Best Mani-pedi I've had in a long time! My nails look gorgeous and I loved the high-quality service. For the regular spa pedicure I got the most thorough massage treatment I've ever gotten at a nail salon. They also served me organic jasmine tea and the massage chair was top notch. As they welcome walk-ins, I had come in to get an acrylic set and shorter nails than usual. Got sat down and we talked about a picture for reference and nail size. The outcome is nothing like the nails, they're not even round. Was rushed as another customer walked in, so I would've appreciated them being upfront about not being able to allow adequate time in the first place. Was given free of charge gem pit on both fingers, so not sure why, but manicure looked super incomplete and irregular shapes all around. I chose this place because of the, mostly, positive reviews. The gentleman that did my pedicure was great. That part of my experience gets 5 stars. A week later my nails still look great, he took his time too! Now, my manicure, different story. The woman who did my nails almost seemed like she was in a hurry even though there was only 1 other woman already getting her nails done when I arrived. I chose the gel polish because I wanted the longer lasting polish. Well, not even a week later 1 of my nails had already started chipping. So much for "3 weeks". Pretty disappointed regarding that part of my experience. For $65 (not including tip - and I tip well) I expected more. read more

Overall I'm pretty happy with my mani-pedi. I loved my pedicure, I got a French tip and they look great! I think this is a family-owned place, everyone was very kind and attentive to me. The only reason I can't honestly give five stars is because I wasn't thrilled with my manicure, I got a acrylic nail set. I just wish she would have took more time to pay attention on my finger nails, I I had to point out some were crooked and uneven in length. I called around 7pm and made an appointment for two pedicures and one full set and the gentleman on the phone told me to come on over. We were greater by a man and wife who I believe are the owners and we were seated at the pedicure station. The exterior of the salon is a little rough but once you reach inside its fine. My friend and I both had the deluxe pedicure and I can say that this was on of the best pedicures I've had in a while. They take their time ensuring to massage you for a while and also make sure to get all the dead skin off the bottom of your heels, that's the selling point for me, I didn't have to ask him to keep scrubbing! My full set looks nice, I just do an overlay on my nail so nothing extravagant and no tips. They do push for the up sale on gel polish but if you don't want it you just have to be adamant. So far everything is great and I'll be returning. I will do a review update should anything change! read more

Do not waste you money here! I was nearby and needed a manicure really bad. Since I was in the middle of running errands I thought I would search a place nearby and I found this one. When I got there there was not a single soul in there I thought, awesome! I soon for four why, the sister's owner did my nails and what a huge disappointment. if I can get this place negative stars I would but unfortunately one star is the lowest I can give. I'm appalled by how disrespectful and awful they were towards us. I made an appointment for my mom and I to come get a pedicure. The woman (I believe she was the boss) who did my mom's nails didn't do a good job either. After the pedicure she turn to my mom and told her that if a white client had come in before she started the pedicure she would've taken them over my mom because her feet is too "dirty". The polish wasn't even covering the whole nail. I have never heard any other salons or any other nails techs say anything like that or even close to that. I have posted some pictures below. Best pedicure I have had in my life!! Done by the older gentleman that works here not sure of his name. Total bang for your buck!

The owner is super sweet but I had a horrible experience. I went in to get my nails done, I get the dip SNS powder nails. The girl next to me had awesome acrylics so I expected the same quality. I have had the SNS done at several places so I know the process, she did not follow it. This led to poor quality. My nails were uneven, bumpy, and ridiculously thick. Within one week, my nails were cracking off and lifting from the bottoms (happens if you don't follow the process). The owner like I said was really sweet but my nails were not done well, she also had her 12 year old daughter do the top coat on my nails. The daughter was adorable but I didn't come to a salon to have a kid do my nails. read more

I took my 6 year old daughter here and they gave us the royal treatment. They have a miniature spa chair for kids which my daughter loved period they brought us bottled water right away and we're very kind and doting. They take walk ins so we had to wait for a few minutes for someone to be available to do our manicure and pedicure but didn't have to wait long. When they discovered we were in a little bit of a time crunch they actually tag teamed to finish us up more quickly. They have really really reasonable prices, do a great job, are clean, and have great customer service. No complaints. A great place to get your nails done. read more

Lady who did my acrylic nails was talking on her cell phone almost the whole time. All of my nails are uneven lengths and were clipped so short you can see the skin of the tips of my fingers on two of them. All of the ends of my nails on my left hand aren't even straight. I asked for line art on my nails instead of a flower and all I got was a single silver stripe on each side of the nails that's barely even noticeable. Wonderful. I got a fill and shellac. The gentleman that did my nails was nice and funny. He did a great job. I got the "cat's eye" shellac in black and silver plus a design for Halloween on each ring finger and they look great! Going back tomorrow for another fill and Halloween designs. Because of the covid-19 pandemic, there was not much of a choice. I made this appointment on Saturday with excitement to be able to feel good for (Sunday) Mother's Day. Well, I paid 61.00 for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure with 4 tips since my nails were broken and chipped. They were friendly but the work was like amateurs. She did not take off the old gel completely, she filed it down but it shows lumps on my fingernails..it look like a 8 year old did my nails. My toes nails looked horrible too. She didn't complete the job at the pedicure chair, she told me to move to the nail area then finished painting under her work station. I have been to plenty of nail salons before. This is the worst one yet. Very dissatisfied and dissappointed. I wish I would have told them when I was there but the woman Linda didnt seem to care when she filed my nails in a hurry like I wasn't an important customer. I will never spend my money there again. Ok... I am sitting here with 8 customers and 3 employees attempting to take care of all 8 guest. They are doing an assembly line!! The teenage (maybe 13-14) daughter of the owner just sat down to paint my nails!! I ask if she was a licensed manicurist; she just had a sheepish grin showing her mouth full of braces. The mom says, if you want to wait for me..... UM YES!!!!! I want the licensed person doing my nails! The teenager paint the person before me nails. Seriously?!?! i got a new full set done here. i've had three acrylic nails break in the past week of having them on. i've not been hard on my nails or done anything super intense to cause them to break. i work in the medical field and have not had this problem anywhere else. not to mention, i had to wait 30 minutes or longer for the one and ONLY nail tech to get back from a personal appointment. the nail tech and her husband are very nice but they don't take their time which explains why my nails are so fragile. i could understand if i had a set on for a couple of months but this was a brand new set which is why it's so frustrating. long story short i will not be returning to this nail salon. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would! My friend and I came in after work just wanting a relax spa trip but we get seated right away and this guy starts on my toes. I told him that I have ingrowns that I wanted out and he said ok! He kept telling me later he will take them out. He starts on the scrub and lotion and I started getting a reaction to the lotion and it felt like he was taking sand paper on my legs. So my friend stood up for me saying I won't pay and they got mad saying we have other customers but keep in mind there was no one in the salon and a lady took a nap in one of the chairs and the guy was not even in there. Had a great visit to Creation nails today. Brought in my 3 year old on Mother's Day as a special treat for us both. My daughter loved the kitty cat chair for kids and they went out of their way to make her feel special. I got to have a relaxing pedicure and know that she was happy and content, too! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called asking if they did dip powder and they said yes and to come in 30 minutes. I showed up and waited for about 30 minutes once I was there. Linda sat down and started on my nails, she didn't seem to know what she was doing. She didn't have the right polish before putting the powder on my nails so it wasn't sticking yet she kept piling more polish on my nails. I finally said to stop and take it off. She tried to take it off but couldn't so now my nails are half covered in polish and small remnants of powder. Ridiculous. Now I have to go find somewhere to fix this. Absolutely do not go here for a manicure. Also store is very dirty, shouldn't have even sat down in the first place. read more

I've been looking for a good nail salon since moving to Broomfield. Based on the previous reviews I chose this salon. This was one of the worst manicures I've ever had. I went to Linda because that's who the reviews said was good there. The entire manicure probably took 10 minutes. Cold water nail soak, (yuck) and she painted my nails so badly I had to come home and re paint them. I didn't see her again after she stuck my hand in the dryer, someone else took over from there. She never thanked me or said goodbye. Never going back. The hunt continues. read more

I'm new to the area and found Creation Nails using Yelp. I went in for a manicure and pedicure and couldn't be happier with the price, service and technicians. I saw Mai and she was so friendly, easy to talk to and she really took her time and did a nice job on my nails. Linda, the owner, is also very friendly and makes you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. Unfortunately, I had to come back the next day because I smudged my big toes and they fixed them no problem! They also give 10% off your service M-W which rocks! I have given this salon 2 chances. Both failed. First time was with coupon for Deluxe Mani/Pedi and when I go there they said there was a mistake on the printing and they would not honor the coupon. Then I tried again with coupon for waxing and same thing, again they did not honor their coupon. Bait and Switch? ... I do now know, and do not plan on going back again for a 3rd time to find out. read more
