I love it here. They are so friendly and sweet. Busy like many nail spots, so sometimes you have to wait, espeically if you dont have an appointment, but they do a good job and the product they use for my dip last foreever. It doesnt chip, peel or anything and lasts 4-5 weeks. Tracy is my girl, but there are so many talented nail techs here. They are also great at designs. I highly recommend. read more

ONE STOP SHOP!! Nails, Pedicures, Lashes, Massage, Hair wash spa and facial tattoo! I had called to make an appointment 10 minutes prior of drive time to get there with no waiting. When I arrived the salon was very classy, clean and busy and you can tell the happy vibes were kickin. Checked in on the iPad was very nice and easy. Ti started my deluxe lavender pedicure and she was discussing the new hair wash spa services that are available with Sandy. The hair spa services were phenomenal. She washes your hair, massages your scalp and neck, facial, and dries your hair. Sandy made me so happy and you can tell she loves her job. My nails and toes are turned up red! No complaints or having to micro manage these girls. I'm just so relieved to find the best nail shop on the north side of Thornton. I've been coming to this salon for a while now and always have a great experience, but today I had the pleasure of Annie doing my nails! She convinced me to try Gel-X for the first time... I'm a solid gel or hybrid gel girl so I was weary to say the least but after she told me of the application and removal process it seemed healthier than what the gel had done so I gave it a shot, personally I think my nails look flawless! Tbd how they handle and feel the next couple weeks, I shall see. The design she did came out amazing, and she was so detail-oriented the whole time. I went in this morning as a walk-in they were very welcoming I was immediately sitting in a chair to get my pedicure, The place was clean. They got new massaging chairs, which were amazing. Dip manicure which is $55 didn't even last 5 days before lifting up. When my technician, Vivian, put the top coat on, there were lumps and it was separating. She walked away for me to cure it and I had to mention to other technicians that there was an issue with the top coat. They are more expensive for the "experience" and I wasn't offered once for the complimentary drinks. I'm sure they have great technicians but I won't be returning. I could do my nails better and have them last longer read more

The technician was nice and offered me a beverage. But for $53* plus tip...not worth it. Yes I paid for the French and it's not evenly painted...frankly doesn't look good. *The metallic polish I wanted they did not have and the polish in close proximity would have been an additional $10. read more

Save your money, go somewhere else. Went a few weeks ago to get Gel-x nails. Wanted French tip, the nail tech didn't know how too so she sent me off to another tech who was tipsy almost drunk. The reason I know she was tipsy was cause before leaving on a lunch break her and another tech were cheering loudly in the salon saying "shot shot shot" and asking other techs if they wanted to drink. I sat in the chair and she started painting the French tips incredibly messy and added so many layers of gel they started looking fat. I asked her to fix it and she added another layer. My fingers were lefts with gel polish all over them. Definitely won't be coming back. I am so regretful of even paying. read more

Left a hair on my nail under the acrylic, and when i got home i needed to file my nails so they weren't slanted on every single nail. Not to mention they left my toes looking horrible. They didn't shape at all and there was visible gel polish on my skin. the service was fine, but i expected better considering i paid over $100. wouldn't go again. read more

I want to like it here so bad. I love the vibe, love the decor, love all the flavors for pedicures. I've been 6 times for pedicures. (I go somewhere else for my nails but wanted to try it here for pedicures) I've gone to my nail lady for 10 years, don't plan to change. I spent $120 on a pedicure with tip. (No biggie, I upgrade) but 5/6 times they barely scrubbed my feet. One gal (Joy) did the best job. Also, sometimes they ask what flavor you want, sometimes they don't, sometimes they offer you a drink (usually don't) and I know that's a bonus, but don't offer it if you only offer it sometimes. I'd rather you never offer it. It's a lack of consistency that bothers me. Overall for the price I pay, I won't be back. read more

We didn't have an appointment and were helped right away. The staff were friendly, attentive and truly made us feel like VIP's. They offer a wide range of services, including waxing and lashes. Their space is quite large and decorated beautifully. My eyebrows looked so good after they waxed them! The pedicure was excellent too. They offer massage chairs of course, and have about 10 different styles of pedicures to choose from with different services and fragrances. I'm glad this place is nearby. *3.5 stars* Came with 3 of my sisters for pedicures. We did have appointment so were seated pretty quickly. For the most part the people working there were nice. Though we did not specify we wanted the gel pedicure, that was the color options we were given. It would have been fine except it was additional, I believe $10-12 to the total price. If I would have knows that, I would have gotten a regular nail polish but was not provided that as an option. The place was on the pricier side to begin with, I'm from nyc and have paid less while getting my nails done here at various salons, so it would have definitely been nice to know ahead of time about the additional cost. It was a large place and was nicely decorated. Pedicures turned out good. One of my sisters have been here before and seems to like it. I would recommend asking ahead for all the additional charges, but otherwise it was a fine experience! read more

I've been getting my nails done at VIP since January, and it's my favorite salon I've visited. The inside is beautifully decorated and clean, the staff are always very welcoming, and it's an overall great experience. I booked with Christina for a 3D nail design and I could not be happier with my nails. I really wanted to enjoy my experience here, but unfortunately, it fell short in a few areas. I was surprised by the pricing--$96 for a basic GelX set with no design felt quite steep, especially since prices aren't listed on their website. Transparency would be helpful. I also didn't feel very comfortable during my appointment; when I asked to have my nails shortened for a more natural look, the technician seemed frustrated, which made the experience a bit awkward. Additionally, our group was split up during the visit, which took away from the fun of coming in together. I'd recommend doing a bit of research beforehand to make sure it's the right fit for what you're looking for. read more

This place is amazing! It's always clean and the owner and techs are so nice! Shellac manicures last me about 12-18 days! Pedicure options are great too! I would love longer leg/arm massages but I think a lot of places cut back on that feature during Covid. Definitely recommend and love being able to make an appt online. read more

Then she did the hydroderm, which was a tad different feeling than normal hydroderms, but in a good way. Then she did some other treatments and also extracted my face. After putting on some gel onto my face, she did the RF treatment, which is supposed to tighten my skin. It was warm, but not uncomfortably warm. After removing the gel and cleaning my face, Michelle put a hydrojelly mask on my face, which is supposed to even my skin tone. She warned me that it would go over my eyes and mouth. While the mask dried, Michelle massaged my neck, arms, and hands. Before peeling the mask off, Michelle rubbed ice globes over it. The cold feeling was so awesome!! This facial took 2 hours and now I'm hooked. I have my next appointment scheduled in Jan 2022!!

I also got my eyebrows done and they were uneven. The way she shaped my brows also looked pretty weird. After this experience, I will not be getting lash extensions again and am still looking for someone to work on my eyebrows. Hi Heather, to respond to your public comment below, I had an appt 4/9/2018 and I did call you the following day to inform you that I had an eye infection and you mentioned to come back to get the lashes removed if the infection didn't go away in a few days.

Worst facial of my life…read more This is in a doctor facility, not a nice spa type of establishment. As soon as I walked in she started trying to upsell me. If they don't want to do a basic facial why have it on the "menu?" First into a chemical peel which wasn't the solve for existing pimples. Then into a diamond glow facial. Then proceeded to wash my face and do a mask that took 20 mins. I asked for extractions (which are typical) - she left the three zits on my face and bypassed by chin altogether until I asked again. Never walked out of a facial smelling bad and with a face full of zits. It was $130 to have my face washed and a mask.

She didn't even introduce herself and instead swiped on an iPad and showed me two pictures showing the difference between hybrid and classic. That was it. We went back and I told her what I was looking for and from there did not say a word to me for the whole application. Halfway through the application, the other gal walked in and they started conversing as if I wasn't even sitting there; going as far as to mention that the glue they had was likely a year or so old. Leaving was not any better, she handed me a mirror and a fan and then just told me to get up when I was ready. She didn't walk me out or offer to schedule a fill and not even 12 hours later I already had lashes falling out. I would absolutely not recommend their services again.
