The owner-operator Dottie is not only a wizard with wax, she's a warm hearted person with a lovely personality. I don't know how she does it, but her waxing is nearly pain free with flawless results. I would recommend seeing Dottie to anyone. Be aware that she has a busy studio, please be respectful of her time and other customers. She reasonably asks you to be five (5) minutes early to ensure she can take care of your needs. However, if you're more than five (5) minutes late, you'll have to reschedule. If you've ever owned or ran a business, you'll know how precious time is, so her request isn't unreasonable. 5 stars for Zen Waxing Studio and Dottie, only because I can't give more!

I will be a forever customer of hers and I've never been one to believe in reikki or tarot cards but now I'm a firm believer and will be paying for not only my waxes but her other services as well. She will be coming to cleanse my house as well, I could feel a spirit in my house and so could my 3 year old and she told me about my daughters gift before I had even mentioned anything about my daughter being able to see anything .. it truly gave me goosebumps and a feeling that everything would be okay! Her studio makes me feel at peace and I could never go anywhere else now!

The business seems much more suited to Brazilian waxes if that's your jam.
