I absolutely love this business. I get regular manicures and pedicures. My daughter has dip Nails. We are both always happy. It's very clean and everyone is friendly. read more

I don't like hurting businesses with reviews, but hopefully they will read this and up their game. First of all, they do no offer pink acrylic because it's more expensive apparently, yet still charge regular prices and don't tell you until they are done working. I had to choose a pink paint to cover the clear acrylic so you don't see the mess below. They totally butchered my nails and now my two pinky nails are lifting off the bed. They use unsanitary uncleaned metal nail files on your natural nail which are only meant for acrylic nails. The ladies are lazy and don't care to be neat at all. They don't have any nail techs that are creative at all. They also don't have a wide variety of colors. Every time I went in with an idea, they didn't have the color. The nail tech also made my fingers bleed with her crazy metal filing. read more

Went for a pedicure today and had an amazing one thanks to Gwen !! It has been open 3 weeks today and so everything is new and super clean. However, they have bowl liners as well as all of the tools they they use on you come out in a sealed bags so you know they are clean. The heal scrubs and file thing are all single use so again clean and new ! Absolutely would go back. Gwen was excellent . I am extremely ticklish So...having a nail technician that can work with me is great !! read more

I really am sad I didn't read the reviews on how this place was doing business as of recently. I am headed to a wedding in the morning and will need to fork out another $40 for a pedicure because the one I got 5 days ago is already well ruined. I am amazed that both my mani and pedi are this bad. I paid $80 plus a tip for really subpar nails. The dip manicure is just the dip, no manicure. She didn't soak my fingers or even try to clean them up before speeding through this polish. My fingers look horrible because of the skin surrounding and I don't know if I can get it fixed before the wedding. I made a reservation and the "manicure" took 20 minutes and I asked her if this was what they normally did for dip over and over and she assured me they do. It is not a manicure. My basic pedi was $35 because of the French tip. I get pedicures regularly so I didn't upgrade and I think I got a shitty French tip because of it. So disappointed. read more

I love love love this place. I've jumped around to a ton of different salons in Arvada and have always ended up being frustrated which has led to me hating get my nails done. when this salon opened, I gave it a chance and have NEVER been disappointed. The actual salon is beautiful and clean. The customer service is impeccable and they're always doing they're best to accommodate you in the friendliest ways. Tiffany is the absolute best. She is incredible at what she does, my nails always look amazing and actually stay (which is usually something I struggle with finding). I can't speak highly enough. read more

I love this salon and highly recommend their services! I've been here three times now for both a dip manicure and ombré pink and white acrylics. The staff are all exceedingly kind, talented, and are great about communicating with me to make sure I like my nails. The salon interior is tasteful and clean, and I love the fact that the staff treat each other and their clients with kindness and respect. They do get busy because they have lots of loyal clients and are located in a busy shopping center, but I think that speaks to their amazing service and hospitality. read more

I've tried this place several times and the owner screams at you when you walk in and leave and his voice is piercing. It would be much better if he used a normal voice volume at a minimum - very annoying. Outside of a few techs this place is not worth the money. read more

I just had a pedicure and a full set done by Mikki, and I am beyond impressed. One of the best pedicures I've ever had and I've done the footwork trying to find a great nail salon! My full set is stunning and I will definitely be coming back. I am so happy to have found my new home nail salon. They had all the necessary covoid precautions and everything was above and beyond. 5 stars for service 5 stars for results 5 stars for cleanliness read more

Great service. Always get exactly what I want. They offer you upgrades but show you exactly what's included and what the upcharge would be . If you don't want it, no prob. Always willing to take walk-ins which is great for someone like me. read more

Horrible service. Quoted a price and was charged double. Nails lifted in 18 hours. Charges $60 for a full set and technician completed entire service in 37 minutes. I timed it. WOW! read more

I went here on a whim since it's so close to my house but I really wish I had gone somewhere else. The person that was working on my nails got nervous as soon as I asked for tips and had someone teach them how to do tips as they were doing them on my fingers. That already made me hesitant, but then I got a dip treatment and it's pretty clear that there weren't enough layers as you could see through the dip onto my nails. They also didn't use an LED light at the end of the dip treatment which I have always had done when I've gotten dip so I thought that was kind of strange. I am not someone who usually leaves bad reviews but I don't want someone else to pay $45 for a treatment that they will have to just go somewhere else and pay another $40 to fix. I emailed them concerning this problem and asked if they would be able to resolve it and I still haven't received a response. I ended up going to luxe nails to fix my nails and they did an amazing job. read more

Extremely expensive. They kept asking me if I live in a "big house" and what do I do for a living... hmmm The nail work was average. Not worth the high cost... I strongly dislike all the personal questions (are you married, have children, are you not working today?) read more

Poor quality, not good shaping, did not last long. Most salons in Arvada are not great to be honest. I have yet to find a good one.

Absolutely awful. Terrible service, and my fingers bled every time. I would not recommend to anybody. Waste of money.

I went to this business for manicure/pedicure since they opened. It was convenient clean willing to pay extras; probably was spending $1500 year with this business. I was on vacation and had my nails done elsewhere-and told me cuticles had not done for long time and my nail beds were thin-which i knew but do not know why. I called them to explain my concerns-they did not care-very sad. I am back at elite nails on 64th they have redone the whole interior and updates everything-and their technicians did a much better job for the same price. You lost a loyal client, and i will be sure to pass my opinion to my neighbors in Leyden rock read more

I went and had a pedicure today with my best friend before I go on vacation. I normally have a very pleasant experience here but today the man that was doing my pedicure and the girl that was doing my friends were both pointing at my feet, saying something to one another and laughing. They did this 3 times and I was very confused as to what was happening. It made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. My pedicure turned out fine but I will not be back after this experience. read more

I really enjoy the pedicures here and Hanna does a great job on my acrylics. I've been here 3 times now for a pedicure and always leave happy and feeling relaxed. Bryan does a good job up front and is nice and friendly every time he sees me. I've been getting the hot candle paraffin it's amazing! Perfect for the summer it really moisturizes your legs and heels. read more

I love this place. I asked my babysitter where she gets her nails done when I saw how cute hers were and for several weeks in a row. The first time I went I splurged and spent more than I used to 10-15 years ago. However, I now am willing to plan my whole day around making sure I get in and am more than happy to tip and get what I want. These ladies and gentleman are kind, gentle, funny, patient and I have walked right in, sat down, in a clean and welcoming environment every time. This weekend I had Katie do my french mani pedi. I was the last one in an hour before closing She was so nice and excited to see me. The bathrooms were clean, there plenty of fresh towels and she smiled and left, and gave of course, the classic best advice ever. SO uplifting and encouraging. I love this place, and am definetly becoming a regular. read more

Sophie has done my nails in the past (& done a great job) but this time I brought her a picture of something I had seen online and they turned out better than the original! Even when it ran longer than anticipated, she didn't rush to finish them. So happy with how they turned out!! read more

If you poor service along with bad technique then this is your place. They charge for every little thing & then when you ask for it to be fixed they will blame the customer. Paid $60 for a rebase with gel & it chipped 2 days later. Went back to see if they could fix it & was told it was my fault!! Also they couldn't help me. I have been getting my nails done for years & never ran into this with gel peeling from the acrylic. Obviously the product was bad & a poor technique was done. Much better nail salons around town to utilize! read more

I got dip nails a week ago & the color is super pretty. Unfortunately, it started chipping & lifting 5 days later. I have got dip nails for years & it always lasts me 2 - 3 weeks minimum before the nail grows out & it looks bad. I also normally have to work pretty hard to remove them after a month. I am shocked that not even a week later I have to remove them because the chips are starting to catch & nick fabrics. Pretty disappointed since I liked the color. read more

I have always had such wonderful luck with Magic Nails and Lash! I see Mikki at every visit and she is AMAZING. She is very sweet and I really appreciate how gentle she is while doing my nails. Mikki is very talented and patient. I will walk in and show her a reference photo and she always exceeds my expectations! The salon itself is always clean and they play fun music! The TVs have interesting shows that I actually enjoy watching. This place is great :) I grew up in Arvada and still reside here as an adult which means I've been to almost every nail place around & I've finally found my most favorite place! read more

Don't waste your time or money. Atmosphere of this place is more like a manufacturing environment. Long tables to line people up to do work as fast as they can. Not inviting and warm. Hot wax means they pour candle wax on you and rub around. Cuticles were cut until a few bled. My feet were not soft when I left. Leg massage very short and more like a rub. read more

Horrible. Way over priced. My nails are horrible. The paraffin wax was literally a melted candle. They charge $10 for glitter. My person was on her phone the whole time. They rushed through and couldn't wait to get to another person. It was so bad for $126. read more

I usually always go here but I'm disappointed in my last visit. I got the dip nails and a week later every single nail the dip has lifted and peeled off. When I usually get the dip it lasts weeks and is hard to remove. Not only did I go in and try to have them fix it but they were rude and denied to fix them. I've been going here for multiple years even my mom and grandma and they know us and yet just this once they couldn't help accommodate me. They have lost our service. read more

If I could rate it a 0, I would. For the fourth time on Saturday, my friend and I went to Magic nails and lash. I had scheduled appoints for us on Thursday for Saturday, and reconfirmed on Saturday AM. I have been using Vincent and 4 times he took clients right before my appointment or went to Starbucks when I was walking in for a scheduled appointment and came back 45 minutes later, then walked to the back to eat his lunch. When we got there this past Saturday, They pointed me and my friend out on the schedule and then said that we would have to wait or go with a different nail tech. The other nail techs that have done my nails there did terrible jobs. The owner said to me in front of my friend that someone will get angry and it might as well be me since he had a walk in client who had just sat down. read more

All the employees were so nice and attentive! Got my nails did for a date and they were exactly what I was looking for :)

This is my first time visiting this salon and i loved it. I splurge and got the organic mani/pedi and it was totally worth it. Everything is clean, comes in sealed packs or is disposable. I highly recommend Minh, he did one of the best massages I've ever had. I will definitely come back. read more
