It's been a week and a half since my visit, and my nails still look great, even after a beach trip and lots of dishwashing. We understand that nobody is perfect, and sometimes the quality of a service doesn't turn out as expected. We didn't hold that against them because mistakes happen. However, when nails are breaking and lifting off the very same afternoon they were done, there's clearly a workmanship issue. Over the past month and a half, we had to return multiple times to have the same problems fixed. Each time, we were assured we wouldn't be charged since they were correcting their own work. Yet when the service was finished, they acted as if those conversations never happened and charged us anyway. That's not how loyal customers should be treated. Maya and the management showed no accountability, no appreciation for long-term customers, and no integrity in how they handled the situation. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to nickel-and-dime a loyal client after repeatedly fixing issues they created. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. There are plenty of nail salons that value their customers and stand behind their services. Do yourself and your nails a favor and run from this place.
