I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. Before starting, Michelle asked me when my last facial was and what my main concerns were. It started as any facial where Michelle washed my face, neck, and upper chest. Then she did the hydroderm, which was a tad different feeling than normal hydroderms, but in a good way. Then she did some other treatments and also extracted my face. After putting on some gel onto my face, she did the RF treatment, which is supposed to tighten my skin. It was warm, but not uncomfortably warm. After removing the gel and cleaning my face, Michelle put a hydrojelly mask on my face, which is supposed to even my skin tone. She warned me that it would go over my eyes and mouth. While the mask dried, Michelle massaged my neck, arms, and hands. Before peeling the mask off, Michelle rubbed ice globes over it. The cold feeling was so awesome!! I booked everything online from my phone very easily; the intake form for the facial asks a series of questions regarding your skin goals, products you currently use, allergies, and beyond. The massage form is similar and asks for your preferred pressure and goals for the massage. I really appreciate this step and feel like it's a great way to start the discourse between you and the Bella team before you even meet them. Because I purchased a bundle, it ended up looking like I was going to have the facial and massage done at the same time lol, which isn't possible. Jaclyn texted me very soon after the appointment was booked to clarify and she helped me set everything straight right away. When the time came for my appointment, I found the business nestled in a nondescript office park that has a huge shared lot for parking. Both Jaclyn and Kelly greeted me right away with huge smiles and Jaclyn took me back into a room to prep for the facial right away. Jaclyn also offered to text with me if I needed any advice or if I had any questions about products, etc.! How friggin sweet is that? Following the facial, Kelly walked me upstairs to a second room for the massage. I again got changed and settled, and she got straight to it! She asked if I had any problem areas she should focus on, and assured me that the process kept everything decent and that if I had any concerns or was uncomfortable at any point to let her know. This will have been the first professional massage I've ever gotten, and I'm glad that it was with Kelly! She checked in with me a few times throughout to make sure that I was comfortable, and paid special attention to a couple of stubborn knots I feel like I have had for years. I've always been a fan of firmer pressure, and this was perfect. The time felt like it flew by and I was glad that my drive home at the end wouldn't be long. It was extremely relaxing and I didn't realize how much I'd needed it. It was very apparent to me that both of these ladies love what they do, and they're both exceptionally talented at their craft. I ended up leaving after it had gotten dark (the joys of winter), and did not feel rushed or stressed when I was checking out.
