After my wife got a refund for the horrible job they did, they recharged her for the same botched pedicure and manicure again. So basically double charged her for terrible work. They were upset they refunded the money the first time so they just went ahead and decided to make a fraudulent double charge to her account, keep in mind the second charge came 5 months after she even went, and hasn't been back since. Wow!!! I stopped by here because it was a convenient location, but I will definitely be going back in the future for the service. I have very brittle nails, so getting acrylics off is such a pain, but the nail tech (Chelsea) did an AMAZING JOB on my mani! I was so impressed with Polish Nails! I went into remove my gel manicure from my wedding at another salon, and my technician mentioned that the other salon used a hard gel. She took considerable care taking the gel polish off carefully, and I couldn't be happier with how healthy my nails look. I refrained from writing a review until I had enough knowledge. After 3 times, this place is everything that I want. At first I thought it was pricey (albeit I had 18,981 add-ons), but I ALWAYS recognized their service, cleanliness, and on trend variety of colors/styles (some that you can't find anywhere). Every time I go to a different salon, I feel sad about the selection. One of the owners, Careesa (I've butchered that spelling, but it's phonetically "cah-ree-sa), is so on point with her suggestions that I feel paralyzed in fear of spending my money elsewhere; It would be an injustice to myself. They have such high standards and take such good care of everyone that comes in for service and for the people that work there. Also, they have "science" that I've never seen! Creative ways of holding your leg up during a pedi (you have to see for yourself...I can't ruin everything), comfortable shellac drying, methods of taking off shellac...the list could go on and on. Again, I'm going to butcher a name, but Nahghao (I'm terrible at this), was so sweet and hardworking. My nails are perfections. I will be back. Again and again and again. read more

Terrible experience. Was rushed in and the tech was rushing to finish my pedicure so she could catch a ride home with her step mom? Why do I need to know this, in the first place? Because of said rushing, she clipped my skin causing me to bleed everywhere mid pedicure, and didn't allow my gel polish to cure long enough under the lamp. I actually booked this appointment solely based on yelp reviews. I was disappointed. The nail techs were busy with what appeared to be their regulars, so much so that I was barely greeted when I entered the salon and it did not matter that I had booked an appointment for a pedicure. The pedicure was nothing to write home about, especially for the price point, and I was a little put off by the "green spray" the tech kept spraying on my legs. The tech did not speak English very well and I could not understand what the green spray was after asking three times. As I was checking out, I asked the other techs and was informed that is was astringent. Had I had know, I would not have allowed such a drying agent to be used on my legs. I work hard for my money and this place will not be a place I choose to spend my hard earned dough. Glad others have had a good experience, but I did not. read more

I have had two mani/pedis at Polish and I like it. I chose Polish because it's within walking distance. It's a bit pricey but it's clean, they do a great job, and they're dedicated to the quality of their work. The pedicure included the scrub and a great foot and leg massage, plus if they have someone available they will allow one person to do the pedicure concurrent with the manicure. They take the time to clean and shape your nails and ensure that the polish looks good (Other salons I have reviewed slap lotion around and then jump straight to the polish phase). This salon is quality. I like that they don't push the extras as some salons do--the flowers, the callous removers, the extra 10 minutes of massage. Overall it's a great experience and I plan to return. read more

The ladies at Polish are amazing and so welcoming! Kelly and Caryssa (sp) both do incredible manis and pedis. They take their time to make sure your nails look absolutely perfect before you leave and they make you feel completely comfortable the whole time you're there. They are also geniuses when it comes to picking colors and creating custom fancy colors. And they kill the matte black look! Perfection every time!! Side note... Walk-ins are always welcome and they all do their very best to accommodate those who haven't made an appointment. I see it happen every 3 weeks. They don't use sanitized equipment which is a big turn off. The nail technicians all talked about their significant others life problems and were verbally frustrated between themselves that a customer came in within a half hour of closing, but then proceeded to put up a facade in front of that customer. As a customer myself, it was uncomfortable. It was more of a gossipy environment than enjoyable for me. Then a drunk girl came in and broke a bottle of nail polish all over there floor. My nails didn't look bad but I'd rather go somewhere more relaxing where the equipment has been cleaned! read more

Don't be fooled by the reviews. This was the most expensive and painful pedi I've ever received. I pride myself on finding great local businesses to support while traveling; but wow. Pedicure was $60. I chose the top of the line. However, they charged another 10$ for shellac removal. Another $25 for shellac polish and another $10 for the chrome powder. Not even 12 hours later my left foot was chipping and not even covered by the chrome and my right foot (3 days later and 5 showers later) is still stained with blood and painful. I would've paid maybe $50 tops at my regular salon. The one plus was that I was able to make an appointment and they did start on time. read more

This is a great spot near my house. I love that they don't do acrylic or tips as it doesn't have the smell of a traditional nail solon. What I wasn't super excited about was the gel I got done started peeling just 7 days later. It did last through the event I had. It was a bit disappointing. But the pedicure was amazing! So disappointed. Just moved here and went in for a quick manicure. I was taken right away, but my nail technician was not very good. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. My friend and I went to get manicures and were rushed the entire time. They barely filled our nails. We got gel manicures and when I called they said nothing about the upcharge for the gel. The women doing our nails were not friendly and when we left they demanded a tip. Polish nail salon is great! The staff is so friendly and caring for their clients and their nail work is exceptional! They really listen to what you want it's any styles or designs. The staff is really fun and personable and they make for a great environment for everyone that is sitting there getting their nails done. The location is Arista and has convenient parking. I've been here several times for both manicures and pedicures and they want their clientele to be happy. Service appears to be of the utmost importance to the staff and managers and this is evident.
