I had my initial appointment with Caroline back in February. I had done the TrueBrow Design, as…read morewell as the Lash Lift & Tint. I have since gone back for regular TrueBrow Maintenance as well as the Lash Lift & Tinting. I find the whole process, from then until now, just awesome. It was fascinating to see the before and after during that first appointment.. and just how straight my eyelashes were - aside from the light coloring. My eyebrows, which I thought just wouldn't grow back (I had kept them too thin for years), was just a case of not REALLY allowing them to grow back fully, along with super light hairs that were 'found' after tinting as well. I had taken the route of lifting & tinting since the maintenance of extensions, etc. are just too much for me, personally. I am 100% happy with the lift & tinting. I have always been a eyeliner & mascara person and won't leave the house without either.. and with this, all I have to do is throw on some quick eyeliner, if anything at all & my eye lashes are ALWAYS perfect. I haven't had to use an eyelash curler since! My eyebrows have come a long way since February and after each maintenance visit, they look better every time. I had someone recently comment about my 'pretty eyebrows' and it was such a huge compliment to hear. I also was kind of clueless, and had no luck with purchasing the right pencil or color to fill in my eyebrows - or even the right way to do it, so with some instructions from Caroline, I also purchased the TrueBrow collection. That is one great product I could not live without now. It's so easy, and fast and it lasts all day long. It's become some a routine for me to take care of eyebrows whenever I'm doing the rest of my makeup, I now feel naked on the days I don't. All in all, a super fantastic experience. I feel very lucky to have 'found' Caroline; she is an amazing esthetician/specialist. She takes her time waxing, tweezing, coloring.. it's a very comfortable space and I find it a peaceful moment out of my day at each appointment.

She cares about the health of your lashes and really knows her stuff in regards to different styles and methods! I was really expecting very little lasting time, but I was shocked at how long my lashes stayed looking great! She was sensitive to my skin concerns and reactions to adhesives and had many options! I am now addicted! As for eyebrows- she blew me away with the idea of tinting. I like the color of my brows, but tinting them in the same color adds more hair to work with by dying the lighter hairs! I'm probably not explaining accurately, but it literally blew my mind!

Now I have a stye growing on my eye lid probably because they also don't wear masks and gloves when working on your face. I have a wedding in a few days as well. Extremely disappointed and won't be going back.

Holly is so fun to chat with while she does my dip manis, and she knows I tried some spots down in Denver that just didn't measure up. My service today with Victoria was an absolute nightmare. I cannot believe how argumentative she…read morewas with me in front of everyone at the front register. She did a full set of volume lash extensions on me today, (9/24/2026) which i did NOT ask for. I came in today at the 2 week mark since my first appointment for a classic set. I had discussed with her a few things I wanted to improve and told her I was here for a 2 week FILL emphasis on FILL. She ended up removing all of my lashes without communicating with me, and completely creating a whole new volume lash set. This was not at all what I had been expecting. I had showed her a picture of how I wanted my lashes to look after the fill. She said "yea" super quick without any more communication on what she would do. I had told her I wanted the lashes a little bit more filled in because last time there were a LOT of lashes she did not lash. Barely little to any communication on her end of what she was actually doing during the service in fact she was on the phone calling the whole time. When i go to check out she tells me the total will be $120 and I said how? It's supposed to be $85 for a hybrid fill. She then proceeded to tell me they are not able to change styles, which i explained I get that and you should have told me you can't do it from the start instead of completely changing my lashes to a totally different style. She would not stop arguing with me, drawing lashes on paper, and trying to "school" me and lecture me. She leans in and says, "by the way I do not want to see you again". Essentially telling me not to come back. Victoria was complaining to me saying "you just take advantage of my time, you just taking advantage of my skill. dont come back". I clearly was telling her, No, that's not true, and I'm not doing that. I said i'm sorry you feel that way but it's not me trying to make you feel that way. I said, if you had told me you were doing a full set of volume on me, I would have said NO. Because that was NOT what I wanted nor what i asked for NOR what WE DISCUSSED. She was offering to only charge me for the $85 fill, however Victoria then proceeds to tell me "do you want me to just take them off?" In an aggressive manner. At first I did not want them off, but I also did not feel like paying after this treatment. I was about to put my card in but she was being so mean to me and I finally just said "well I'm upset now you keep arguing with me. Just go ahead and take them off". I told her that at this point I was not happy and wanted a removal. When she was doing the removal she was extremly aggressive with my eyes, brushing the lashes super hard to the point where I had to tell her "dont rip my lashes". and "your hurting me". She denied she was doing all of this, and continued to berate me saying things like that I am just "young" and that I "don't even do lashes yet" even though I literally graduated from esthetics school and am opening my own lashing suite. She was trying to school me on lashes and argue her point to me. By the time she was done with the "removal" (which wasnt even a proper removal, I still had lashes hanging on everywhere)I was close to tears. I told her "I cannot believe you would tell me you dont want to see me again. I do value your time and we MUST HAVE SOMEHOW had a miscommunication". Her disrespect and ignorant attitude to the situation wasted my time as well. I came in for my appointment at 11 and was on time, the appointment didn't start until 11:30. And this took up almost 1.5 to 2 hours of my day. Overall a big disappointment, and extremely unpleasant and unprofessional service. I would not recommend lola nails and lashes to anyone.
