As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. Also the prices were not that bad either. One thing I can say for certain is that we have found our nail salon moving forward. Coming here you will not be disappointed. They both were just beyond amazing, I haven't had this lovely of an experience at a nail salon since I moved from my home state a year ago. I would constantly try new salons near my house because they were always either rude or just did poor quality work. I am a south Asian woman and I have wondered if that is relevant to my experience. After a couple underwhelming visits I found a very good tech. Unfortunately on days he's not available I've experienced very poor customer service including (today) a 47 minute wait (I had an appointment). Another time, my tech would not help me after my service and another worker apologetically cashed me out and helped me gather my things. This is especially embarrassing when it happens in front of my friends. The work here is good if you find the right tech. But I won't be back.
