Nail tech smiled twice, once when a sat down and when I left. Didn't ask what I needed done. Everything I did she would roll her eyes, don't dare bring in a smoothie and use the hand she is not working with to grab your drink. All was downhill from there, using just three cotton balls she let my fingers tinted in red, removed most of it but index and middle finger on right hand (see photo). Then, had me soak my hand in very cold water. Used rounded tip Dremel rather than push back cuticles! Didn't clean under my nails at all! Didn't moisture until nails were almost dry, so no hand or arm massage. Then had me cross hands and dry under a fan with explicit instructions to not touch my drink! When she wasn't eye rolling, her impatience with me was apparent with her body language and head tilt. Crappy experience overall.w

I arrived and it was one woman doing someone's nails in an empty salon...on a Saturday. I waited a few minutes and her husband arrived to do my pedi, which was honestly pretty disappointing, but he was very nice and my toe polish looked good so I let it slide. By the time I sat with her to get my nails done, not a single person had called or walked in. That should have been my sign. I could tell they were going to end up badly from the beginning as she piled on uneven amounts of acrylic. I thought "trust the process." I shouldn't have. They were so bad. I didn't even let her paint them because I knew I was gonna have to take them off. I paid, left and fumed for twenty minutes in the car, then drove off. I was going to have to go home and soak them off, or pay another place to fix this mess. I finally talked myself into calling and asking for a refund. She gave me my money back and I appreciate that but the more I think about it, the less comfortable I feel letting anyone else spend a dime here. They are so bad.
