I got a no chip manicure and it was really nice! The gentleman that did my mani was meticulous, the store was clean and in a good location, and service was super nice. All around great experience and I'll be going back!

Wow!!! I stopped by here because it was a convenient location, but I will definitely be going back in the future for the service. I have very brittle nails, so getting acrylics off is such a pain, but the nail tech (Chelsea) did an AMAZING JOB on my mani! She was so careful and meticulous, and it truly made a world of difference. I made an appointment same day and was taken care of right away. I believe they only have two techs currently because of Covid but both were kind and helpful.

So yes, I'd say I was a regular here. However, I did not enjoy my last two procedures here. I just had a waxing procedure done today. I realized that my esthetician started rushing me. Some of the wax hadn't fully cooled before she started pulling. I've had several wax procedures done before and I've never had someone pull while the wax was still warm. I didn't want to assume she didn't know what she was doing, so I didn't say anything. She proceeded to tell me that she was rushing, because "she had another client." Anyone who's had wax done before knows that it can be painful if the wax the doesn't set. Customers want to feel cared for, so if you're rushing me for someone else, why am I paying for this service? Instead of confronting my esthetician, I called into the front desk just to notify her of my concern. I don't think it went well. She proceeded to remind me that I was late to my appointment so that couldn't lead to the esthetician rushing. Seemed more like we were going back and forth than trying to understand each other. Yes, I admit, I was 5 minutes late -- but that really isn't a reason to rush a procedure. Front desk even started to argue with me about how late i really was. I'd really like better communication next time if being 5 minutes late was a big concern. But don't rush services I'm paying for. The front desk employee asked if I wanted a refund, I refused because that's not the point of my calling in. Nonetheless, I paid for my service and tipped my esthetician fairly. But I'm never spending money here again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel I need to share what happened…read more I had been a loyal client here for 5 years, also referring a lot of people here and truly believed I was more than just another appointment. That's why this experience was so upsetting. My normal technician was sick, and I was put with another technician. I was told that would be able to provide the service I had originally planned for. When I politely expressed that I wasn't happy with how my nails turned out and asked for them to be corrected, the situation immediately became uncomfortable. My hand was handled roughly during the process, and instead of being met with understanding, I was made to feel like I was the problem for simply wanting the service done properly. I left feeling blamed and dismissed rather than helped. I was then left sitting for over 30 minutes with no communication while other clients were taken, unsure of what was happening next and increasingly embarrassed in a public setting. Throughout the interaction, I felt gaslit -- as though my concerns were unreasonable -- even though I remained calm and respectful the entire time. The appointment ultimately lasted over 3 1/2 hours, causing me to miss work and reschedule my own clients. Even after the nails were redone, I still did not like the final result, yet expressing that only seemed to create more tension rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. What hurt the most was being made to feel at fault for advocating for myself. As someone who also works in a service industry, I understand mistakes happen, but clients should never feel intimidated, blamed, or emotionally uncomfortable for speaking up about a service they paid for. This experience ended what had been a long-standing client relationship. I hope this feedback encourages better communication, professionalism, and care for future clients so no one else leaves feeling the way I did.
