I had to choose a pink paint to cover the clear acrylic so you don't see the mess below. They totally butchered my nails and now my two pinky nails are lifting off the bed. They use unsanitary uncleaned metal nail files on your natural nail which are only meant for acrylic nails. The ladies are lazy and don't care to be neat at all. They don't have any nail techs that are creative at all. They also don't have a wide variety of colors. Every time I went in with an idea, they didn't have the color. The nail tech also made my fingers bleed with her crazy metal filing.

The pedicure wasn't 90+ dollars and we got the deluxe! The massage was so relaxing & thorough! Way more than just rubbing in the lotion, which is how most places do. They actually removed the callus's on my feet which I also feel as though most places don't. (couldn't decide which of the 3 salons to go to in the same parking lot!) so…read moreI called and they had time to fit me & my daughter in, me for a mani & pedi & her just a mani. So we got there.. not too busy. This nail salon is large with plenty of tables for techs & clients. The lady at the front desk seemed to be better than everyone, no nice greeting or smile, just "yes?" So we pick out our colors & then we are escorted to where our mani's are going to happen... the lady at the front desk, says your deck will be with you in a moment, to me. My daughter is already getting started.. there are 3 tables in a row & maybe 10 rows. We were put on the very first row right next to the front desk, then another client comes in & all 3 of us are crammed into this space that was not easy to get in or out of without knocking each other! And the chairs are huge, don't go in very far or move back any... there are 2 empty rows in between us & the other texh with A client in the 4th row.. we were all soooo close, almost touching elbows! My tech arrives & gets started, then all of a sudden, she says something, I can't understand or hear, except for $60 for a new set..?! She then starts taking off my tips & trimming my nails way down too close to my nail beds, kinda hurt! My daughter looks at me & I'm like, I don't know! She takes a nail tip & is removing my tips, all the while I'm thinking & feeling like she's gonna take the entire nail off! The front lady is doing the 3rd lady's nails next to her, and then shows her how to cut my nail so she can get under the tip to remove better. (My other hand has already been Pulled off!) so I have no idea why she had to put on new tips.? My nails had grown under so she could have just applied the acrylic over, but instead chopped down every one of them, except my pinky which had no nail, and added tips! (Sometimes I wonder if they know that the more they charge me for my service, means that the tip isn't going to be as good! I go to the salon with a set amount in mind & so with a budget, it's either service or tip! And I know that sounds horrible, but these days! Come on now! Everyone that works there has a Lexus!! I don't drive a Lexus!!) so back to it... it was a strange not really welcoming experience & I'm sure that next time, we'll try the other salon across the street. There's a 50/50 chance I may or may not come back... customer service is very important to me, especially from an owner or manager & I feel like this didn't happen. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting my nails and toes done, and I…read morewill not be returning. I paid $120 for a pedicure and an acrylic rebase with black French tips. From the beginning, the experience felt unprofessional. During my pedicure, the technician repeatedly answered her phone and there was very little communication about what I actually wanted. When I asked for a different pink base color, instead of showing me another option, I was basically told no and that the pink she chose would look good. As the paying customer, I should be able to choose the color I want on my own nails. I also already had acrylic on my toes when I came in. They had visible length and a defined square shape. Without really asking me how short I wanted them, she filed them down significantly. By the end of the pedicure, some of my toes were filed so short that there is barely any point in having acrylic on them anymore. I have before-and-after photos showing the difference, and I actually preferred how my toes looked before this appointment. My manicure was just as disappointing. The black French tips were uneven and inconsistent from nail to nail. The thickness and shape of the French varies, and even the black polish itself is uneven, some areas are opaque while other areas are noticeably more transparent. I was unhappy enough that I actually returned to the salon and gave them an opportunity to correct my nails. Unfortunately, even after they were "fixed," I was still unhappy with the finished result. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that because the French was painted by hand rather than by a machine, every nail was going to look different. I was also told that because I received a rebase rather than a brand-new full set, I shouldn't expect my nails to look like a new set or exactly like my reference picture. I completely understand that a rebase is different from a brand-new full set, and I never expected an exact replica of an inspiration photo. However, that does not explain uneven French lines, inconsistent polish coverage, or a lack of attention to detail. Hand-painted does not mean that every nail should look noticeably different. The most frustrating part is that my outgrown nails looked better before I walked into this salon than they did after paying to have them refreshed. I went in wanting to leave feeling polished and happy with my nails and toes, and instead I left regretting having them done at all. Between the uneven finished work, my acrylic toes being filed significantly shorter without properly discussing the length with me, the technician repeatedly answering her phone during my pedicure, the lack of communication about what I wanted, and the way my concerns were addressed afterward, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. For $120, I expected significantly better workmanship, customer service, and professionalism. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem and I am still unhappy with the result. I will never return to this salon.
