Came as walk-in without appointment and they were able to take me right away. Friendly, great service and massive collection of nail polish. It's locally owned and they would like to know you. I think I have ended my search for "my" nail salon. It was my first time at G nails. My feet were swollen and my toes were extremely sensitive. It's hard for me to relax when new people come at my toenails with sharp objects. Try as I could I couldn't keep my feet still. Mei was very patient and able to get the job done. Next time I go in, I know I will be a lot less anxious and able to relax sooner. The store is very clean and fresh looking. The files and scrubs that Mei used are single use and disposable so I was confident that they were germ free. As soon as I walked in, I felt special. The decor was so classy. I thought for sure it would be more expensive than what it turned out to be. I'm on a very tight Social Security budget, and I felt that it was comparable to the prices at other nail places I've been. Wine and soft drinks are available for an extra fee. I might try something next time I'm in. read more

After being a loyal client for over 10 years, through changes in management, bringing my neighbor girls and recommending friends - they have completely spoiled the relationship. I have left this salon. I make regular appointments for several services - and when arriving for my scheduled appointment Rick was just starting service on a new client. I asked him how long he would be and he responded "you can leave if you'd like!" I had an appointment that I had made 3 weeks prior, I texted him the day before to confirm and he was rude and unprofessional. If there is no integrity to keeping a schedule, why bother with making an appointment. There are many, many nails salons and customer loyalty is hard to nurture these days, he's lost my business, loyalty and referrals! read more

I've been going to this salon for over 6 years now and just recently, the last 2 times, the prices have changed. My mom and I got a gel manicure and they told us it was $115. We were stunned. Had no clue how they came to that price and we didn't tip because we paid $40 more than usual. Then today, I went in to get a gel polish change and it was $28. I was expecting $5-$20, but $28? That's almost the price of a regular gel manicure and I JUST got the polish changed. It would be fine if prices were being raised but they haven't advertised this and even took down their pricing sign inside. I love this place but not loving the up charges lately. It seems that they just come up with a random number each time. We may start looking elsewhere. read more

I called this spot a few weeks back to make an appointment, and asked about a specific design I wanted. I was told that they could do it, but the person I wanted to do my nails no longer worked there. No problem, as long as the design could be done. I showed the design when I arrived and was told no one could do it. They said they would do another design on two fingers and add glitter to the remaining nails. I was disappointed, but said ok. Unfortunately, my nails didn't end up like I thought. The nails with glitter at the bottom weren't done well and some just have clumps of glitter, and the flower design that was put on two nails was good on one hand, but smeared on the other. The nail tech also forgot about not putting a certain color on one finger, but missed removing some of it, so there is a spot of wrong color on the nail. My nails also chipped two days after I got the manicure. I'm usually not super picky, but I have a big event this weekend and paid $50 + tip for a gel manicure with a design on two fingers, and it all looks pretty rough. I'm realizing the photos on the Yelp page are all from over two years ago, so maybe the person who did these designs no longer works there or wasn't working. I'm sure they would do great with a basic gel manicure, dip, or acrylic nails, but I don't think I will be back. read more

I had acrylic nails & a pedicure. Mimi did my hands & went so fast that my nails were different lengths. And for my pedicure, i had a nail about 3/4 yhe way off. Instead of cutting it off, she put an acrylic over the top. She said it would hold down the nail coming off. Got home & it came up. I couldn't go back as I was going out of town early the next morning. It hurt all 4 days I was gone. Went back & asked her to cut it off. I wasn't happy. :-( read more

I've been going here off and on for several years. The service is great, the prices are fair, they've got a good selection of colors, and really listen when customers are specific with design/pattern, but a few things that knocked a couple stars off. The real issue this time was my regular polish only lasted two days. Now I know regular manicures have the risk of chipping but I've been doing regular manicures for the better part of two years and they almost always last at least 4 days - usually closer to 5 or 6 - even with cleaning, dish washing, etc. And when this one chipped, the entire nail polish chipped off, not just the tip of the nail. I might need a break from this salon for a while. My regular pedi stayed great?! read more

Don't come here they give bad service. They use really cheap stuff and overcharge. They suck. I came here four times in a week. I paid 150 for my nails for them to fall off and the paint came off soon as I left when I went back they made me wait for hours to fix my nails and put me the last don't ever go here. They lost a really good employee. He doesn't work there anymore because they treated him really bad. I used to go to him all the time. read more

I used to really like this place but the last couple times have been awful....I just wanted my acrylic nails taken off so I can have my nails heal and take a breather and then I added a manicure just to get a good start - my tech rushed through it so fast that she didn't soak the acrylic long enough so when she went to rip them off with another nail tip she almost ripped my actual nail off and then sliced under my thumb nail....do you understand how painful that is?! And she didn't even take all the acrylic off....during the manicure she went so fast I was actually astounded! She barely pressed the cuticle pusher on my actual nail and she didn't even cut my cuticles....I actually had to ask her to go back and she acted like I was being a nuisance! She said she was going to massage my hands but left so much lotion on and barley rubbed it in...I just wanted to cry I get really anxious about asking them to go back, I don't like being a bother to anyone, which is exactly why I sat in the seat and just took it instead of leaving....so if you're like me avoid this place I think the worst part is that I still tipped 20% and had to go home and try to fix my nails myself...she didn't even shape them with a file read more

I went in for dipped nails and the gal did GelX instead of dipped. took my nails down to my finger tips. I wanted my money back but they said no. Once before I went in and the nail tech was so rough I had several sores around my nails, plus again filed my nail dow to my finger tips. they only offered 40.00 dollar certificate. They have a sign saying we do quality work and if you are unhappy they would fix it. They do not give good service at all!!!!! I have had my nails done for over 20 year! I'm not stupid. she kept telling me she do dip differently ..... it was not dip it was GelX not a good salon! . read more

Got a dip mani here today and it was ok. My technician Anna was very patient and careful of the fact that I had broke a nail quite far down practically to the cuticle (yes that was painful) she was able to put a tip on and I can continue to let it grow out until it falls off or whatever is going to happen. Staff was nice. Dip mani and 3 fake nail tips $50. They're a touch lumpy but I've been to so many crap nail salons lately that I didn't even care. This probably won't be my go too salon but I would come back here in a pinch. read more

After years of doing everything wrong, my skin was so sensitized it would be red for hours after just washing my face. Thank the good lord I came across a groupon for Flawless Skin Studio. It was so bad that Roxy did not even treat me on my first visit. She gave me an order to stop everything I was doing, put my products under the counter and do not touch them again. She gave me a very short shopping list and send me on my way. When I returned a couple weeks later there was already a huge difference in my skin. I have been seeing Roxy for over a year now and am in her club (it really is a fantastic deal!!). As a result I feel more confident than I ever have about the state of my skin. I am actually spending less on skin care than I did when I was trying every product under the sun to get a result. I look younger than I did when I started seeing her (do you know how amazing it feels when no one ever even gets close when guessing your age???). As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed.
