Star is easy and efficient to communicate with, her home based studio/salon is a pleasant environment, and most importantly, she is technically accurate when it comes to the spray tan. On one occasion I wanted a little bit of a darker color, and on the other occasion I just wanted a light application of color and a few specific areas. She did a great job on both applications. Her prices are reasonable and her services are great. Unfortunately, that's not an easy combination to find sometimes. The bonus is that I SWEAR I look thinner when I'm a little bit tan, even though I haven't lost a pound!

It felt like I was annoying her and she made me wait for a very long time 30 min) before getting me into a room. I was given less than what I normally do at the amount of money that I pay and zero to no explanation. Later, I was contacted by someone who was "not" the district manager, but someone who would try to help me... this facility also has absolutely no sound barriers. There are no ceilings to each room which isn't a necessity however they are so short that you could literally hear paper rustling beyond the next wall. I am actually quitting Palm Beach Tan because of this particular facility as it will be the only one I can go to from this point on. Even if they worked out my membership issues that were in my opinion, a bit of a rip off, the facility itself really is very basic and you feel like you're undressing And doing your tanning, etc., in front of the world. It's a very loud facility they can hear you and you can hear them. Unfortunately, the woman that tried to help me was also trying to teach someone who was new and so that person was getting about as much education as the woman who was working the desk had which she said she doesn't normally work at that facility and did have to call a manager who also could not help me. Overall, I would say this site needs a lot of work if they would like to have a higher clientele of people and be able to justify the amount they tried to charge or up charge me... Then they might be able to do so, but as it is, as I said, I am quitting Palm Beach Tan after a visit to my Texas homebase Palm Beach tan , which is really awesome. My husband and I were both members at the highest platinum level and now we are quitting. And to be quite honest, there is nothing they could do to get me to return to this particular site.

She's located in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood. There was plenty of street parking. The inside of the building is set up like a mini mall of skin care, hair care and other self care services. I signed up for a much needed facial with Katherine. She is very calm, patient and just what you need for someone who is working with your skin. I really enjoyed the facial. My skin is usually red but after the facial I have been moisturizing religiously. The redness is gone. I love it. Pores are not visible. I can't wait to go back. I'm not local to the area, so I really had no idea what the reputations were of spray tan establishments & didn't want to risk having a bad spray tan. I really went deep into the internet to find quality reviews of spray tans & this was the one place that seemed to have it down to an art. Even though I had to drive about an hour from Estes Park to Longmont, it was 100% worth it. The lobby area is super cute with a great selection of clothing, accessories & gifts. I didn't have to wait very long before being called back to the service room. The woman who did my spray tan was SO incredibly nice & paid extra attention to detail. She was done in about 10 minutes & we had a nice conversation about each others' lives in that time. When I went to go check out, she recommended a travel-sized kit that would help prolong the life of the tan, and I'm SO glad that she did! I kept the glow going for about a week & a half after because of this. All-in-all, I was very impressed with the quality of service, attention to detail & skill.
