I've gotten a manicure here twice now, and I think it'll be my go-to spot for a while! So far I've tried dip polish and builder gel. My nail tech, Chloe, has excelled at trimming cuticles, and shaping my nails! I feel that for the price, I receive very good quality and care. I also leave feeling like I was heard, and receiving exactly what I wanted from my service! That being said, I do believe you could pay more for a higher quality manicure. My dip nails started to crack after a week, and my builder gels nails don't have as much of an apex or uniform shaping. I think working with the same nail consistently could improve these issues. Place has potential and I say that if only they got the correct color right the first time. They got the wrong color for my nails twice and wrong color for my toes. I made sure they had the right color for my nails but didn't notice the color was wrong for my toes until after I had left. I wanted more of a burgundy color and currently have red. Completely different colors. Needless to say, I'll be going back to have them fix their mistake read more

Michelle is the best! I get Gel-X because I'm very particular about shape and hate thick nails. They last me 4-5 weeks and then I go back and get an acrylic rebase over the top and it lasts me another 4-5 weeks. Never lifting or breaking or chipping. They are always friendly and even though they are busy they take their time to do it right. When I show Michelle a picture of what I want she delivers! She drew these leaves by hand and they look better than the inspiration. She also waxes and tints my eyebrows and they look amazing too! they have really good reviews so i was excited to get a manicure here! I did a walk-in about 45mins after they opened. i got sat down pretty fast, but then 3 different people did my nails. 1 filed off the old gel, the other cleaned them up, and then the last did my full nails. it seemed fine until the lady i ended up with was super rushed, & rough. I originally asked for builder gel, with chrome, and a star design. she did builder gel, with the color i asked for. realized her next appointment was here rushed to finish and then sent me off. missing my chrome and star design. i just accepted it i didn't want her to rush through doing the rest and leave with something i didn't like. for it being a manicure my cuticles didn't get up, my hands didn't get massaged, and the skin/cuticle around my finger nails was left uncleaned. service was okay but not that satisfied. read more

The vibe is good. The man is nice and we walked in and got service quick. The plastic cheap nails on a ring selection was not good. I took a picture of the nails n look I wanted n a few cute hearts gold I wanted and they didn't hv anything I wanted or could get. It was a bummer. I was talked into nail polish I didn't really care for cuz of the limited colors and I wanted coffin like I had and the lady made them square. They are pretty but not what I went in to get! None of the people doing nails wore masks and they all were breathing in the dust and no fans on the desks, so I was too! I also got dizzy from the liquids smelling them. The lady was nice, but them talking to eachother in their Asian language and constantly laughing to eachother made me feel as though they made fun of me! Not kind and respectful. When I paid for me n my friends nails, I sed give that lady $10 n yourself $10. I hope the other lady got her tip. It's a very busy place and the cleanliness is sub par. I'm not going back. The same price for smaller more clean awesome work elsewhere. They also used not only the same liquid for all but same drill bits and sanding tips for all. Yuck!
