I have been here a few times and I always have a good experience! I usually get a hydrating pedicure that includes exfoliation and paraffin wax. They have different levels of pedicures to choose from! The prices seems reasonable to me. All the ladies are friendly! This last time I went, I kicked my car door getting into my car and messed up my big toe nail. I was so embarrassed. I went back inside with my head down, hahaha. Paid for a manicure, but barely touched up on my cuticles as shown in photos. Although service was fast the quality wasn't there and the dip was super rushed. Felt like it was just a polish change, but yet I was charged for a manicure. The lady also mentioned that with just a shellac polish change that they wouldn't guarantee it and if I were to get a shellac manicure they would guarantee it for one week. Not your standard 2 wks. Probably won't be coming back here. I went to the salon 1/11 and asked the young lady pictured in the window if they could extend for her and the young lady in the picture said NO! I asked to speak to the owner and she said she is on vacation for an unknown period of time the manager is also gone on vacation for unknown period of time. Sometimes life happens and sometimes free time is taken away from us. Bella Nails and Lashes does not follow the consumer laws on their gift certificates. A friend of mine recently admitted that he had never had a pedicure in his life, and I decided it was time to fix that. I wanted to find a nail salon that would give him a good first experience. I'm so glad I chose Bella nails! We didn't have an appointment, so we arrived as soon as they opened at 11 AM. There were already several customers there, but they were able to accommodate three of us quickly. They have several pedicures to choose from, and we all went with the hydrating pedicure. I love the paraffin treatment! Everything went really well. Two of the three technicians were very communicative and attentive. The third did a great job as well, just a little quieter. The salon has a loyalty program, it was clean, modern, and friendly. I'd recommend it! read more

Wow. What a wonderful, professional and relaxing mani/pedi. Nothing was rushed and the little extras made it worth the cost, which was very reasonable...lemon slices in my foot bath, wax foot dip, leg, foot and toe massage. On TV there were short, silent. Bon Appetit chef videos of interesting dishes to try and relaxing music was playing. I had an automatic massage lounger and I was offered a Diet Coke before beginning. And my nails look fabulous. So, this nail salon is just a couple doors down from Frolic Brewing. Therefore, sometimes it is a total no-brainer to arrive a little early, check in for my appointment at the nail salon, and get things taken care of before heading next-door to enjoy some fine beer and pizza. The pricing here is reasonable, the service is quite good, and all in all this is everything that you want in a nail salon. What really makes this place extra special to me, is that for some reason, when I get a pedicure here it seems to last really well, for a long, long time. Honestly, when I come back for my next pedi it is not because there was anything wrong with the polish they put on my nails, but because my toenails are so long they are starting to push against the tops of my shoes (apologies for the visual). Seriously, I am not sure what they do here, but the polish is rock hard, and does not seem to chip, crack or anything else negative. Note, this is for the low and medium tier pedicures, I have never actually done any of the more expensive ones. Personally, I recommend the paraffin pedicure. read more

Extremely disappointed with this place. The staff was friendly but the job felt very rushed which resulted in a poor manicure job. I paid for a full manicure and didn't even get my cuticles cleaned. In LESS THAN ONE day the paint was falling off of one of my nails. Within five days 4 different nails had missing paint and chipped corners. I did powder dip and this has never happened to my nails at my two regular nail places. I had a dip mani last Friday (10 days ago) and unfortunately, I won't use this salon again. While the service was fine and the nail tech was very pleasant, my nails are horrible. After 3 days, the top coat started peeling, you can see how terrible my cuticles are (and where the scab remains from where I was cut), and as of the weekend, my dip has already cracked. read more

I have had my nails done with dip powder here a few times and the service I received was good/great both times. However, I visited 9/19/24 asked for dip, and was sat down. She began to remove the previous dip and she asked why I didn't do hard gel. I said they always broke because I'm tough on my nails and she assured me the "hard gel" would be better for my nails. I agreed and stated the word "shellac" at least 3 times in our conversation back and forth. Then she told me it might burn and I should have clarified but I didn't because I said shellac so many times. Regardless, I paid $100 for gelX not "hard gel" not including a 20% tip. It has been 12 days and 3 of my very long natural nails have now broken. They provide great service but this was not a good experience and I would not recommend you let them talk you into gels if you have easily broken nails. read more

I came in with an old set of dip powder over my own nails and the lady literally cut through my old dip powder diagonally before even attempting to take the old powder off, resulting in cutting my own nails past my nails beds. After my long-time manicurist in north Arvada moved away, I've tried a few nail salons in the Broomfield/Westminster area over the last year. Been quite disappointed by the techniques and quality of their services. Gave Bella Nails a try and had an excellent manicure by Holly. She's gentle and very thorough in removing old gel, cleaning up cuticles, and giving an overall excellent manicure. Also had to get a tip added to a badly broken nail and learned about "dip" nails to consider for the future. The shop is clean and friendly. It was a Wednesday afternoon and I was able to call ahead and get an appt for 15 minutes later. I believe I have found my go-to nail salon! read more
