suite which remains super clean and has chairs outside or inside while waiting, she's super affordable (personally i find her prices at least 50% cheaper than most places), you'll probably want to call to schedule an appointment at least a month in advance but she may be able to squeeze you in easier on a weekday, and since she's the only one running the place, she has to make and answer calls during your appointment but it doesn't affect her work as she does it hands free. Ok so i was terrified that microshading would hurt really badly because it is a semi-permanent tattoo. However, she uses a lidocaine spray to decrease the pain, the pain is comparable to waxing or plucking your brows for an hour, and after a few minutes the discomfort just plateaus. Keep in mind, I dunno how it feels for the waterline or lips and i tend to have a high pain tolerance. It probably would have helped if i took Tylenol an hour beforehand but i didn't either times and did just fine. The entire process took an hour. First, you tell her what you want and she'll pencil them in and let you look at them for the a-ok. Since she's been doing this for years, she just knows what looks good and can help guide you with a look. You also decide which color and how dark you want the brows to be. I'm more comfortable with a natural look so i didn't want mine as dark. She advised me that initially it'll look dark but will fade to the agreed color in a couple of weeks. Next, she lidocaine sprays you, you close your eyes, and then she microshades away. Afterwards, she hands you ointment that you put on the brows with a q-tip once a day for about 7-10 days until the skin peels off. At first, my brows look red-brown but its because they're irritated and after a week or two they look how they're supposed to, beautiful! I'm so happy with my experiences and the end results that i can't thank Phuong enough. She's awesome!
