As soon as we walked in we were greeted by smiling friendly faces. The solan is nice and clean and does not smell like step by chemicals that others often do. They were all so nice and friendly and helped us with exactly what we wanted. A big shout out is that they took their time with our toes and really shaped them up and made them look good. Even working tirelessly on my husbands bad military feet with ingrown toe nails. (Yes he gets pedicures regularly) This was by far the BEST experience we have had when it comes to pedicures. As a regular customer, I found this very frustrating. If I make an appointment with a particular technician, I expect that appointment to be honored. I choose who I want to do my nails, and I'm choosing to spend my money at this business and at the day and time that is convenient for me! I ultimately had to wait until my regular technician was available. Then, after all of that, I was charged $75 for my rebase instead of the $70 I have consistently paid. I was told the additional $5 was because of the length of my nails, even though I've had essentially the same nail length(they're not long) and have been charged $70 even when they were longer. Their pricing is already considerably higher than other salons, where a comparable rebase is around $50. I was willing to pay more because I liked my technician Mia. After regularly supporting this business, I expected much better communication, consistency, and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider whether I want to continue coming here.
