I just relocated back home from Texas and needed my eyebrows done, I did get them done once before coming here at the flatiron mall and they screwed them up. I was a little hesitant to come here but I'm so HAPPY that I took a leap of faith and got them done here. The owner was super nice, friendly and took her time to consult me before she did anything or took any extra hair off. I really liked that she took her time and made sure I was happy with the shape. I will be a returning customer forever. I want to get a facial next. Thanks for making my eyebrows so beautiful

This was my first visit to DB&S and I kind of booked by mistake because it was 30 minutes from my house. It was a last minute appointment and she was the only one willing to squeeze me in and I'm so happy I found her. I will definitely be making that 30 minute drive again to have her be my lash girl! Like Charlotte said, she is not a "fast food lash service", and she is not kidding. She spent so much time making sure every single lash was perfect and in place which I appreciate so much. If you need your lashes done I HIGHLY recommend you visit Charlotte and let her work her magic

The business seems much more suited to Brazilian waxes if that's your jam.

I'm like I don't have time we need to leave. Find out the next time we go in that she told people that I was only down there for a little bit and wasn't happy with the Colour or something and just told her I didn't wanna do it anymore, which is a lie because it took them an hour to cut my husband's hair. He was just finishing coming down to get me and she was just coming down with a color so I made an appointment with Julie who's supposed to be a master stylist which I guess anymore doesn't mean anything. She was so incredibly rude to me. I asked her three times are you sure you're comfortable doing my hair because I don't want anybody who's angry with me or has bad feelings about me touching my hair and you don't seem to like me very much and she kept saying no that's not it. No, that's not it. She called me a liar about the thing that happened The day before with the other girl. I'm like no it did. I can tell you the times but I got here and the times that she came down and she's like well. Let's just move on. I was trying to explain to her the colors that I wanted my hair and she kept telling me that I had to pick one just pick one I'm like I don't want one. I want Auburn in there like on the top and I want to feed into a copper and I want blonde highlights. I know it can be done. I've had it my whole life instead the top of my hair is completely bleached. It look like a skunk and I don't think I've ever been more unhappy with a cut. I came home. I cut my own bangs. I told her that showed her the cut that I wanted. She didn't do that at all. Then when she asked if she could curl my hair, she didn't ask how I curl my hair so she put these tiny tight curls in my hair. I don't wear my hair like that and she got upset that I put my hair in a ponytail. Well to me it look like garbage that's not how I wear my hair, I wore my hair into the salon curly to show them how curly my hair is how much like weight my curl has and that if it has to touch my nose wet, it'll touch my eyebrows dry, but there is no communication between her and I at all and then she still sold me product that I don't think I needed. I used number four and I think that's perfectly fine but she doesn't seem to think so. I would appreciate a call from the owner or someone because I think all in all I was treated very poorly. Oh and their prices.. you should be going to a master stylist Downtown! 365 cut+ color total BS when Rumors ran it I usually paid 180 for the same thing and didn't look like I had rad paint all over my neck and forehead my ears were covered. All it takes is a little bit of baby oil and a cotton ball and it comes right off not to mention she ruined a $200 shirt by being messy and not paying attention to what she was doing and it's because she was so aggravated with me for whatever reason I still don't get it. I mean, I had to literally ask her three times was she sure she should be doing my hair because she was so incredibly rude
